I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Our 1930s house needed rewiring. We gathered several quotes but we decided to go with EES Yorkshire as we liked the way Chris communicated how the works would be done, minimising the time they will take to be completed and also offered us a very competitive quote. They were punctual and did the job in a couple of days to a very good standard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do any electrical job in their house.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job with rewiring my 1930s ex local authority house. From first contact, he was great at communicating and explaining everything. He came to look at the job when he said he would, and walked round each room asking where I wanted sockets and lights, to ensure that everything was just as I wanted it. After a slight delay due to the weather, Chris and his team completed the workout quickly and to a high standard, and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire EES Yorkshire to complete any further electrical work I need in the future. I highly recommend.

Could not have asked for better! Chris did a full rewire on my property and was outstanding! So efficient, the team he brought were polite and hard working that the whole job was finished in a day with no mess left behind. Chris explained everything that he had done and went above and beyond with making sure I was happy with everything. David came out at quite short notice after I'd been struggling to find someone. He repaired faulty wiring to a socket and switch for our cooker/oven. He was very polite and responsive and made enquiries about what would be needed including requesting photos of the socket required so he would not need to be in and out for parts. He came out at the time convenient to us and was able to make the repairs quickly and efficiently. The price he charged was very good.
