Gareth was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. Fantastic communication - always replied straight away and nothing was too much trouble. He worked around  the builders' schedule and did the job over the weekend due to a last minute change. He was even happy to make a small change after the lights had been installed. I highly recommend Moorside electrical and I'm glad that I now know a reliable and professional electrician to call for our next project.

Moorside Electrical were excellent, I couldn't recommend them more highly. It's an older property which can prove challenging but I felt confident and looked after from quote through to completion. Great communication, fair price, respectful of home, top work and aftercare.

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. Chris and the team did a fantastic job of rewiring our four floor semi back in December. Chris was really helpful from initial house walk through, gave me loads of tips on things I wouldn't have thought of. Everything done to a great quality for a competitive price, including security lights and outdoor plug/wire ready for EV charger to be fitted. I'd highly recommend EES and will be using Chris for any future work.

Our 1930s house needed rewiring. We gathered several quotes but we decided to go with EES Yorkshire as we liked the way Chris communicated how the works would be done, minimising the time they will take to be completed and also offered us a very competitive quote. Chris and his team did a fantastic job with rewiring my 1930s ex local authority house. From first contact, he was great at communicating and explaining everything. He came to look at the job when he said he would, and walked round each room asking where I wanted sockets and lights, to ensure that everything was just as I wanted it. After a slight delay due to the weather, Chris and his team completed the workout quickly and to a high standard, and at a very reasonable price. David came out at quite short notice after I'd been struggling to find someone. He repaired faulty wiring to a socket and switch for our cooker/oven. He was very polite and responsive and made enquiries about what would be needed including requesting photos of the socket required so he would not need to be in and out for parts. He came out at the time convenient to us and was able to make the repairs quickly and efficiently. The price he charged was very good.
