Had an electrical issue and called ISE. They came out at 8:30pm with no hesitation, even though it was out of hours! Super quick response, really friendly, and got the job sorted in no time. Dave and Steve did our electrical work on our double storey extension. For someone who knew nothing about electrics they gave me advice and put my mind at ease. I cannot recommend Econ Electrical enough. A job I had previously been told would be huge and prohibitively expensive was assessed and I was given a couple of options of how to resolve the issue - both options very reasonably priced. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and effectively. I now have electricity back in a room I haven’t had it in for the first time in two years and I couldn’t be happier. The room was left spotless - I wouldn’t even have known they had been - except I had electricity! Thank you so much.

David and team recently undertook a full rewire and electrical installation of our semi detached property. His communication and professionalism were first class throughout the process. No element was too much, and he was always happy to include our specific requirements. The work undertaken is to a high quality and exactly what we wanted. DP came to fit us an electric car charger. David was so helpful when he came to measure up and quote and even came back and remeasured /requoted when we wanted something different. He was patient and explained the different options and reasons why. When David and his colleague came to do the job they were friendly and efficient. They have done such a tidy job, keeping all wiring as hidden as possible. We would definitely recommend DP for any electric work you need doing.

I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. I had a situation where I needed an Electrical Test ASAP, I’d not used this company previously and even though it was very short notice they agreed that they could do it. I was very pleased with every aspect of their service and particularly Terrance and Hannah who were extremely helpful throughout. I will be using them in the future.

We used Armley Electrical following failure of the upstairs electrics. They came round within the hour and were very quick to diagnose the problem (attributed to previous shoddy workmanship). They made the situation safe and returned a couple of days later to fix the fault. They took time to explain the issue and what checks I needed to carry out in future. I found them to be extremely professional and thorough, and they cleaned up on completion of job. They didn't push a sale but encouraged me to search for other quotes before agreeing to the work. I was particularly impressed with the engineer assigned to the job - Terence. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and would highly recommend.
