Tony responded quickly to my request for a quote for work to be completed at my Son's flat. The work was completed on time and professionally. The team are friendly and prices are very reasonable. Having used Jonny and his team for a few various projects, i would highly recommend to contact Econ for your electrical services. I cannot recommend Econ Electrical enough. A job I had previously been told would be huge and prohibitively expensive was assessed and I was given a couple of options of how to resolve the issue - both options very reasonably priced. We used Armley Electrical following failure of the upstairs electrics. They came round within the hour and were very quick to diagnose the problem (attributed to previous shoddy workmanship). They made the situation safe and returned a couple of days later to fix the fault. They took time to explain the issue and what checks I needed to carry out in future. I found them to be extremely professional and thorough, and they cleaned up on completion of job. They didn't push a sale but encouraged me to search for other quotes before agreeing to the work. I was particularly impressed with the engineer assigned to the job - Terence. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and would highly recommend.

He sorted my electrical problem with speed of light. He explained everything over the phone, and managed to fix the power cut issue, without charging me. It was very kind of him. I really appreciate that.
