Michael and Rob did an excellent job installing security lights, new lights for Nathan unit, plus replace bulbs for downlights, also put up a couple of lights on hall and landing. I contacted Autumn Electrical Services to replace a few light fittings in my house. Communication was great from the beginning and remained as such throughout the work, which was completed to a high standard. Overall a very good experience, would definitely recommend.

Micheal did a great job installing a new ring main and induction hob as well as updating our distribution board. He and his team are good to deal with and they managed to fit us in to their busy schedule.

Needed an electrician to resolve a problem that had been identified at previous landlord electrical safety check, resulting in disabling of some power outlets. Approached the contractor who did that check several times - no response. It also reminded me that, when the check was done, I had to chase to get the formal paperwork from him. Found Autumn Electrical through a review site - very different experience from the get-go. Seems like it is a family business. It runs very professionally and costs have been reasonable. Customer communications have been clear and timely, even when it required them to liaise with tenant. Work was done on time and tenant happy with end result. Very appreciative - would readily use them again when required.

Alen rewired our garage for us, September 2024. You couldn't hope to find a more conscientious and thoroughly decent chap to work on your home. Before Alen came out to quote, I already had a good idea of what I wanted, and had received another quote. Alen was absolutely spot on in his assessment of what was needed, didn't overcomplicate matters or try to sell me anything I didn't need. He made good suggestions of ways to help future proof the installation (e.g. ensuring the wiring was ready for an electric garage door and car charger) which made only a very small difference to the overall quote, which was very reasonable. Alen expected to take 2 days to do the work, but worked long days and came back on an extra day at his own expense because he wanted to get the job just right - his workmanship is extremely neat and tidy. I like to think that I'm pretty savvy when it comes to tradesmen (we own several rental properties as well as our own) and I couldn't recommend Alen highly enough. He's also just such a nice fellow. Alen wired my cooker into the wall and fitted a new fuse. Sorted my tumble dryer out so it reaches the socket. All my appliances are working and doing as they are asked. So Alen gets my vote and I recommend him. (And my chihuahua loves him).

Big shout out to Barnes & Liddiard Electrical Contractors for their excellent work and speedy service. We had a simple refit of electrics in our bathroom and a few other little jobs around the house that needed to be fitted in around other contractors. They quoted the day after we called and were able to fit us in within a few days for the first fix. We then co-ordinated around the rest of the bathroom refit and once everything was ready, they came back and completed the project according to our schedule. Excellent customer service and no job is too small.Would definitely recommend their services.

We can’t recommend Paul highly enough. He has done a fantastic job of installing ceiling lights and shelf lighting as well as electric sockets in our home. He helped with the selection of fittings and gave excellent advice. He always replied to text messages and arrived promptly each time he visited. We would definitely use him again.
