Hampshire Electrical responded really quickly after our lighting failed. Barry and apprentice Liam came and sorted this quickly. Barry also noticed our wall lighting was not working, and which hadn’t been working for years, at no extra cost Barry sorted this out for us. Both had no hesitation to take their shoes off as we’d had a new carpet fitted. Liam was very polite and a credit to the company. Thank you both.

Great service and fantastic finish. They did the exterior lighting for my landscaped garden. They were able to advise me on the lighting and worked well with the landscaping company to coordinate the work.

Alfie and his team were extremely professional. We received a detailed quote, there was great communication throughout the process, the work was completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. The job was primarily to install outside lighting around a large decking area. It was quite tricky in places, but the team worked to find innovative solutions to each challenge that popped up. We have also used them to install a surge protector for the house and various other jobs. I was very impressed with Reset electrical. David and Jamie did a brilliant job at reworking the wiring of my house and installing sockets, lights and a new consumer unit. As an added bonus, they even did some plastering and didn't leave a mess. I would definately recommend.

We have had David in before, once for an emergency, and once to replace our fuse box with a consumer unit. This time, he and Jamie came to replace our sockets, sort out lots of wiring, and generally sort out the house. They were courteous, professional, did the job on time and to the quote, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving us feeling happy with the work. We still have some things to sort, so will be using Reset again, and would heartily recommend them.

David was efficient in getting back an itemized quote and completed the jobs enlisted. I must highlight that we were fitting a Hive system where it was having problems connecting to the app. David came back twice to try and fix the problem and ensure everything was working at the end. He also helped to extend a ceiling light by trying to match the chains to the same colour as the light. I appreciated him going the extra mile to make these things work. I would recommend David for addressing your electrical jobs, even if he hasn’t done a particular job before he will research it and make it work. Thank you David for all your help! These guys are a mine of information, always willing to help and track parts down and offer advice. You might be able to get the parts cheaper online but using a local shop where you see the part and check it’s compatibly is far better for all concerned. I thought my washing machine part would be at least £50, if it was available at all, Abbey Electrics got me sorted for less than £20, I’m very happy.

Emailed about getting my 20+ year Sebo X4 vacuum cleaner repaired. Got a quick reply and dropped it off with a 4+ days estimate to look at it, then I could expect a call to say what it needed and the cost. Well today got a call to say it was ready for collection and a very low cost too. Very pleased Thankyou. Made my day 👌

I popped into Abbey Electrics this week for a motherboard issue which needed some intricate work on it, as it was broken and not working. I left the component with them, and within a day I was called back and explained the work was complete. Part is now fully working and the service from Joe was excellent. Great price, extremely professional and would highly recommend.

Premlex came to our office yesterday to replace old strip light fittings with new LED panels, there has been a vast improvement on the lighting within our office. When coming to quote for the job, Trebor was knowledgeable about the regulations regarding lighting within our office. When the electrician was on site carrying out the work he did so with no fuss and very little interruption to our work. When he was finished he left everything clean and tidy. We have used Premlex several times now and would highly recommend them.

I found SOTA via YouTube, when researching EV chargers. From the onset, Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and suggested a number of options for my home. He explained these clearly so I could make an informed decision, then ordered all the equipment ready for the installation. He kept me up to date throughout. When it came to the day of the install, he arrived on time and did an amazing job. He was considerate and his attention to detail was excellent. I had the option of a cheap EV charger with my new vehicle, but chose SOTA over this for all the reasons above. Adam did not disappoint and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had Adam install a mains powered set of garden lights to replace my faulty solar ones. Adam took great pains to make the work as neat as possible and went the extra mile when it came to tidying up the power supply to my water feature too!
