Hampshire Electrical responded really quickly after our lighting failed. Barry and apprentice Liam came and sorted this quickly. Barry also noticed our wall lighting was not working, and which hadn’t been working for years, at no extra cost Barry sorted this out for us. Both had no hesitation to take their shoes off as we’d had a new carpet fitted. Liam was very polite and a credit to the company. Thank you both.

David was efficient in getting back an itemized quote and completed the jobs enlisted. I must highlight that we were fitting a Hive system where it was having problems connecting to the app. David came back twice to try and fix the problem and ensure everything was working at the end. He also helped to extend a ceiling light by trying to match the chains to the same colour as the light. I appreciated him going the extra mile to make these things work. I would recommend David for addressing your electrical jobs, even if he hasn’t done a particular job before he will research it and make it work. Thank you David for all your help! So glad we have heat now! 😊

We have had David in before, once for an emergency, and once to replace our fuse box with a consumer unit. This time, he and Jamie came to replace our sockets, sort out lots of wiring, and generally sort out the house. They were courteous, professional, did the job on time and to the quote, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving us feeling happy with the work. We still have some things to sort, so will be using Reset again, and would heartily recommend them.

I was very impressed with Reset electrical. David and Jamie did a brilliant job at reworking the wiring of my house and installing sockets, lights and a new consumer unit. As an added bonus, they even did some plastering and didn't leave a mess. I would definately recommend.

James came over to install a new fuse box because it was required for the electrical safety certificate. During a rigorous check he also found a fault which was left unchecked by the previous electrician. I have also learned few things, when he explained what he was doing. He is an honest guy, I highly recommend him.

John helped me out of a real jam; my house was re-wired by a different electrician incorrectly, and all the work needed re-doing. John very kindly agreed to re-do all the work, at a price which matched my budget which no other electricians were able to do. John is extremely kind, caring, and considerate individual, and really goes the extra mile with all the work he performs. Not only did John do a fantastic job, but he made multiple suggestions for improvements which I hadn't even thought of myself. I can't emphasise enough how fantastic John is. Using John to assist with my re-wire was the single best decision I made whilst doing up my house, anyone who uses John will not regret it. A truly outstanding individual.

I'm local to the area, and awoke one morning to find that all my main lights upstairs weren't working. I called JaySparks and John was able to come out in less than 15 minutes. Needed an electrician to carry out some work on new property and to deem the property safe. I received a fair quote and booked in to carry out the jobs. James and Steve arrived on time and carried out the work professionally, promptly, and always keeping me up to date with the work carried out. I found them trustworthy, thorough, and very professional. We were very pleased with the work carried out; from removing plug sockets, installing new circuits, fixing an overloaded main fuse panel, and installing an isolation switch in the garage, to name a few.
