James was on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I ring the office I speak to friendly helpful staff. So rare these days!

Premlex came to our office yesterday to replace old strip light fittings with new LED panels, there has been a vast improvement on the lighting within our office. When coming to quote for the job, Trebor was knowledgeable about the regulations regarding lighting within our office. When the electrician was on site carrying out the work he did so with no fuss and very little interruption to our work. When he was finished he left everything clean and tidy. We have used Premlex several times now and would highly recommend them.

Premlex changed circuit breaker for us in March 2025 The service we received was excellent. The electrician was extremely polite and completely the work really fast. I would rate their service 5 stars and would definitely recommend this company!

I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!

Absolutely brilliant installation. Marlon was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Provided a new fuse box, external sockets and EV changer. Coped with my wife changing her mind on a few things, and still delivered on time. Would highly recommend, and will use again if any electrical work is needed.

Had a problem with my shower, M-Tech arrived within 24 hours and at the time specified. Marlon advised that it needed a new switch and the old one was quickly replaced. The work was carried out efficiently, cleanly and exactly what was needed. The work was checked and a certificate issued and a warranty given. Excellent service and I couldn't be more pleased. Used M-Tech Electrical as was local..Marley was help full from the 1st call. Polite /listened and advised what I could do before using his services... Unfortunately I did have a mains issue on my mains box... Marley was professional from dress to conduct and fix the issue on a second visit after ordering the part... Good value for his services... A huge thank you to to RGN electrical for the work they carried out for us on our data wiping racking. Gregg took the time time understand our vision for growth and came up with a solution that will help us improve production as well looking very professional. We are very happy with the work that his been carried out by Gregg and Matt and we look forward to using them again in the future.

Major partial and corrective full house rewire including conservatory, garden and shed circuits. Having trolled through all the various sites recommending electricians we opted for RGN Electitians, a local company to us in Hythe. Our first contact was through their website contact page, the next day we received a call to set up an initial meeting. Gregg arrived and went through our requirements and then checked the whole site, leaving us with a date for the EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report), this was going to be a big job as he identified 80 faults of varying importance. The work started on 2nd May, we had two guys for four days and three for one. The job took a total of ten days spread over three months by mutual agreement. We now have a safe house with all lighting circuits protected with the correct earthing, something missing completely. All wiring was checked, with nothing replaced which was up to code, this also saved us a fortune as a total rewire would have been horrendous. These guys did a great job, installing mains powered heat and smoke censers, new circuits for future use in the kitchen and wet room, totally rewiring the garden lighting circuits to comply with the code and new energy-saving lights in the master bedroom and shed. They also supplied and fitted a Hive central heating control system and a Hamilton remote control for the garden lighting. We were very impressed as to how punctual, polite, hard-working and clean working they were, at the end of the day you would not have known anyone had been working. The work was not cheap but they did have a lot of work to do and we are very happy with the final result and would have absolutely no hesitation in fully recommending these guys, in fact, we have said that we will call them back when we upgrade the gas cooker to an induction hob and oven in the kitchen and a new power shower in the wet room. Well done guys, we wish you every success in the future.
