These guys are awesome. My Cockatiel Bird escaped, ending up on the roof over the road. Called these guys, within 30minutes 3 lads turned up & had my bird down within 5minutes literally. Rang this company in an emergency as we had water leaking through our flat roof! Mark was amazing and was here within the hour to fix it and make it good again! He advised that the flat roof was in bad condition and would require new felt and bitumen to water proof it properly, we have booked him to complete this and would highly recommend him to anyone who has any roofing requirements.

Quote: timely, polite and the most thorough investigation of all the suppliers I talked to (went inside attic vs just looking at roof from the outside, to really understand where leak was happening and the extent of the damage). Gave me a variety of choices from very cost effective (but less likely to stand the test of time) to very thorough (but more costly but with a very long warranty). No one else gave me options and talked through what it'd mean to pick each. Work itself: completed in a day, 4 men so very speedily done. Good communication throughout the day. Aftercare: they offer a long warranty and I know I can call them back if any leaks I that area again, so feel confident in the quality of the work done!

Had the team over to fix some guttering, replace waterproofing trim and install some bird mesh. Really competitive price, very friendly chaps and polite throughout. They even managed to fix some extra elements we wanted doing that day for minimal cost! Would recommend.

John, Stewart and Mark were prompt, very tidy and did all that I asked of them. They resolved a problem that I thought couldn't be fixed. I had the guttering re-directed to the front of the property, disconnecting the original downpipe and discharging the rainwater to the front porch downpipe. They also replaced the piece of damaged soffit board caused by an old boiler, fitted new tile trays, 2 baskets and the spreader. It was a difficult job, and Stewart did well to get it done at all. I will use them again, very pleased with the outcome.

They then later came out and did a fantastic job. We were having issues with water coming in through our roof. We initially thought it was old hips to blame. Will diagnosed a few holes in the lead valleys when he first came to inspect property. After very quickly receiving quotes, BB Roofing came and repaired / replaced all the hips and valleys and I’m happy with the quality of the end job. The team also took down the chimney to below rafters and made good the hole left in the roof. All in all a very good job and pleased with end result.

BB Roofing is an absolutely first class company. We have had the roof stripped, a new membrane fitted and re-tiled using the existing tiles. The chimney was repointed and repaired. Soffits Fascias and Guttering replaced. All the works carried out is of a very high standard. The service we received from Will and Sam was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend BB Roofing. We needed an emergency roof repair as a leak had brought down the ceiling plaster. This was from a leak supposedly fixed by another company who failed to identify the root cause if the leak. BB roofing arrived and immediately identified the problem as being the dormer window. They proceeded to replace the window and also re align all of our roof tiles. They were quick, professional and really helpful. The leak is now fixed. They even came in under the original quote as the job was quicker than expected. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again if ever needed. Very refreshing to deal with honest upfront tradesmen. Thank you

Brilliant service. I contacted BB roofing via New Forest roofing as I discovered a small leak in my loft. BB was the third company to come out and quote but the first to get on the roof and find the source (a cracked tile) rather than just recommend the whole roof be replaced (which would have cost thousands). My fear of a massive bill to start the new year was resolved in under 2 hours and for a very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend Sam for honest advice with the customer’s interests at heart.

Nick has just replaced our asbestos garage roof with a new board and felt alternative. What an excellent job! He gave us great advice and provided a more expensive roof for less than I’d been quoted for a tin version. All work completed to a high standard within the timescales quoted.
