Quote: timely, polite and the most thorough investigation of all the suppliers I talked to (went inside attic vs just looking at roof from the outside, to really understand where leak was happening and the extent of the damage). Gave me a variety of choices from very cost effective (but less likely to stand the test of time) to very thorough (but more costly but with a very long warranty). No one else gave me options and talked through what it'd mean to pick each. Work itself: completed in a day, 4 men so very speedily done. Good communication throughout the day. Aftercare: they offer a long warranty and I know I can call them back if any leaks I that area again, so feel confident in the quality of the work done!

Nick has just replaced our asbestos garage roof with a new board and felt alternative. What an excellent job! He gave us great advice and provided a more expensive roof for less than I’d been quoted for a tin version. All work completed to a high standard within the timescales quoted. Was recently recommended that I repair my flat roof by a surveyor. I was panicking as the bad weather was around the corner. I approached over 20 roofers and had a large range of quotes and ideas alot were trying to get me to rebuild my roof. After a quick conversation with Sean I realised he was an honest straight talker like myself. I had a few match his quote without knowing but I went with Sean as I didn't want any stress and he was the only person to mention doing a part of a roof I didn't tell anyone about to see if anyone would mention it. Nothing was a problem and because I was honest about quotes and ideas from others he gave me logic to why we were making the right choice repairing the roofs the way he did. I was impressed with everyone who came to my property. All professional and kind to my neighbor's. Sean is an good man who does quite a bit for the local community and it showed when he was carrying out and organising the works. I will be using them again.

Sean has been absolutely brilliant, he told us what the problem, explained the various options and gave us a really competitive quote. Although the weather has been pretty dreadful over the last few weeks Sean was continually in contact and kept us up to date. We have had a leak in our roof which Daren narrowed down to a Velux window. On close inspection, the window was found to be rotten so a new Velux window was fitted. The two people who fitted it, Dave and Matt, did a very neat job.

Daren has so many good reviews and here is another 5 star one. We have only been able to see the work on our roof which he has carried out from ground level but everything looks great. One thing for which we commend him very specially is that after he had started the work he found that some parts of the job for which he had quoted were not in fact necessary. So the sum we paid was very significantly lower than his quote. We recommend him 100%.

Miguel came recommended by several other companies who wouldn’t deal with flat roofs - He gave me options for repair work, talked through all aspects of the build and took photos to explain both before and after. Replaced old felt with new rubber compound material, membrane, insulation and proper ventilation. Very polite and professional team, always on time and tidy. Even replaced afew tiles on front of house that he had seen were missing. Excellent job. Highly recommend.

I contacted them through their website and they called me back within thirty minutes. They sent Mark out the next morning to take a look. Mark is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took lots of pictures and showed me what the issues were (I had several leaks in my roof since the recent bad weather). By the end of the day Steve had sent me a quote. The quote listed out the works they were going to do and I thought the price was really good for the amount of work that was needed. I emailed back and accepted in the evening. Steve responded that evening to arrange a day to do the work. The work was done on the day that we had agreed. Mark and Luke did a great job and took more pictures to show me what had been done. As promised all the broken tiles and the original lead flashing was taken away. Steve gave me a courtesy call later on that day to make sure I was happy. Really genuine company trying to sort your problems out. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any roofing issues.

Have used Gavin on two occasions, the first time was to replace around 20 Brazilian slates on our roof. Not a job he relished as Brazilian is about the worst slate you could use! Today, Gavin’s team replaced the flashing under our 1st floor bay window where we have been having problems with water ingress. Great job carried out the day after he gave me his quote. I called “we know roofing” for a quote, they were very polite and came round the next day to give a quote for my leaking garden room roof. The quote which came through was competitive and a fixed price and I was told that if further issues were found that there would be no hidden costs. We arranged a mutually convenient date for them to start and the roofer’s who came were extremely polite and tidy, they worked hard and were very professional showing us pictures all the way along. Further issues were found and there was no problem they just got on with the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have roofing done in the future
