Ben fixed our leaking flat roof that was “repaired” by cowboy traders in October 2023. It was great to see how a professional job should be done! No payment taken until job was completed and kept us informed throughout and explained how the system he uses works. Definitely felt he went out of his way to ensure the job was done to the best possible standard.

I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff. Thank you for a job, promptly undertaken, competitively priced and most importantly, very well done.

I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is very professional from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. He came round and gave a quote which I felt was very reasonable. He was extremely accommodating and didn’t want paying until the job was complete (he did the work over two days to fit in with us). I am very happy with the work. Tom who works with Andy is very polite too and a credit to the business. A really lovely company to deal with. I would use Andy again without hesitation.

Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall! Jake and his team have carried out a roof inspection, sorted some slipped tiles and checked gutters, clearing out all guttering and cleaning soffits and facias (they look as good as new again).They have worked hard and quickly, turned up when they said they would, carried out the required work to a high standard and cleared up all mess before leaving. Jake and his colleague were quick, efficient and polite in replacing leaking gutter joints and cleaning out all gutters around the house. One problem was noted when it next rained after the work was completed but Jake reattended and addressed this without any issue. Highly recommended and would definitely use McArthur Roofing again.

Cannot recommend Elite Fascias enough. From initial enquiry to job done - highly professional, courteous service. Very respectful of my property & left everything neat & tidy. Also found the source of some stains we were seeing on the old wood soffits which was some cracked tiles so that saved me a leak in the future! Attention to detail in getting tiles that would match the old & porch looks fabulous!

Peter responded very quickly to a request for a quote and explained what would be done. Peter and his son did an excellent job replacing plastic guttering and downpipes on our garage and side of the house. Lee at Even Flo has just completed a fantastic repair in Sherfield Park . A repair that 2 roofing companies ( and possibly a few more before I moved in) failed to complete after numerous attempts. Lee is knowledgable , professional and managed to patiently explain the issues where a lower roof butted onto the side of the house. All was fixed quickly at a competitive price!!
