We had a very bad leak above our bay window! I called Topnotch Roofing, they came out to put a new lead roof on, they were polite on site and the work they done was second to none. Very happy with the job they done.

We have used (Topnotch Buildiny&Roofing LTD)for multiple roofing projects. communicate well and are efficient and proactive in completing work. The work they carry out is always finished to a high standard.

Topnotch is exactly what it says on the tin. I highly recommend this firm. Alfred the owner and his top professional, Nathan, are brilliant. They renovated a large part of my roof earlier this year and fitted three large Velux windows, so I called Topnotch when I had guttering problems earlier this week. They came out in a day or two and sorted it out. If you value a family business with people you can actually speak to and reply to you like Alfred and Nathan, go Topnotch. We would highly recommend Lennon for any roofing repairs. He was quick to respond to my message asking for a quote. He then attended our property promptly, explaining to my husband the different options we had. He put no pressure on us to fully replace the garage roof, offering a robust option to repair instead. He not only did the work perfectly but added a couple of extra details to finish the job and make it look super neat too. Lennon is highly approachable and a great guy to deal with. Any roofing repairs we need in the future, he will be our “go to man”. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I can't recommend Lennon highly enough. He gave me all the options available for what was required. He then was prompt in replacing all my guttering and downpipes after he'd cleaned all the fascias. He also re mortered the verge and fitted verge covers. I am extremely happy at the standard of work and lennon was very amenable to my questions. Overall I'm very impressed.
