Harry has just finished doing 10 of my windows, a summer house, front porch an outhouse door. When he came round to quote, I knew straight away that he was going to an excellent job on what were tired and in some places, rotted windows. He replaced a number of beads and expertly restored the rest. To say I’m pleased with what’s he’s done, just doesn’t do justice to the massive amount of hard graft and amazing attention to detail he showed. I’m absolutely delighted with the results. I would recommend Harry in a heartbeat.

Harry decorated our hall, stairs and landing. It was a complicated job but he worked really hard and we are thrilled with the finish. Everything was perfect and he left the area clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to have him back again.

Harry painted our landing and stairs, including sanding and varnishing the banister. It all looks fabulous. Harry worked extremely diligently and had to cope with a very inquisitive cat! To top it all the price was extremely reasonable and I will be using him again for projects in the future.

Seb came back to finish laying the bathroom floor . I have to say he did a fantastic job. On completing the work, we asked him to quote for another job. On Inspection he found a hole in a gas pipe. His attention to detail saved out house. Would I recommend him yes, he is just a genuine guy,

Trevor removed a brick wall (circa 18 meters in lengths) and footings in the garden of the new property I recently moved in, so in turn we could access conifers, remove them and replace the fences. In terms of organisation, I called in on Allin Property Services as the first trade to come in, prior to the tree surgeons and the fencers. So to me it was important to get someone in who was good at communications, clear on timings & dates, and committed to doing the work once we accepted the quote. I had been let down by a couple of other builders/garden design people. Trevor was low key, reliable, great in communications and did all the things he said he would at the time he said he would. In terms of the work carried out, unfortunately, rain poured down and it was cold. That did not deter Trevor and one of his colleagues. They worked pretty hard, to a high standard and despite the weather. They also cleared up afterwards, were respectful of us and the neighbours (which mattered to me being a new comer) and did a great job. I’m very pleased with the work that was carried out. The timing was respected which enabled the tree surgeons to come in on time afterwards. I recommend Trevor and Allin Property Services to anyone who is looking for building work in their garden. I have asked them for further help on other maintenance work at the house.

Roof hip tiles reinstallation - Trevor and team did a 5* job of removing and reseating two full rows of hip tiles which had come detached from old cracked mortar. Cleaned moss and debris from roof and cleared gutter while there. On time, professional, very friendly and reliable team - 100% recommend Allin Property Services

What a nice knowlegable guy. Trevor came at short notice and fitted a floating console unit, hung a picture and levelled off some seriously off level cupboard doors. I could not be more pleased with what he did, the way he works and how respectfully he treated my property. Highly recommended.

Trevor provides a fantastic service. He is very professional, but also friendly, which is important when you've go someone in your house. He came and put in 3 shelves in my airing cupboard, fitted around my water tank and he did a great job. Wasn't sure I would be able to get 3 shelves, but he managed it and they look awesome. Moved house 7 weeks ago and had a long list of things to get done from shelves in the kitchen/utility, a shed to build, a garden office to finish and so on. Trevor is working his way through the list and everything is done to a high standard. He has such a broad range of skills, never over commits and is reliable. He is also a very decent guy. Recommend him highly for a wide range of jobs.

I called in desperation to get my new curtains up for Christmas. I tried and failed! I explained my need and was given an appointment for today. Amandeep came out and in no time at all my curtains are up. He even hoovered up some dust from the drilling! I am impressed and definitely recommend him and will use again. Price was realistic. Happy to have found him. Now looking at other things I need doing!!

Great quality service, very reasonable pricing. Ravi is more than qualified for all the handyman tasks we had his help with. He also demonstrated skills also with plumbing and electric. He completed about 10 household DIY tasks at a very high standard. He came fully equipped and had some great suggestions for how to fix things up in a tidy way. Highly recommended those who need service from Uk Handiman . I had a lot knotweeds growing in my property that’s disturbing and disgusting for us . I managed to call a lot Garderners and managements and they’ve quoted more than we could afford and I called these group of lads and they did come and agreed . Surprisingly they removed every single pieces of weed with a really reasonable price . Thank you lads

We found Dayan and the team on Google to help us out with technical domestic jobs for our mum at her home. Dayan and his team are extremely friendly, are always on hand to help and are really understanding with clear communication. Additionally, their rates are very competitive and to a high standard. Found Dayan via Google, I usually like to go via personal recommendation but the Google reviews were great and I needed my TV mounting quite quickly. I was initially booked in a few days ahead, which was appreciated given my late request, but as Dayan had an appointment change he contacted me and was able to help me on the day! Alan has completed two jobs for us now, the first a wall reconstruction and plastering to fill in a redundant doorway and a full scope en-suite refit most recently. All works have been completed to an excellent standard, for a very reasonable price. Alan was a pleasure to have around, respectful of our home and dedicated to providing the very best outcome, even when he discovered a lot of ‘older house’ issues that he then had to fix before he could continue with the job booked in.

Alan was working on my neighbours house and having seen the quality of work I had no problem getting him to replace and repair the guttering and fascia's around my house. Alan helped me by installing a heavy curtain rail on drywall - he assessed whether it was possible or safe, and explained to me all the relevant points. He then carried out the work, doing an excellent job. I appreciated that he fitted me in very quickly (just a couple of days after my call), and the charge for his work seemed very reasonable. Alan did a brilliant job on our bathroom. It started as a very outdated seperate toilet and bathroom and is now one big bathroom. He listened to my many ideas and wants and contributed his to get the perfect fit and design with the space available. We are really pleased with the end result, it was a big job and he did a fab job. Will be using him again and definitely recommend.
