Highly recommended those who need service from Uk Handiman . I had a lot knotweeds growing in my property that’s disturbing and disgusting for us . I managed to call a lot Garderners and managements and they’ve quoted more than we could afford and I called these group of lads and they did come and agreed . Surprisingly they removed every single pieces of weed with a really reasonable price . Thank you lads

We needed someone to help with a variety of tasks in the house and garden following a house move and came across Don on Google. Dons response to our initial contact was prompt and he was clear about when he was next available, which thankfully wasn’t too long (a couple of weeks at that time). On top of this positive first impression, Don asked us to email over a list of jobs that needed doing (in order that he could ensure he brought the right tools and equipment on the day) - another promising sign of someone who is well organised! When we met Don we were delighted with his positive, can-do attitude and high standard of his workmanship. He is very professional, reliable, flexible, trustworthy, knowledgeable hard working and efficient (getting tasks done in the blink of an eye which would have taken us hours, several trips to the hardware shop and a lot of stress). We were very pleased and will definitely continue to use Dons services in the future.

Found Don yesterday via Google, although we had an urgent requirement to fit a new shower enclosure, he managed to fit us in to his schedule at short notice. He is a really nice guy and the quality of his work was outstanding. He turned up promptly and actually completed the work in less time so charged me less than quoted.... Highly recommend. James.

Can't recommend Wayne and the guys enough, starting with a leak - three plumbers later, Wayne was the first to actually get to and fix it. Then a brand new kitchen, Wayne helped design and plan with some great ideas - they carried out all the work to a very high standard, fitting, plumbing and electrics. They were very good at working around any issues, always clean and tidy, and most importantly, genuinely nice people. I will use them for any future jobs for sure. Thanks guys!

From start to finish Wayne and rest of the company have been amazing. We needed a lot of work done to our new house and Wayne listened carefully to my changing requirements as he prepared the quote. The new bathroom is stunning and is completed to exceptional standard. No job was too small and they did everything on my list from decorating, to add new doors and changing all the light fittings. They are polite, have an extensive knowledge of the building trade and are flexible. It was so easy having one company take care of all the refurbishments. The happiest customer has to Milo the dog as they laid turf in the garden and he has loved rolling all over it. Thank you.

Wayne totally refitted our bathroom last year. Not only an excellent job in all aspects, but the attention to detail was superb. He is THE most cleanest and tidest, reliable contractor we've ever had during our total renovation of our property over the years. He is now over seeing all aspects of my Mother's property, again doing a great job. Suffice to say, Wayne now is our Number One to go to in all aspects of property management.

Wayne and his team have just finished our bathroom and bedroom refurbishment and we couldn’t be happier! I had a reasonably large bedroom and a living room 'feature wall' redecorated by Adrian. He offered good advise on some historic mold and damp damage, treated it and completed the decoration work to an excellent standard. He was clean and tidy, completed ahead of schedule, and the quote was accurate and reasonable. Would highly recommend him.

What an amazing service we have had from Adrian of Bird Property Services. From start to finish, he has been reliable, trustworthy, friendly, respectful and tidy. Adrian skilfully and professionally transformed the whole downstairs of our house following some building work. He shows pride in his work, and pays great attention to detail, so in every room our decorating has been done to an exceptionally high standard. Adrian has just redecorated my 2 bedroomed flat between tenants . He offered advice on the best colour to keep the flat bright and fresh and it now looks very modern. Adrian left no mess, and kept to his quote. He is a perfectionist and even tidied up additional areas so the paint work all matched . I will definetly use him again

I had a very urgent job that needed doing asap at a residential block of flats. I contacted Harry the proprietor of JP Building Services on a Saturday and he agreed to come the same day to assess the job. He then agreed to get the bits he needed and come back the next day which was a Sunday and do what was necessary and everything was done by lunchtime at a very reasonable price. As a result of this totally brilliant service we are now considering using him for all our maintenance work in the future as he can cover most trades needed. Rick Moffatt

HP building services were very helpful- a quotation for the work was given the same day and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. HP is the best of the best. I had a nasty couple of leaks in my very high up warehouse roof at the gym I own that were affecting my business, as well as some essential maintenance required. They quickly organised the scaffold and carried out the complex repair within 1 week of being called. The price was good, he is very tidy and professional, and the leak is fixed. Great communication too. I highly recommend HP and will call again if I need anything further.

TJC construction finished a year long renovation on our house in June 2023. From the quote which was a detailed breakdown of costs, to Building Control and completion, Tom and his team were amazing, friendly, professional and hard working; including all Sundays and Bank Holidays, which was really refreshing to see. Tom listened to our ideas and always gave us the pros and cons of changes we made and was always willing to help achieve our vision. Both Tom and his team were also good at suggesting ways ahead and ideas from their wealth of experience. Our house looks fantastic with work completed to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend TJC construction to family and friends.

We used Tom and TJC Construction for a major house renovation and extension project; taking a largely untouched 1970's house, doubling the footprint, and turning into a beautiful modern family home. It was a 12 month job start to finish and came with all the challenges you would expect with a project this size (delays from southern water, the increase of building material costs, the British weather... etc). Throughout the whole project Tom communicated regularly and openly with us. We always understood what was going on, the reason for any changes or delays, and the plan for what was happening next. It was clear he had a close hand on all work being undertaken throughout the project and we have been impressed with all the tradesmen brought in throughout - all of whom work regular for him. The end result is brilliant - there is no such thing as an easy build project, but picking the right person to manage a project of this scale makes all the difference. I couldn't recommend Tom highly enough and the quality of the finish speaks for itself.

Tom and his team were highly dedicated, hard working and did a fantastic job for us, on what was not an easy build. We did a 2 story extension with multiple internal changes requiring lots of walls to be removed and steel work put in place. The job was completed in 5 months which we found to be remarkable given the level of complexity and work the job required. Tom’s communication we found to be absolutely excellent and something we feel Tom does incredibly well. No job goes perfectly with problems cropping up along the way but when issues arose, Tom was a fantastic problem solver and kept the job moving at pace. Would thoroughly recommend Tom and his team! Tom and his team completed a single storey extension to the side of our house, including shower room, utility, storage area and study in the Summer of 2024. It looks amazing! We were impressed from the start. Tom was able to begin quickly and contractors were on site every day and most importantly he saw it through to the end, including dealing with snagging and dealt with anything that related to the build. He seemed to genuinely be concerned to get the build right for us. The estimated time for the build was completely accurate. Tom is incredibly professional and communication is regular and clear. He takes time to listen and understand what you are asking. He treated us both with respect- pointing out the pros and cons of any decisions that needed to be made. The initial quotation was stuck to -to the letter. Any small changes we decided to make during the build, e.g. installation of three roof lights- Tom was transparent about how much these would cost and agreed this with us before going ahead. From the start of the build, the principal contractor on site was friendly, easy to talk to and spent time speaking with immediate neighbours to ensure they understood what was happening. The trades were all polite, came when they said they would and carried out the work to a high standard. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the decorating and the tiling. We would be very happy to recommend Tom and his team at TJC and use him ourselves for any future work- be it big or small.
