Just a quick thank you and a mega shout out for our knight in shining armour James the plumber First of all we had sold our house and leds than a week before the big move the boiler packed up, a call to our usual plumber who I might add did not get back to us I resorted to social media and James responded. He came out look found the problem ordered the part was back within 2 days to fix boiler all working great. Panda Gas, Nathan was very efficient. The app to book was easy to use. You receive a time slot and, dependent on prior jobs, you were advised he would arrive within two hours of that time slot. I received a link to track his vehicle when he was on his way. Nathan explained everything clearly and helped me to choose the right product. He gave me an estimation of cost prior to doing the work, which was spot on and his pricing is reasonable. He is friendly and professional. I recommend his services.

Small job, but had an issue with our toilets built in cistern. Called on the Monday and fixed by the Tuesday morning. Very nice guys found the issue and fixed it straight away. Couldn't recommend HP much more or for the service and quick turn around 👍🏻 Had also serviced our boiler last year.

They have found a couple of issues, which they resolved without fuss - one issue was possibly unsafe and engineer couldn't leave without sorting, I only found out after and I wasn't charged for it! Rob recently replaced our gas combination boiler having "nursed" our old boiler for a couple of years. His estimate was reasonable, he arrived as planned and worked continually until the boiler was installed. His pipework was very neat and explained the workings of the new boiler. We had super service from Connor and would recommend. Wave were recommended to us by a friend of ours. We had an old air source heat pump removed, new Valiant gas boiler fitted and several new radiators fitted. Our house is now warm! Lots of good advice, flexible on timings to suit us and a really neat and tidy job that we are very happy with. Having used this company several times for boiler services, gas installations and plumbing repairs I had occasion today to call Mark for an urgent leak situation. Mark calmly and efficiently advised me how to manage the situation to prevent further damage while he was on the way to come and fix the problem. Boiler problems building up for 6 months. Taskforce was able to identify the problems and discuss solutions. I opted for a replacement boiler. Options were identified, a preferred option selected, quotation was clear, time frame specified, and the installation was done thoroughly, competently and without any issues. Strongly recommended
