Have used this company for several years to service our boiler. They are professional, friendly, tidy and go above what is expected. They have found a couple of issues, which they resolved without fuss - one issue was possibly unsafe and engineer couldn't leave without sorting, I only found out after and I wasn't charged for it! I only wish I had found them years ago! Now wont go anywhere else!!! Highly recommend Brian & his team.

Small job, but had an issue with our toilets built in cistern. Called on the Monday and fixed by the Tuesday morning. Very nice guys found the issue and fixed it straight away. Couldn't recommend HP much more or for the service and quick turn around 👍🏻 Had also serviced our boiler last year.

Mark and Tom who did the work of upgrading two radiators and changing the water supply to our washing machine from a gravity feed to a mains feed were, again, very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent work and left everywhere clean and tidy. Will definitely commission future work with this company.

Just a quick thank you and a mega shout out for our knight in shining armour James the plumber First of all we had sold our house and leds than a week before the big move the boiler packed up, a call to our usual plumber who I might add did not get back to us I resorted to social media and James responded. He came out look found the problem ordered the part was back within 2 days to fix boiler all working great. We moved knowing we needed a new boiler and went straight to James job was priced which I may add brilliant and completed very fast. James is a very knowledgeable polite and straight talking young man. Rob always does an excellent job. He has also done work for my elderly father in law and daughter. We are all pleased with his punctuality and professionalism. Rob always cleans up after himself which is paramount for an elderly person. His prices are very reasonable.

Rob recently replaced our gas combination boiler having "nursed" our old boiler for a couple of years. His estimate was reasonable, he arrived as planned and worked continually until the boiler was installed. His pipework was very neat and explained the workings of the new boiler. Rob was helpful, very pleasant to have on site and cares about his clients.

We have been using Mark to service and repair our boiler / central heating system for some years now and his customer service, attitude, efficiency, communications, work ethic and pricing are all excellent. He always contacts me regularly in August to book our annual service, turns up when he says he will and provides a professional and first rate service. He's also a gentleman. Having used this company several times for boiler services, gas installations and plumbing repairs I had occasion today to call Mark for an urgent leak situation. Mark calmly and efficiently advised me how to manage the situation to prevent further damage while he was on the way to come and fix the problem. Mark fixed the problem very quickly soon after I called with the emergency. I am 100% happy with the service I received .
