HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. I would unreservedly recommend HeatXpert if you need a professional job at a reasonable cost and would have no hesitation in using their services again.

We had struggled to find an emergency call out to our boiler - heat expert turned up when they said, their engineers were knowledgeable and our boiler was fixed and working once the part was obtained. They communicate using texts to keep us informed of timing of visits and also payment using Apple Pay makes life so much easier.

We've got an old water heater for service. We are new home owners and we were looking for someone who can do the boiler service and at the same time to do a survey about heating improvements. However, Anthony has done just the service as we are not ready for big changes. Used Bespoke Gas for my annual gas boiler service. The booking team were really helpful in arranging a suitable date, explaining the process and providing a quote for the work. The service was completed on the day promised, to a very high standard. Anthony, who conducted the work was excellent. Little touches like wearing protective covers on his shoes, covering up the carpet where he was working, and providing a really good explanation of what was involved in the service made this a really positive experience. Can't recommend Dan highly enough. We had a fault that meant we had no heating or hot water. I contacted Dan late that day and he responded within an hour to say he would drop by next day. He arrived next day, diagnosed the fault, went to get the part, came back same day and then fitted the new part. Everything back to normal in just over 24 hours. Can't ask any more than that. Week before Xmas, boiler wasn’t working. Found Dan online and he had it all fixed within 36 hours. The company I had used for years for servicing take longer than that to answer the phone. Will ask Dan if he wants to take over servicing once Xmas out of the way. RECOMMEND.

I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. As I’m vulnerable the Company very helpfully expedited the works. The added bonus is that they also do electrics etc and we are looking forward to joining the Home Shield cover as it will give us peace of mind.

Its never an easy job having your boiler replaced. Alfords however made it easy and straight forward. From planning the new installation, answering our questions, guiding us through to the right solution and installing the new boiler Alfords provided a fantastic service. The team that did the installation were great. Very tidy and protected carpets and surfaces whilst they worked. They kept us informed of what they were doing and were happy to answer any questions we had. All in all a great service that I would recommend.

This was the first time I had used Alfords but as my previous plumber had retired I booked a boiler service with them on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic service from being able to book online through to engineer arriving as per the appointment and with invoicing and payment online, what could be easier! Very friendly, polite and well informed guy (Phil) who was extremely helpful. No mess and treated my home with respect, even taking his shoes off without being asked! Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

We have used PQ Plumbers twice now, the first time for a complete bathroom renovation and then to replace our boiler and a couple of radiators. They did such a good job with the bathroom that we didn’t hesitate to go back when we decided to have the boiler done. Both times Paul was very professional, friendly and helpful, going through all the options and discussing what would suit us best. The guys who completed the work were also very professional, tidy and did a great job. We were more than happy to leave a key with them so they could come and go while we were at work. I would highly recommend this business. We struggled to even get others to quote/turn up, but we spoke to Paul and he was so helpful. Basically we had a split shower tray, that tray repairers had told us it was not repairable. Unfortunately for us the tray was tiled in! Paul came and looked, he also spotted that our grout lines had started to crack, and said that there is likely moisture behind as a result. We ended up going backwards and forwards (nightmare customers!!) with added and removing bits from the quote. Paul was very patient, and all of this was done with no quibble. Once we agreed a start date that was quick, Paul and Karl turned up. Paul effectively handed the job over to Karl, but made sure he knew what we had wanted etc. Karl was nice and clearly very competent. My wife only uses trades people that “she gets a good feeling about” and both Karl and Paul passed this test! The shower has been completed to the spec we had agreed.it was quick and is fantastic quality/workmanship. Place was left tidy after, and fantastic communication. You honestly couldn’t ask for more. They made good suggestions along the way,like adding the tray onto a plinth so it doesn’t crack again (or risk cracking), risks of removing and reinstalling the door etc. all billed as agreed with no surprises. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, and a bonus they are both family men.

Paul and his team did a complete bathroom refurbishment on our Edwardian home. I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Importantly to me, Paul's communication was concise and efficient. He listened carefully to our requirements and as a result, we got exactly what we had invisaged. Paul was able to make recommendations based on the age of our property and kept us up to date on the work throughout. The work was completed quickly and they even hoovered up after themselves! The finish on the bathroom is very precise (and I am quite the perfectionist!). Nothing was too much work for Paul and the team, and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you!

Lee and the team have helped me a couple of times now. First to sort out the plumbing to install my dishwasher and more recently to fix my leaky shower. They have a great attention to detail and a genuine care to give good customer service. With some services I feel a bit undermined or bamboozled but Lee and the team are personable, relatable and most importantly… they always turn up and get the job done! I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.
