We recently moved to the area and wanted to get our gas appliances checked / serviced. Dealing with Dunlop on the phone was very straightforward, and we arranged an appointment. Many thanks to Owen, who attended. He was polite, explained what he had done, and tidied up after himself. We have no hesitation in recommending Dunlop!

Just had my second experience of work carried out by Dunlop .Both times their phone was answered on the second ring and the job was planned for following week.I chose the time to expect the engineer.Kiaran arrived on the dot and carried out the work professionally and competently.He was smart,friendly ,knowledgeable and a credit to his company.Well done again !

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Lee came out today as an emergency job to fix our toilet. He was fast and extremely reliable. He was honest and did a great job. Highly recommend if you need a plumber, even lets you know when he’s on his way.

Lee and the team have helped me a couple of times now. First to sort out the plumbing to install my dishwasher and more recently to fix my leaky shower. They have a great attention to detail and a genuine care to give good customer service. With some services I feel a bit undermined or bamboozled but Lee and the team are personable, relatable and most importantly… they always turn up and get the job done! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Rob has installed a new boiler for us after our twenty year old unit failed. He did warn us some time ago that it was likely to become unreliable due to its age but we persevered until it died! Rob worked very hard throughout the two day job, flushing our radiators etc, making some improvements and we now have a great heating system that is reliable and very effective. He worked really hard, completed on time and left not a gram of mess anywhere. We thoroughly recommend Kenbrook and have been very pleased with them all. Diana

Kenbrook fitted a central heating system from scratch for us last October, then in January moved our bodged bathroom from the front of the house to its original home in the back. Despite the house throwing a few curve balls and there being a *lot* of issues as a result of some terrible DIY (courtesy of the previous owners), Rob, Dave and Steve did a fantastic job on both occasions. The only thing they asked for was plenty of tea and bacon sandwiches. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to the Kenbrook team, we’ll give you a ring when the kitchen is replaced! (Please note, I’m only writing this now as we wanted the bathroom to be completely finished before taking pictures)

After considerable research and obtaining 3 quotes for my work I chose Kenbrook. I was not disappointed. The work was undertaken by Rob, one of 3 fully qualified and experienced Heating and Plumbing Engineers. Rob did an excellent job and certainly went the 'extra mile' to complete the task, working hard throughout a couple of long days, plus the 2 half days needed to finish the work. The Company have proven themselves to be very professional, knowledgeable and competent, with excellent logistical and business admin support from Michelle, always an important role for any business. Thus this business comes highly recommended.

I had a new kichen sink put in and old one removed and pipework under sink reconfigured. The guy who came was on time to the minute, really nice, professional, polite and worked in a clean and tidy way and disposing of everything that needed to be. Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. Recommended, a great company. I’m very pleased with the quality and speed of work done at a good price. Steve was very responsive to all communications and accommodating to fit the job in quickly. The guys are very knowledgeable, experienced and take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

I called Dario in a panic at the end of last year due to water marks on my kitchen ceiling. Having recently paid a different plumber to fit a new bathroom I asked Dario to take a look. He carefully went over the other plumbers handiwork and instantly found many, many ‘shortcuts’ and ‘Botched jobs’ including leaks, unstable flooring and bath, and bad fixtures. All of which would have caused more problems if left. Dario rightfully advised this needed to be stripped back and redone and gave us various options to suit the budget. Dario completed all work to a high standard within the timescale given. He was able to answer all of my (sometimes stupid) questions and gave advice on upkeep of the bathroom. He was tidy and arrived on time everyday. Previously Dario has replaced a number of old radiators in our home to optimise heating and has recently carried out a full boiler service for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Dario to friends and colleagues who are looking for plumbing services and will be calling Dario again for our next boiler service.
