Tom has given excellent service for over 10 years now. His work is very thorough , he is very knowledgable on all matters re boilers and general plumbing. Nothing is too much trouble, he is honest, friendly and reliable , always gives prompt service and his quotes are always competitive. He loves a cuppa too!

I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

We cannot thank Paul and Sam enough for their fantastic service. They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. I called Gasnier Heating and Plumbing at about 10 in the morning because my Boiler was loosing pressure, and therefore was shutting down.. Alan Gasnier arrived at about 14:00 to address the problem. All was resolved in about 45 minutes and back in working order. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and highly recommended!!.

Despite gas safe legislation, I can understand why gas users are tempted to do their own minor repairs. Recent lubrication of a gas tap which took absolutely no more than ten minutes, a small amount of specialist graphite grease and a bill for £60 cash has left me wondering. OK a call-out fee is acceptable, although I was prepared to wait for a suitable time slot, but this job was done whilst there was another local job in progress that needed to be left for draining a system. Can't fault the work.
