Had a new boiler fitted a short while ago and last week a new bathroom. Really pleased with Options - they are reliable, efficient and very professional - can't praise them enough. Will certainly recommend and continue to use them.

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. He didn’t take any shortcuts and even though it was 5pm he kept working until the job was finished. 100% recommend this company. Macca is a credit to your company.

After our shower mixer broke and my usual plumber wasn’t available for a few weeks, I contacted PlumbJax who were very responsive and helpful. The plumber came out much sooner than any other firms I contacted and saved us some money after making a recommendation of an alternative repair. Very happy - thank you!

Bathroom refurbishment. Clive and his team were excellent, friendly, honest, polite, professional, tidy, kept us updated all the way through. A few problems were uncovered along the way (somethings you can't see until you take everything out!), Clive dealt with them quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the bathroom :-)

Clive from Job Done services came to sort out hot water at our rented home on new year's eve when almost nobody else was working (tried calling about 30-odd other people on CheckATrade). Great service overall. Gave me a 1-hour time slot. Arrived earlier than stated time, but texted to let me know he was free earlier than expected. On arrival, got right to work quite literally. Popped out to get new parts, and eventually sorted out the job in just under 2 hours. There were some other issues which Clive gave some advice on to try and get fixed through letting agent. Overall happy and would recommend.

Clive responded to my call straight away and came next day to replace kitchen tap and stopclock all done with inthe the hour found him to be very friendly and would definitely call Job done services again.

Alex Plumbing was fabulous to work with! They were able to accommodate my timeframe quickly. And what we thought was going to be a simple fix turned out to be more work than expected. At first, things went very poorly with the dispatcher on the day of the scheduled service. There seemed to be no communication between the very nice people at the front-end office and the dispatcher who had incorrect information, resulting in delaying the arrival of the technician until the final ten minutes of the four-hour window.

Yuval came out to help find and repair a leak that we were having in the area under our kitchen sink. He did a great job of finding the problems, and installing our new faucet & garbage disposal and replacing a hose to our dish washer. This is the 2nd time we have used Alex Plumbing, and we would use them again if any other plumbing issues arose. Thank you!

Let me start by saying Simon is the most professional , reliable and knowledgeable tradesman I have ever encountered. I have been a landlady for some time now and being a woman in a male dominated profession comes with its challenges. That said Simon has always been professional and fair in his pricing. He is easily contactable post jobs being completed and is respectful to tenants. I have worked with Leak Detection Soultions on numerous occasions even referring them to other landlords and have always had a top tier experience and service. I would highly recommend using their services. I don’t tend to write reviews but to gatekeep this service would be criminal.

Simon was a genuine & honest tradesman with an exceptional work ethic. His customer care exceeded my expectations. Time keeping & being kept in the loop was also exemplary. This has all really been appreciated at a time when I needed help & advice & very much eased my anxiety. The water ingress issues in my property were sorted out over 3 x visits to my property. This experience has taught me that water can cause major issues & a specialist not only has the knowledge, but a plethora of very high tech machinery to deal with this drying out process, which for my property took two weeks. A full detailed report was given before & after & a warranty certificate issued at the end of the whole process. Simon deserves to do well with his business & I wish him the very best for the future. We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Had an issue with hot water and other fault codes popping in as well. So i call for the service about late afternoon and he came straight away in the same day which i did not expect.He came in diagnosed and spot on the problem. Ordered the parts on same day and placed it in day after which is very efficient and efficient with reasonable price.
