Great service from the phone call to make the appointment to when Sean the engineer phoned to give me the time he would be arriving. The engineer was so efficient and professional, carried out the work to a high standard and was really helpful with advice. I am happy to recommend this company and the service they provide.

James fitted a new boiler and radiators for me. The work was all carried out on time and to budget and I am very pleased with the results. I particularly liked that James took the time to consider the best solution for my property and discussed these thoroughly with me. He left everything very clean and tidy when finished. I obtained quotes from a number of providers before choosing JRT Heating Services and I'm very pleased with the decision I made.

We used Eversafe plumbing and Heating to have a new Kitchen Sink installed (New sink and pipe work, sealed and re-tiled) and later used them again to replace our bathroom (Whole new suite and re-tiled). Excellent advice given on selecting the best products suited to our needs and very clear on the costs involved. The work was carried out to a very high standard. The plumber working on both jobs was very professional, polite and respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

I was recommended Eversafe Plumbing & Heating by a friend, so used them to do a complete bathroom refit and I was so pleased with the finished job! Everything was explained to me as we went along and Rich was so polite and considerate. I think prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I'd got quotes from too. Have since used them again for radiator changes and boiler service. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend Rich enough. My combi-boiler stopped working unexpectedly, leaving me without hot water and central heating in winter. The issues were not straightforward, but Rich persevered and saw the job through - working around his other pre-booked appointments, and over the course of several evenings, to help as quickly and efficiently as he could. He explained all the issues in full, to ensure I was fully informed. Unfortunately for him, his hard work and kindness means he is now going to be stuck with me for any and all future heating / plumbing needs!

Great! Very professional and got the job done quick! We wanted a double sink in our studio basement. Helped us choose the best products that would suit our needs. One side we have a regular tap and the other a spray tap. Which is very handy for a messy ceramics studio!

Amazing service! We walked into HPS Aldershot with a view to revitalising our en suite bathroom and was greeted by Louise. We did have some ideas of what we wanted before we arrived. After a brief discussion and tour of the showroom, the help and guidance we received from Louise was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and after ordering, we were informed throughout the whole process. There were no issues and we now have a lovely new en suite, hassle free. We will certainly return for future works!!

Louise takes customer service to a new level and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best bathrooms. Not only did she advise on layout and fittings to make sure they were practical but also that were not spending money unnecessarily. Everything supplied was of good quality. The service did not stop once everything was ordered as Louise was always available for help, advice and support throughout.

First class service from James, at Magnum bathrooms. He sourced and delivered a replacement thermo cartridge for a bath/shower fitted 7 years ago. He kept me informed throughout with emails and phone calls, showing great attention to detail and excellent customer service I highly recommend this family run business, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have just renovated my ensuite wet room with all ceramics, screens, accessories and plumbing supplied by Magnum Bathrooms. The product quality, professionalism of the designer Paul and Jay and James in customer services was exemplary, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. James designed our replacement shower room and came up with an excellent arrangement turning a crampt room into a very useable space. Mark, the installer's work was faultless and the result was more than I could have hoped for. This is a genuine review of a very helpful company.

We have used Sam for a couple of years now, for several jobs. Last major job was to replace 7 old radiators with new, modern ones. Sam has always been great. Gets the job done, with no fuss and at a good price. He is always tidy and thoughtful. And a lovely guy. Highly recommended, with no hesitation.

Sam has installed a new boiler for us and replaced taps on our sink. He is very professional - his plumbing is extremely neat and he is really quick. He seems very knowledgeable about the many different aspects of his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Friendly and efficient service from Sam and his team. Reasonable quote and well explained at every step of a boiler replacement requiring relocation and significant replumbing. There were some hitches on the way due to the age of the central heating system, but nothing to stop the guys getting the job done in a day. There was one minor issue needing Sam back but that was dealt with quickly and apologetically. We've not had the greatest of experiences with plumbers historically, but would thoroughly recommend Sam for any scale of work required.

Shay is a meticulous, thorough and accommodating plumber. He is one step ahead of the average plumber and finds leaks others can’t find and is fantastic at bathroom refits as he can do everything including painting and tiling. He’s 100% trustworthy and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

I can't recommend Shay highly enough. I had a leak that was dripping through the ceiling as well as a generally ineffective elderly heating system and Shay fixed the leak, cleaned out the system (no simple task given the amount of rust in there) and did a thorough service of my boiler. He was very professional throughout and made sure to explain everything that he was doing and why, and sent a clear summary afterwards for reference which is so helpful. I'd had two previous plumbers come and look at the leak and they both did nothing to help and charged me an arm and a leg for it as well, taking advantage of my naivety it seems as I know little about plumbing. Shay finally got to the bottom of the issue and I couldn't be more grateful.

Steve was on time, came in, did the job and gave a year's guarantee on his work. When there was a problem (not his fault) he came straight back and sorted it out. He also gave telephone support and advice late evening . Thank you Steve.

We had 3 new radiators fitted and some other work removing old pipes, they did a great job, timely and efficient and very easy to deal with before and after. Really pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.

Superb service. We have just moved into the area and were concerned about choosing the right people for servicing our boiler, without going to the “big suppliers”. Neater Heat proved to be a great choice! They sent round a young engineer, who was friendly, polite and most of all, knowledgeable! He was able to advise us on the operation of the system, as we had not had a combi-condenser boiler before! He also helped us to work out what was best for our thermostat zones and identified an issue (that we are happy to get done). He discussed maintenance without hard selling it and generally left a great impression! I started the review with the word “superb”… it should have read: “Excellent Service”!! I have no bother in highly recommending Neater Heat!!!

We had an issue with our solar system, the original installer had gone bankrupt. Neaterheat was so helpful from the time of contacting to the end successful resolution. The Electrician Jim Powe was widely experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. Our system error was found and fixed in no time. We recommend this company. All in all lovely people to deal with.
