Very good and quick service, I got an appointment quickly and didn't have to wait at the practice. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I wish the main concern I had were dealt with in a different manner, but for experience with the NHS it was very good.

Fantastic! Receptionist was lovely to start with, then called into the dentist and can honestly say she was the nicest dentist I have ever attended! Friendly, took time to listen and explain what was needed. Put my nerves at rest and was just very nice. This is what all dentists should be like!

I had my second composite bonding appointment today with Dr Hema Raja. I had my first with her 5 years ago and wouldn’t go to anyone else. I am so happy with my results she is absolutely amazing! Hema makes you feel so comfortable and she is so friendly and kind. She always double checks to make sure you are happy with your results and makes any adjustments should you request it. My teeth look amazing and so natural I am beyond happy. The practice is so clean and aesthetic, all of the employees are so kind and treat you with the upmost respect, I cannot recommend North Lane Dental Practice enough! Thanks for everything guys x

I saw one or two reviews of people saying they run late, as someone who works in an industry that is appointment based.. running late is sometimes a very good sign.. it means they’ll spend the time if it’s needed, reassuring you, explaining things, taking their time perfecting their work. It could be you that they’re running late on if you need extra time spent on you. All the people that we came across in the dentist were so friendly. I came assisting my mum, she was pretty nervous and upset and our lovley dentist couldn’t have handled it better. I could have cried with happiness at how he handled our situation. Thankyou so much. Wow, what a place. Firstly the receptionist was welcoming and very warming and answered all our questions with knowledge. Then the Dentist helped out my wife's problems straight away where the NHS turned her down. Would 100% recommend this dentist to anyone

I recently returned to this dental practice on an emergency basis, having been a patient here years ago. From the moment I arrived, I was reminded why I had always held this place in such high regard. The staff were as friendly, professional, and welcoming as I remembered, and the clean, comfortable environment immediately put me at ease — even amidst the distressing circumstances that brought me there. On this occasion, I arrived with my face severely swollen and visibly distorted from the swelling. I was in unbearable pain and could barely open my mouth more than a centimetre. The situation was serious, and I am incredibly grateful to the female dentist who saw me that day (whose name I regretfully didn’t catch but will update once I do). Her professionalism, empathy, and quick thinking undoubtedly made all the difference. She examined me carefully, explained the gravity of my condition with clarity and compassion, and wasted no time in urging that I be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Her swift action ensured that I received the urgent medical care I needed. Upon arriving at the Royal Surrey Hospital, I was immediately assessed, given strong pain relief, and underwent emergency surgery under general anaesthetic the following day. It is frightening to think what could have happened had her prompt response not intervened. What stood out most during my visit was not only her medical expertise but also the decency, dignity, and humanity she displayed. In my moment of vulnerability, she treated me with kindness and respect, providing reassurance and ensuring I understood the next steps. For that, I will always be thankful. This dental practice has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and genuine care over the years. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. In particular, I believe this is an excellent choice for families with young children who may feel anxious about dental visits. The warm and understanding approach of the staff would undoubtedly help ease any fears. Thank you once again to the entire team for your exceptional care. You have my deepest gratitude.

Receptionists are nice but very slow to acknowledge ones arrival at the reception desk! My dentist Mani Muguru is delightful and very professional and helpful. I’m very happy with the service she provides. I haven’t yet been able to book an hygienist appointment at a convenient time though.

Great experience here. Haven’t been to a dentist in a long time and finally got an NHS dentist. Had an appointment within a week of booking. Dentist was good. Booked in for a check up in 6 months. All round positive experience really

Cheerful dental receptionist helped me to get an dental appointment, followed by amazing dentist Amarjeet & dental nurse Merisa. My anxiety is terrible, they were so understanding and helped me throughout the dental journey. I hope they will be there for long period. I heartily recommend this dental practice. Dr Gill was absolutely brilliant with my abscess treatment and crown. At each stage I was provided with a thorough plan of what to expect. His empathy was consistent throughout each visit. I have not met his equal in the dentistry profession and hope he never leaves the practice.

The receptionists are always welcoming and put you at your ease. Andrew is totally professional; I’m over sensitive to pain. However, from beginning to end of my new crown being fitted, I didn’t once feel any sensitivity; not even when injected. I’m so pleased with the end result, it matches perfectly.

Good clinic, we got the appointment in very short notice. The Receptionist was every kind and polite. The dentist listeened to the issue patiently and wasnt in a hurry for n3xt patient. Liked the place. Overall good experience

Fantastic! (In a nutshell) I’d never go anywhere else. Ive been a patient here for 37yrs. I grew up around here but moved closer to London for work and yet I still travel a 46mile roundtrip to come here. Ive seen a variety of Dentists here over the years and all have been brilliant but I must make special mention to Patrick. Patrick’s professionalism, knowledge and expertise, coupled with his kind warm personality is above and beyond. He is passionate about his work. He is also by far the gentlest Dentist I’ve ever had, so if you have any anxiety or concerns re Dentistry he is the Dentist to see. His patient care and comfort are absolutely fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of him. Thank you to the reception staff who always manage to squeeze me in an appointment around my shift work and are always so welcoming and helpful. Especially Mandy who’s brilliant, understanding and caring. Lastly, I collected all the stickers as a child but surely as an adult I now qualify for some sort of ViP platinum card holder right? 😂 I hope this review is read by the team. I have been a patient here for 15 years. Jay has always impressed me as the best dentist I have ever known. He provides a pain free and caring service and always explains any proposed procedures and discusses options. Jay and Lorna are a great team and always make me feel comfortable and confident that I am receiving the best possible care whenever I visit.

Jay has been my dentist for many years and I'm such a fan! Despite the fact that I've moved out of the area, I continue to make an annual trip to the Station Dental Clinic because I couldn't bear to see anyone else. My annual trip to the Station Dental Clinic is one of the social highlights of my year! Everyone in the practice is extremely friendly and welcoming and you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. Jay Patel, who I have been with for many years ( and don’t you know it Jay!) is a dentist who takes pride in his work and enjoys his job and the contact he has with his patients. He is easy to talk to and a gentle man who puts you immediately at ease. He is generous with his time and keen to preserve what nature has given, offering advice on the best course of treatment, regardless of cost, so I have absolute faith in him. I wish Jay and his team every success in the future because they deserve to do well. Highly recommended!
