The team at GG Orthodontics are the perfect example of what the very best, highest level customer service and patient care looks like. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I was made to feel as though I was the only patient they had throughout the whole process. I really can’t fault them. So pleased with the results we achieved with my teeth, and it was so lovely to actually be able to enjoy the process having done it all with GG Orthodontics. We are going theough the invisalign process and currently a year in, my daughters teeth look amazing! I never dreamed of them looking so good and shes happy to smile for once!! There is such an excellent team of staff. We can contact through phone or email and they are very quick with returning emails/calls etc to put us at ease. From Nina on the front desk who is so kind, welcoming and quick to offer drinks and support. To Rachel, Erin and Stacey who are very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Graham is an absolute star who always puts us at ease and love that he is such a perfectionist! We are so impressed with the process and the care from all the staff. So happy we went with a friends recommendation for GG as they have been invaluable.

I had a broken molar tooth which my NHS dentist said needed to be extracted and could only offer me a denture to replace it. So I visited Winchester Dental Implants and saw Steve who talked me through the treatment he could offer me. This was a extraction with an implant and crown. He was very professional and gentle and am very happy to recommend him to anyone who needs dental treatment. Am very happy with my new tooth.

I am very pleased with the work that Steve carried out in respect of my two implants. He carefully explained the procedure, and was very reassuring throughout.

I am delighted with my implant supported bridge and previously have had three separate implants. I could not tolerate a denture and this is far preferable. Steve has a calm and confident approach and his experience really shows. I had heard of some poor outcomes before I chose this practice and so glad I did.

Faultless service of the very highest order delivered by Nick Ross today. I was working in Winchester and realised I'd damaged a filling, so rang this firm in a panic (having read their Google Reviews). Was warmly welcomed in and waited; the receptionist booked me in with Nick, who had a cancellation. A better dentist I could not have asked for; professional, calm, friendly, gentle, understanding, and patient. Probably the best dental experience I've ever had, and if I lived nearer, I'd sign up in a heartbeat. Recommend unreservedly.

Similar to many others I had a very good experience here. I needed an implant and crown. Nick Ross was excellent throughout. It was expensive, about 25% more than other private implant options in Winchester, but was recommended by a number of friends and I'm glad I chose to go with Nick. He is great at putting you at ease even through the unpleasant pulling of the old tooth, and it was easy to relax and trust he was doing good work. The treatment plan went as expected and the end result is excellent, the new crown looks very natural and compared to another older crown next to it, from another dentist, it looks like an original tooth. I had no problems during the treatment, and getting appointments quickly was easy, they were able to start the process two weeks after I decided to go for it. I went for two years 0% finance offered by the clinic, which was arranged easily and smoothly. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion. I only saw Nick Ross, and can't comment on any of the other dentists working there. December 24.

I've been going here for 3 years as a self-funding patient and they are always friendly and efficient. I book the hygienist followed by the dentist, usually 6 months ahead to ensure a convenient time. As with many dentists, they never miss an opportunity to remind me of my responsibility for self-care, but I find it helpful to know it makes a difference!

Christie (dental hygienist) is kind, caring and super-professional. She gets the job done brilliantly, always chats through what she's doing, always checks everything is okay. I used to go into a dentist's nearly in tears, very frightened. Having seen Christie for 3 years, I now go in with a smile and come out with a better one ... nice and shiny and clean !

A super dentist. They are so kind. The dentist is so gentle and explains everything as they do a procedure, reassuring you as they go. You even get asked what music you want on whilst having a procedure. Great job.

Just back from having a replacement filling and couldn't be more satisfied. Booking process a week or so ago was very easy, reception staff are lovely, helpful and professional. Very welcoming and positive today. Was called through by the dentist, Joe, similarly welcoming and put me at ease. Checked I was there for the correct procedure , talked me through what was entailed and then very efficiently started work. Lots of checking back everything was OK. He very slickly removed the old filling and decay and then refilled with white acrylic. No fuss, all very smooth and painless! Feels a great result so I’m very pleased.

Ben is simply the best! I’d had Invisalign with another dentist (not ortho) before finding Ben. Invisalign did not suffice and was not accurate enough to correct my smile. After losing hope, Ben was able to provide me with a full, person centred treatment plan. My teeth (now 4.5 years later) are still amazing after having white brackets and composite bonding. As a result, my son has had his braces with Ben (he’s so good with children!) and my colleagues too. Whites is no ordinary practice, they all go above and beyond. From seeing my mum in emergency needs (due to her undergoing immunotherapy) and throwing children’s dental party days to help get them comfortable with seeing dentists. We are so lucky to have a practice like this in our doorstep. Forever grateful! 🙏🏼

I have been visiting Ben and his team for a very long time. Today i received my treatment from a new member of the team - Paris. The care and attention i received was amazing. The team at Whites are so consistently professional. Everything is explained, time is allocated so that the treatment is not rushed. I always feel relaxed and fully confident in their care and today was no exception . i cannot fault the service i received .

I have had such an amazing experience with Ben and all the team at White whilst getting my braces. From my first consultation to the removal and all the follow up appointments. The process has been so easy , professional and comfortable. I had no major pain or any issues with the braces. Once a bracket came off and Ben reassured me quickly. I am so very pleased with the results from only a year of treatment. The price included 4 weekly check up appointments at the stunning practice set in beautiful countryside. Could’ve of asked for more! White Winchester gave me so much confidence - I love my new smile! Ben was so helpful from start to finish and extremely thorough. My first consultation was fantastic and I got a full understanding how they would straighten my teeth. Ben uses the best technique to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I was able to see what my teeth would look like before starting a single bit of treatment. Ben made sure they were perfect! The practice itself is beautiful and so relaxing. Not clinical at all, which I usually really struggle with after previous bad experiences in the hospital. All the staff are so friendly, smiley and made me feel super relaxed. Great practice, I needed an urgent appointment and this was arranged without any fuss. To my surprise the practice opens at 06:30 so it's great for commuters as it's conveniently located near the station. The appointment itself was thorough, informative, and carried out by some members of staff who are clearly passionate about what they do! I can get a bit anxious about things but I wasn't rushed and the doctor addressed every concern I had. Overall, I'm very pleased and if you are considering this practice do not hesitate to give them a call.

I cannot praise Nick enough for my most recent treatment. I had a replacement filling and was blown away by the practicality pain free procedure I didn’t even feel the needle for when he numbed my gum. The dental nurses were also amazing - Claire and Sirjana. Thank you for making it so easy I would highly recommend you to anyone. Fantastic

My daughter had an appointment with Matthew and his nurse Jess, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Both Matthew and Jess were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a huge difference for my daughter who was quite nervous. Their kindness and professionalism put her at ease, and she even asked when her next appointment would be! Thank you for creating such a positive and comforting environment.

I was so nervous to go to the dentist (had been putting it off for ages!) but both Nick and Claire were so great at putting me at ease and talking me through everything as they went. I had my first filling and it was SO easy! Getting my teeth whitened now and Nick walked me through the instructions really carefully, so I can do it at home gradually and safely over the next few weeks. Highly recommend. Don’t put it off like me!

A great dentist! My family have been going here for years as we find the team so friendly and the service is always great. They were really good recently when my daughter (who was really nervous) needed a little filling. Andreana and the nurse were both so lovely to her and kept her at ease. She was covered in stickers when she left so she was very happy!! Highly recommend!
