I’ve been a patient at Oak Lodge Dental practice for over 35 years and have recently transitioned to seeing Dr Tercan which has been smooth and seamless. My experience has been the right balance between professional and friendly. She’s the first dentist to see my toddler and she put him at ease, giving him time and being patient for the best possible experience.

I moved over to Harewood 18 months ago and have never looked back. My dentist is thorough but pragmatic, and would never suggest work that didn't truly need to be done. The customer service is excellent, I can always get an appointment quickly, and the handover to their specialist implant surgeon was seamless. A great dental practice, and I have experience of quite a few!

Thank you to the whole team at Harewood Dental Surgery. I have been going there for years for standard treatment but today it was for more cosmetic reasons. Simply speaking my FULL smile is now back - beautiful white straight teeth. I hadn't realised how conscious I had become of my wonky old front teeth - not now. This is an outstanding dental practice. I worked in dentistry many years ago in the states and have high expectations, all of them being met here. From the lovely receptionist, to the extremely detailed hygienist and finally to the dentist who use the latest technology with expertise. The entire team are so warm and gentle. I can’t recommend them enough.

The best dental clinic i have been to so far. Had some horrendous experiences with dentists in the past but these ladies and gents put you to ease straight away. Iv had 3 appointments so far in 2025 and have walked away each time feeling happy and better equipped with knowledge about dental care. Every single one of them has a great sense of humour, explain things in a very simple and easy to understand manner and provide very detailed instructions in how i can better care for my teeth. I think the post appointment emails from the Dentists are a great touch to remind you of the things you need to do to keep your teeth in a healthy condition. Yes it can be a bit pricey, but its worth every penny given the world class service you receive. I no longer fear going to the dentists and dare i say it...but Dr Farzad, Dr Rashid, Dr Samantha actually make dental care sound fun and not a chore! 😅 Always a pleasure talking to Lucie before and after appointments too! I stumbled across them by accident after i suffered an injury and needed urgent dental treatment, but im so pleased i did. For once, Google did not let me down!

I've been a member at Time Dental for a few years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely, considerate and friendly, always trying to make sure I have the best experience. I book my appointments 6 months in advance and always get text reminders to let me know so I don't miss them. Even though I'm moving further away from Time Dental, I won't be changing practise any time soon! 10/10 recommendation!

I was extremely impressed by everyone at the practice from Lucy on reception, to Sam the hygienist and Dr Rashid the dentist - everyone was professional, thorough and very kind and caring. I feel very confident in my treatment plan - they made a anxiety creating experience very easy to deal with.

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

I just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Emma and thank the entire team at Holistic Dental Centre. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emma always took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer any questions I had. Every member of staff who I dealt with always made sure to go above and beyond to accommodate. The Invisalign aligners were easy to use, and the progress has left me with a massive smile. Literally. I attended an appointment to have my teeth professionally cleaned. The appointment was scheduled by telephone , and started right on time. The dentist was calm, professional and talked through all actions using a water spray gun from with in my mouth , removed years of debris from in side my mouth both upper and lower jaws. My mouth knew that it had been worked on but in a good way. It made me keen to improve my teeth brushing techniques using an electric tooth brush rather than relying on an ordinary tooth brush. One does pay for this quality of dentistry but what price healthy teeth? I am retired.

Everyone here is amazing from the reception team to all the dental team. They all make you feel so welcome like you have known them all for years the moment you walk in. Everything is explained in good detail for you when you have your appointment and if you need anything at all they are more than happy to help over the phone.

I cannot speak highly enough of everyone in this team. You are put at ease from the moment you arrive at the reception desk. I had an unexpected abscess over the weekend and the support of the on call team was also incredible. I had it drained and then the tooth removed and I’ve never felt so calm and cared for. I cannot thank everyone enough for making such an unpleasant procedure so painless and quick. I can now look forward to Christmas again! Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

My husband saw Debbie to deal with a serious tooth ache on a molar. It needed immediate root canal and this was dealt with as gently and carefully as anyone could wish for. This is coming from someone who is very squeamish at the dentist. He would definitely recommend Debbie as a brilliant dentist.

I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.
