When my son had a dental emergency, chipping half of his tooth off, the staff at the surgery were nothing short of amazing. We were promptly offered an emergency appointment on the same day, which immediately alleviated our concerns. Elsa's expertise and skill were truly remarkable. She not only efficiently repaired the damaged tooth but did so with such precision that it was impossible to tell it had ever been chipped. The restoration was perfect. Beyond her technical proficiency, Elsa's kindness and consideration towards my son were noteworthy. She handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, making the experience as comfortable as possible for my child. I have been attending St Cuthberts for nearly 35 years, I have always found the staff attentive and professional. Recently I had an issue with a crown and once again I received exemplary service . Elisa was understanding, informative and utterly charming in her approach to my issue. I have no hesitation in recommending St. Cuthberts .

Because of long standing tooth problems I use St Cuthbert's extensively for both dentistry and dental hygiene. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have had over quite a number of years. This has included extractions, fillings, the fitting of crowns and the manufacture of a dental plate. All the work has been done efficiently and well. I rate the practice as 5 star.

A great dentist! My family have been going here for years as we find the team so friendly and the service is always great. They were really good recently when my daughter (who was really nervous) needed a little filling. Andreana and the nurse were both so lovely to her and kept her at ease. She was covered in stickers when she left so she was very happy!! Highly recommend!

I cannot praise Nick enough for my most recent treatment. I had a replacement filling and was blown away by the practicality pain free procedure I didn’t even feel the needle for when he numbed my gum. My daughter had an appointment with Matthew and his nurse Jess, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Both Matthew and Jess were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a huge difference for my daughter who was quite nervous. I had a positive experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and it really felt like they went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Hannah (hygienist) introduced me to a new technology they now offer at the practice called Airflow. This innovative system completely changed the typical cleaning experience. I’ve always dreaded cleanings because of the pain, but Airflow was completely different. It was quick, gentle, and effective — no discomfort at all! I really appreciated how attentive Hannah was throughout the process. It’s clear that this practice is focused on providing the best care for their patients, so I would highly recommend!

Similar to many others I had a very good experience here. I needed an implant and crown. Nick Ross was excellent throughout. It was expensive, about 25% more than other private implant options in Winchester, but was recommended by a number of friends and I'm glad I chose to go with Nick. He is great at putting you at ease even through the unpleasant pulling of the old tooth, and it was easy to relax and trust he was doing good work. The treatment plan went as expected and the end result is excellent, the new crown looks very natural and compared to another older crown next to it, from another dentist, it looks like an original tooth. I had no problems during the treatment, and getting appointments quickly was easy, they were able to start the process two weeks after I decided to go for it. I went for two years 0% finance offered by the clinic, which was arranged easily and smoothly. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion. I only saw Nick Ross, and can't comment on any of the other dentists working there. December 24.

I am very pleased with the work that Steve carried out in respect of my two implants. He carefully explained the procedure, and was very reassuring throughout.

I am delighted with my implant supported bridge and previously have had three separate implants. I could not tolerate a denture and this is far preferable. Steve has a calm and confident approach and his experience really shows. I had heard of some poor outcomes before I chose this practice and so glad I did.

I had a broken molar tooth which my NHS dentist said needed to be extracted and could only offer me a denture to replace it. So I visited Winchester Dental Implants and saw Steve who talked me through the treatment he could offer me. This was a extraction with an implant and crown. He was very professional and gentle and am very happy to recommend him to anyone who needs dental treatment. Am very happy with my new tooth.

Ben is simply the best! I’d had Invisalign with another dentist (not ortho) before finding Ben. Invisalign did not suffice and was not accurate enough to correct my smile. After losing hope, Ben was able to provide me with a full, person centred treatment plan. My teeth (now 4.5 years later) are still amazing after having white brackets and composite bonding. As a result, my son has had his braces with Ben (he’s so good with children!) and my colleagues too. Whites is no ordinary practice, they all go above and beyond. From seeing my mum in emergency needs (due to her undergoing immunotherapy) and throwing children’s dental party days to help get them comfortable with seeing dentists. We are so lucky to have a practice like this in our doorstep. Forever grateful! 🙏🏼

Could’ve of asked for more! White Winchester gave me so much confidence - I love my new smile! Ben was so helpful from start to finish and extremely thorough. My first consultation was fantastic and I got a full understanding how they would straighten my teeth. Ben uses the best technique to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I was able to see what my teeth would look like before starting a single bit of treatment. Ben made sure they were perfect! The practice itself is beautiful and so relaxing. Not clinical at all, which I usually really struggle with after previous bad experiences in the hospital. All the staff are so friendly, smiley and made me feel super relaxed. I came to White Winchester as my bridge fitted many years ago had broken one of the supporting teeth had broken which was non repairable, I had a consultation with Ben who advised me the only option was to replace the bridge with 3 teeth implants bridge. Ben took a lot of time over my appointments with a lot of care in explaining all of treatment and procedures he was undertaken. From the very first appointment until when everything was completed not once was, I left not knowing what was happening from teeth removal to post's being fitted and finally new teeth being fitted, over a number of appointment Ben and the amazing team at the practise made me feel welcome and comfortable and explained everything. I have been visiting Ben and his team for a very long time. Today i received my treatment from a new member of the team - Paris. The care and attention i received was amazing. The team at Whites are so consistently professional. Everything is explained, time is allocated so that the treatment is not rushed. I always feel relaxed and fully confident in their care and today was no exception . i cannot fault the service i received .

Just back from having a replacement filling and couldn't be more satisfied. Booking process a week or so ago was very easy, reception staff are lovely, helpful and professional. Very welcoming and positive today. Was called through by the dentist, Joe, similarly welcoming and put me at ease. Checked I was there for the correct procedure , talked me through what was entailed and then very efficiently started work. Lots of checking back everything was OK. He very slickly removed the old filling and decay and then refilled with white acrylic. No fuss, all very smooth and painless! Feels a great result so I’m very pleased.

Christie (dental hygienist) is kind, caring and super-professional. She gets the job done brilliantly, always chats through what she's doing, always checks everything is okay. I used to go into a dentist's nearly in tears, very frightened. Having seen Christie for 3 years, I now go in with a smile and come out with a better one ... nice and shiny and clean !

I've been going here for 3 years as a self-funding patient and they are always friendly and efficient. I book the hygienist followed by the dentist, usually 6 months ahead to ensure a convenient time. As with many dentists, they never miss an opportunity to remind me of my responsibility for self-care, but I find it helpful to know it makes a difference!

I had one filling back in November and a Molar Extraction last week..I have to say both occasions have been the most pleasant, thoughtful and caring dental experiences I have had for Many years...the only pain on both occasions was the initial injection..Thank you Artur

Not being a fan of the dentist since a terrible experience at an early age, I’ve always had a terrible fear. Nick and the team are amazing. Nick is kind and has the patience of a saint. He’s direct and he talks you through everything you need to know with no fluff and fuss. Thank you for making it easy to be less nervous and give me the ability to (almost) look forward to my visits. I’m new to St James and have only been twice after having seen a private dentist during Covid Times as no one would take on new patients. I had called St James some time last year, wanting to ask how long the waitlist was for new patients and was pleasantly surprised when I heard that there wasn’t really one and that I could be seen shortly after I called. Visiting any dentist always makes me feel nervous but even though I’m only new here, I’ve felt very welcome and well looked after each time, with the dentist and nurse ensuring I’m ok and explaining everything as they went along. To me, this means a lot and makes me feel more at ease.

Have just visited St James Dental Practice after a very long time away and it was polite and friendly as it has always been. Also, it was the very first time we would be meeting our new dentist, and what a charming person. I am not a great fan of having to “open wide” and do suffer slight panic attacks, but he was warm and kind and made me feel at ease. So a BIG thank you to all at the practice…

Highly recommended if you are looking for an alternative to the increasingly long wait for dental care in the UK. I was able to book a new patient appointment easily and within 10 days. Upon arrival I was promptly welcomed by the friendly reception team then guided to the comfortable and warm waiting room. The quality of care when in the chair was far better than I've experienced with the NHS, my session with Steve Larcombe was relaxed yet highly professional and without any discomfort. I was able to book my follow up appointments the following month. Overall very impressed with my visit.

I arrived as a new patient to see Steve Larcombe who came highly recommended by my husband who had some recent implants done . My previous dentist whom I’d been with for 35years recently retired. I felt a little nervous but soon felt at ease with the lovely staff they have onboard. A front tooth next to a crown that I’ve had for a number of years was rather discolored and Steve managed to match a composite filling to the tooth and I came away from my first session at the practice over the moon with my treatment.

the filling on a lower molar came out recently. i have a crown with the filling on top. years ago i had my root canal treated by my dentist in hong kong. i went to see dr nathan flizer yesterday. he promptly put the filling back for me. he advised me to go back in 4 weeks time. unfortunately when i eat the molar was not working so good. this morning i callled the clinic. i was promptly given an appointment to see dr hammid. at 9.30. i was late cos i missed the bus. by the timei met dr hammid he had already efficiently retrieved my record n X ray. he definitely is very experienced n professional. he took an X ray n explained thoroughly to me that the underlying cause of my discomfort is something to do with the fact that i m having a dead molar. it could not stand pressure caused by action of the adjacent teeth. so contrary to what my crown is fine. he prescribed a course of antibiotics, for he saw some blurred dark showdow at the botoom of the canal. he made some adjustments to the upper molar with his tool to lessen the pressure on my lower molar. hooefully, this will resolve my concern. thanks dr hammid for your thorough explanation n efficient good work. Hopefully, that would solve my issues. the price is reasonable.

Had a cracked tooth and an old filling and in need of some dental work. Had never been to this practice before, but as I worked in the area I was able to get a last minute appointment and had my tooth fixed. Nathan and Leanne did a great job. Kept me at ease the whole time and it was a fair price for the work carried out. Friendly team and a quick service. Highly recommend!
