Such a lovely practice. My most recent appointment was with dentist Chun-wei and they had such a calm and relaxing approach, I didn't feel scared or stressed and that is so appreciated and valued. My hygienist who I have seen previously - James is similar in a compassionate approach. Which makes the world of difference. Thank you to both and the whole team. I no longer dread my dental visit.

James is an asset to the practice - he is extremely professional and personable. He is particularly good at making you feel comfortable, checking in throughout the appointment to make sure you are okay and happy with the work he’s doing. My teeth always look good as new after my hygienist appointments with him.

I highly recommend this practice. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the staff's warmth and enthusiasm. Yesterday, I had a root canal procedure, and throughout the process, the doctor and nurses were very attentive to my feelings. Their professionalism and consideration for me as a patient made me feel very reassured. I expected it to be quite painful, but surprisingly, I didn't feel any pain at all during the two-hour procedure. I'm grateful for their detailed explanations of the entire process and the aftercare instructions. In terms of pricing, I would say it’s definitely worth it.

Extremely professional dentists and nice reception. Can't remember going to the dentist ever as a kid, root canal was the worst pain I can remember and the dentists here helped with that. As well as many other problems. Students consistently double check with others to make sure things are okay. Very thankful for the help as well as dental advice I have receieved here

Absolutely amazing treatment. The staff are dedicated, professional and so understanding and caring. All the staff.... Tutors, students and also the Reception staff are brilliant. Cleanliness is first class and the covid procedures that are in place are terrific. Cannot find one fault! Highly recommend.

I had not been to this surgery prior to my visit for emergency treatment. So everything was strange & unsure of where to go. I was put at ease by the friendliness of the dental staff. I ended up having to have an extraction which I definetely had not expected. But everything was explained to me which put me at my ease as much as it could be! Which I would like to thank them for.

This was my first ever visit to the surgery . Reception staff were very welcoming and helped with my visit in a fast , efficient way . Daniel (ably assisted) took out my cracked tooth ,taking time and care to do a great job ! Did not feel a thing ..

My recent hygiene appointment at Fareham Road Surgery went very well. I received a first class service. The hygienist was gentle but thorough and was very considerate, she also gave me some valuable advice on how to continue to look after my teeth and gums. Great dentist surgery. My last 4 star review is preserved below. I have amended it to 5 stars following their response. ------------ "Is there a way to take the pram upstairs, a lift or anything?" The receptionist laughed. "No." So I left it sort of just parked in the middle of the reception area. I'm not sure what wheelchair users would do in this situation. Also there are no baby changing facilities in the toilets here. I get that you have no obligation to provide baby changing facilities (babies have no teeth = no dentistry work required = you stand to gain nothing), but it would be a nice provision for the adult guardians of said babies (adults generally have teeth). Otherwise - prompt service and high standard of dentistry.

If you’re considering getting Invisalign then I can’t recommend getting them done at Bupa Cosham with Sabina enough. Her and Claire have completely transformed my smile and giving me back my confidence.

Brilliant service! Had an emergency appointment and problem sorted in the same day. Amazing staff (dentist , nurse, receptionist), very professional, welcoming and friendly! Christian (dentist) was explaining the issues and then treatment clearly and options available. I received excellent care and attention, I was concerned and in a desperate situation with a crown partially fallen and in pain, which my own dentist failed to treat, but Christian managed to made me feel comfortable and had a tooth extracted with no problem! The attitude of the staff was so positive and encouraging, my faith in dentists is now restored thank to them. And I have a new dental practice as exceptional care received. Special thanks to Lisa from reception for everything 🙂 Now I’m registered with Bupa, would strongly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been going to the practice for a few years now and can say that since the change over the customer experience has improved the staff are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I've recently used a whitening treatment and am very happy with the results.

I have used this Dental practice for over 20 years. The change of ownership has been seamless. I have recently had to have a couple of emergency appointments and a string of treatments which have been dealt with exceptional care and attention. Both ladies are exceptional and I highly recommend.

My daughter recently had an accident and chipped her two front teeth, the team at Southside Dental Practice were fantastic and were able to fix her smile again. Although she will need further dental work as she grows, for now they have giving her, her confidence back. Thankyou Southside Dental Practice. This is an amazing dentist, both in customer service and their standard of care. I am absolutely petrified of dentists, and after my second time I am becoming less scared. The first time I went he knew I was scared so was as minimally invasive as he could possibly be, and despite having my first filling I felt I could trust the dentists skills and experience and the process was painless. The receptionist is very welcoming and kind, and so are the nurses. The atmosphere of the place is just lovely! I recommend this dentist to everyone, especially people those who are scared dentist/dental work.

Struggled to get a dentist after my previous one removed me and my family from the books even though it was around Covid time where no one was going to the dentist. After ringing around we found Coast which are also local to us. Coast are a superb private dentist, staff always friendly and I always get a good service. Price wise not necessarily the cheapest but you do get what you pay for unlike some other practices

Stanley done a root canal for me. He’s a great dentist who explains what he’s doing as he goes along. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Extremely good price and a great job done. I’d definitely recommend this dentist.

After my daughter knocked half her tooth out at home tonight (Sun night), I called Stanley who said if we could get to the practice he could try and stick the tooth back together. Within 23 minutes of arriving at the practice, my daughters tooth was back in place and looking as though nothing had happened!! Thank you sooooo much Stan!! I had a check up appointment with Eddie today who I felt was very thorough. As a smoker I worry about mouth cancer and Eddie carried out all the relevant checks. I then had Leanne the hygienist, who had some concerns regarding a whitish patch on the back of my throat (only a hygienist would be able to see this due to the angle and lighting she was using). She promptly asked Eddie to take a look and he prescribed some oral thrush medication. It appeared that the infection was hanging round from a course of antibiotics, even though the dr had already prescribed oral thrush treatment some time ago. A big thanks to both for your professionalism and great care that I received today.

Great first experience at the practice today. The second I walked in the receptionist was very friendly. Eddy the dentist was very knowledgeable, he took lots of time to find out prior history and do lots of checks. Was interesting to even see my teeth on the camera and have a real understanding of my teeth. The dental nurse was also very friendly and enjoyed speaking with both of them. This was altogether a great experience and will be back. Thanks

Lighthouse Dental has been incredible since I rejoined the practise. On the two occasions that i’ve had to ring and arrange an emergency appointment for my little girl not once have they hesitated to squeeze me in on the same day, not only to treat my daughter with her trauma but put mine and my wife’s minds at rest. The whole team from the two behind the welcome desk to the dentist(s) is exceptional. I would highly recommend their dental plan and cannot fault the due care and attention when it comes to their patients. 10/10. Shoutout to Andrea as part of the reception team. Incredible service.
