Such a lovely practice. My most recent appointment was with dentist Chun-wei and they had such a calm and relaxing approach, I didn't feel scared or stressed and that is so appreciated and valued. My hygienist who I have seen previously - James is similar in a compassionate approach. Which makes the world of difference. Thank you to both and the whole team. I no longer dread my dental visit.
James is an asset to the practice - he is extremely professional and personable. He is particularly good at making you feel comfortable, checking in throughout the appointment to make sure you are okay and happy with the work he’s doing. My teeth always look good as new after my hygienist appointments with him.
Excellent care. Reminders are sent out at regular intervals and rarely are you kept waiting for appointments. Team are friendly and helpful.
It was lovely to come into the smiling face’s and helpful receptionist’s, also also my dentist is amazing and explained everything that he did. So thank you very much. I am very satisfied.
