I had an infected wisdom tooth and was very nervous about what would need to be done. Lisa was fantastic and gave me antibiotics for a week before removing the yesterday. I was very panicky before the extraction and they took amazing care of me and didn’t make me feel rushed or a burden, taking the time to let me sit and ensuring I was completely okay before she let me out of the chair. Even a follow up phone call today to check everything was okay before they close for the weekend. I couldn’t fault the service and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care in the future.

I visited this morning to have a root extraction, which I was not particularly looking forward to. However, once I was in the chair the whole process was painlessly undertaken in just a few minutes. The dentist and staff are always reassuring and ready with a smile. Thank you.

Great practice, friendly and professional. I've been going to Andrew for a couple of years now for fillings and extractions. Like alot of people, I don't like having dental work done, but Andrew just gets on with it and makes it less stressful, and I always come out feeling better about my teeth. Definitely recommend

Both the dentists and hygienist deliver a professional, caring, formative and supportive role and always make sure that you are comfortable and as pain-free as possible whilst there. The receptionists do their utmost to help too. I would never go anywhere else and have been treated here for almost 18 years.

A prompt and professional appointment. The dental hygienist as ever questioning my dental care and explaining how diabetes can affect the gums. Personal and friendly service from Dentist and her dental nurse. I was further impressed when the receptionist telephoned me post appointment to advise I had left my cap behind.

I had a very nice experience, the two Doctors where very friendly. They took me throughout the whole process including the 3D scan of my teeth. The best part was the advice part which I found very fulfilling since my Gap was a bit higher than the average. They advice me that the aligners may not be suitable for me but rather see an orthodontist for a fine results. Either way It was lovely experience and I recommend the twenty dental care in Portsmouth🥂

Went to have a tooth pulled and the experience was far better than the dread before hand. The whole team was very friendly and explained everything in detail as they proceeded. Bernie was very reassuring and made the procedure seem easy, although it wasn't! Never felt the tooth coming out, which was the big winner. Afterwards, Bernie explained the do's and don'ts for the remainder of the day whilst handing me a pack containing Patient advice and a swab. The overall cost was less than having a new car tyre fitted. My wife and I have regular 6 monthly check ups with Bernie and we feel confident in his safe hands.

It made a welcome change to actually see my dentist on time with no delays. Mr Yung-Chi Tsai was easy to get on with and made you feel very at ease, especially as this was the first time i saw him, 5 stars The receptionist could be more friendly, baring in mind she was the face of the company.

Went to see Maisie the hygienist & she was brilliant! She was very gentle & constantly reassuring me, she was really knowledgeable & gave me really good advice! Would definitely recommend Maisie!

We continue to be impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of this practice. My wife and I attended for a check-up, were seen promptly and given thorough examinations by a very pleasant dentist. The reception team were cheerful and helpful!
