Today I got two fillings for my teeth. Dhilan did an amazing job with it. I am very happy with what he did. The service there was amazing and everyone else who work are very helpful and friendly. If you are looking to get your teeth done i would recommend coming here as they wont disappoint you. Once again great work from Dhilan.

Outstanding service. I was initially scoping out a dental implant, however this was unfeasible for various reasons. Dr Nikul Patel came up with an alternative and more cost effective option - a resin retained bridge. Notwithstanding some technical challenges, the bridge has so far been excellent; it is comfortable and I hardly notice it. The process was incredibly rigorous and flexible throughout - I was provided with a comprehensive overview of the treatment options and clear timetable of appointments over several weeks. Finance was quick and easy to arrange. Nik is also unfailingly polite, has an excellent dry sense of humour, and with an ability to convey often highly technical issues into plain English. I am also very grateful to Bethan and Roberta for their professionalism and support. Highly recommend.

We've all heard the horror stories concerning dental experiences. But I'm very happy to have found this practise. I see Helen for my main dental treatments and Amanda is my hygienist. Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.

6 months of Invisalign with Emma and the results are superb.. Emma and her team are amazing. Emma gives a lot of her time to make sure that everything is perfect.She is gentle and makes everything as comfortable and easy as possible. I’d highly recommend her. Is it worth it in your 50’s? Yes definitely !

I just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Emma and thank the entire team at Holistic Dental Centre. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emma always took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer any questions I had. My husband saw Debbie to deal with a serious tooth ache on a molar. It needed immediate root canal and this was dealt with as gently and carefully as anyone could wish for. This is coming from someone who is very squeamish at the dentist. He would definitely recommend Debbie as a brilliant dentist.

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. As a very nervous patient with many bad experiences in the past I was extremely nervous about restarting my dental journey, but I can honestly say my experience at VIDA has been exceptional. From the first consultation with James right through to today's session with Summer the hygienist, it's been a very good experience and I don't say that lightly! My concerns have been listened to and I was never made to feel silly for being so anxious I was offered sedation and anaesthetic and I felt like I was cared for every step. The results so far are great and the work continues and I'm confident that for the first time in my life I may well end up with a confident smile. I highly recommend the team at VIDA especially if you're someone that feels a bit anxious and hasn't managed to see a dentist for a while.

I've been a member at Time Dental for a few years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are lovely, considerate and friendly, always trying to make sure I have the best experience. I book my appointments 6 months in advance and always get text reminders to let me know so I don't miss them. Even though I'm moving further away from Time Dental, I won't be changing practise any time soon! 10/10 recommendation!

I was extremely impressed by everyone at the practice from Lucy on reception, to Sam the hygienist and Dr Rashid the dentist - everyone was professional, thorough and very kind and caring. I feel very confident in my treatment plan - they made a anxiety creating experience very easy to deal with.

The best dental clinic i have been to so far. Had some horrendous experiences with dentists in the past but these ladies and gents put you to ease straight away. Iv had 3 appointments so far in 2025 and have walked away each time feeling happy and better equipped with knowledge about dental care. Every single one of them has a great sense of humour, explain things in a very simple and easy to understand manner and provide very detailed instructions in how i can better care for my teeth. I think the post appointment emails from the Dentists are a great touch to remind you of the things you need to do to keep your teeth in a healthy condition. Yes it can be a bit pricey, but its worth every penny given the world class service you receive. I no longer fear going to the dentists and dare i say it...but Dr Farzad, Dr Rashid, Dr Samantha actually make dental care sound fun and not a chore! 😅 Always a pleasure talking to Lucie before and after appointments too! I stumbled across them by accident after i suffered an injury and needed urgent dental treatment, but im so pleased i did. For once, Google did not let me down!

I can recommend this dental practice especially Dr Ben Davies who happily removed swollen gum on my lower molar. It healed quickly and no pain. He is well experienced and also explains things well. Very reassured

I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

My dentist referred me to The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre for a tooth extraction. From my initial consultation to removing the tooth, everyone was lovely. The girls at the reception were warm and welcoming. Richard and his team were totally amazing. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Richard and his dental nurses were brilliant.
