Vijay is a lovely dentist, very kind and considerate. All the staff are very nice people. He has taken all the fear I used to have when visiting the dentist.

I’ve been with Hook dental for 25 years and have lived in many places but always remained a client. I would not go anywhere else. They are professional patient honest and efficient. I am always happy with their input and I feel very well cared for. Can’t recommend highly enough.

From the receptionists as you enter Hook Dental Centre to sitting in the dentist/hygienist chair, I have always been made to feel at ease. Recently having had a fair bit of cosmetic dentistry, the whole process was very transparent regarding prices and timelines - both very reasonable. I am very happy with the end result as I typically am after visiting.

I and my daughters first came to Hook Dental when my daughter was 5 in 1993! We have had nothing but excellent service. If you are looking for a kind caring holistic service which is private look no further. Thank you Sri and all the current and previous teams - you really are amazing 🙏🏽

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. Very kind and considerate and I never felt a thing though did dribble a bit after. I would recommend her to anyone who asks me. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional Many Thanks

Completed my Invisalign journey with Dr Farzad. So happy with the results. Dr Farzad is very friendly, knowledgable, professional and great at what he does and all the ladies he has assist him are lovely and help care for you on every visit also. Would high recommend Dr Farzad and the team at time dental.

I was extremely impressed by everyone at the practice from Lucy on reception, to Sam the hygienist and Dr Rashid the dentist - everyone was professional, thorough and very kind and caring. I feel very confident in my treatment plan - they made a anxiety creating experience very easy to deal with.

The best dental clinic i have been to so far. Had some horrendous experiences with dentists in the past but these ladies and gents put you to ease straight away. Iv had 3 appointments so far in 2025 and have walked away each time feeling happy and better equipped with knowledge about dental care. Every single one of them has a great sense of humour, explain things in a very simple and easy to understand manner and provide very detailed instructions in how i can better care for my teeth. I think the post appointment emails from the Dentists are a great touch to remind you of the things you need to do to keep your teeth in a healthy condition. Yes it can be a bit pricey, but its worth every penny given the world class service you receive. I no longer fear going to the dentists and dare i say it...but Dr Farzad, Dr Rashid, Dr Samantha actually make dental care sound fun and not a chore! 😅 Always a pleasure talking to Lucie before and after appointments too! I stumbled across them by accident after i suffered an injury and needed urgent dental treatment, but im so pleased i did. For once, Google did not let me down!

I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. My treatments have been exceptional and my first hygienist appointment today, was excellent. I have never had such a positive experience at a dental practice before. In fact, I had been quite demoralised by the dental system until finding No5, who have restored my faith. Thank you to all, so glad a friend recommended that I come to you.

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

My husband saw Debbie to deal with a serious tooth ache on a molar. It needed immediate root canal and this was dealt with as gently and carefully as anyone could wish for. This is coming from someone who is very squeamish at the dentist. He would definitely recommend Debbie as a brilliant dentist.

What an amazing dental surgery. Lovely environment inside the building. Staff are really caring. Highly recommend if you have a child that's nervous about dental check ups. We've used two other dental practices in Sandhurst previously, this is head and shoulders above those.

I attended an appointment to have my teeth professionally cleaned. The appointment was scheduled by telephone , and started right on time. The dentist was calm, professional and talked through all actions using a water spray gun from with in my mouth , removed years of debris from in side my mouth both upper and lower jaws. My mouth knew that it had been worked on but in a good way. It made me keen to improve my teeth brushing techniques using an electric tooth brush rather than relying on an ordinary tooth brush. One does pay for this quality of dentistry but what price healthy teeth? I am retired.

6 months of Invisalign with Emma and the results are superb.. Emma and her team are amazing. Emma gives a lot of her time to make sure that everything is perfect.She is gentle and makes everything as comfortable and easy as possible. I’d highly recommend her. Is it worth it in your 50’s? Yes definitely !

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emma always took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer any questions I had. I moved over to Harewood 18 months ago and have never looked back. My dentist is thorough but pragmatic, and would never suggest work that didn't truly need to be done. The customer service is excellent, I can always get an appointment quickly, and the handover to their specialist implant surgeon was seamless. A great dental practice, and I have experience of quite a few!

This is an outstanding dental practice. I worked in dentistry many years ago in the states and have high expectations, all of them being met here. From the lovely receptionist, to the extremely detailed hygienist and finally to the dentist who use the latest technology with expertise. The entire team are so warm and gentle. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have been highly impressed with my first few visits at Harewood. I always receive a warm welcome from the team and they always make me feel at ease before / during each treatment.. it's no secret that I'm a very "nervous" patient who doesn't usually enjoy going to the dentist; but thanks to them, especially Olha and Patrizia who have been treating me so far, I've felt a lot more comfortable and relaxed... not to mention that it has been a lot less painful with them than any other dentist I have seen in the past...fact! A very relaxed check up appointment with Will. He is very easy going and creates a comfortable atmosphere in the surgery. Our family recently switched to Bupa Dental Care and haven’t regretted it for a second. I broke a tooth a few days ago. I got an appointment with Martyna Mach the following day and she repaired it perfectly. Martyna has also given me a root canal and a crown on previous occasions, doing a great job every time. A big shout out to Sue and Lina in Reception too for their friendliness and efficiency in booking the appointment and then processing the insurance claim. Highly recommended all round.

Hygienist Leanne is fabulous. I really dislike anything metal scraping around my teeth but with Leanne it is never a bad experience. I can honestly say I am completely relaxed in the chair and could probably fall asleep if the appointment was longer. Fantastic work Leanne, thank you.
