Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible. So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile! It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment. All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff. Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times. I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable. Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises . I can't say enough, extremely happy with the care I received for my teeth . I highly more than highly recommend this Dentist. So impressed. Great job ...I gave 5 stars 🌟 deserve more :-)

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Bridgeways Dental and I am so pleased with the results. From my very first consultation Casey and her entire team have been super friendly and welcoming. Everything was fully explained in detail to me and they always advised the best options to achieve my desired results. From very early on I felt like I could put my full trust in Casey and all her team as I felt listened too and felt like they knew exactly what my aims were and how to get there in the best way. I am so thankful to the whole team and am extremely happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! I had my first implant in 2018 and was so impressed that I knew I had to return to the Hampshire Implant Centre for my second. Sean is the perfect dentist, explaining everything thoroughly and putting one at ease immediately. The surgery is a pleasant environment and parking very easy if you combine your visit with a shop in Waitrose.

Having lost an eye tooth to decay I had no idea of the process of getting an implant. The videos available on their website outlined the process and Sean talked me through it on our first meeting. The root extraction from the broken tooth was pretty painless! My subsequent visits were all very professional and I am now very pleased with the final result. Be aware that the total process can take many months. I have now moved to this dental practice as I was also very impressed with the attitude and friendliness of the reception staff and the positive online reviews.

Last of my six implants fitted today by Sean O’Hara and his fabulous team at the Hampshire Implant Centre. The care, attention to detail and quality of work is exceptional. No pain or inflammation/infection at all. Also great to have a practitioner who takes an interest in you as a person, you are not just another customer. Highly recommend Sean and his team for all aspects of dentistry.

This was my first experience of having dental implants and although I am not usually nervous of dental procedures, I was a little apprehensive. I need not have worried as Dr Sean O’Hara put me at ease straight away explaining the whole process and was very reassuring, as were the whole team at Hampshire Implant Centre. It was decided I would have two implants and a bridge as I had no molars left on my upper right side. On the day of surgery, the two implants were fitted before I knew it and I can honestly say I did not feel a thing. It was so much more comfortable than having a root canal done! The whole process took a few months due to having to wait for the healing process and there were appointments in between before the final crowns were fitted but each appointment was on time and the staff always very friendly and helpful. I now have some new teeth that match my own teeth extremely well. I am so glad I found Dr O’Hara via google search and hope anyone reading this review is reassured that the Hampshire Implant Centre is the place to go…. you will be in safe hands.

I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

Liz has been doing various treatments for me for a long time, last month she did filler on my jawline and cheekbones, and I’m thrilled with the results, I look fresher and younger but still very natural. Liz has a thorough knowledge of every treatment she performs and I really respect that she won’t perform any treatment that you don’t need, or won’t be effective. Liz is lovely and is always available for any questions after the treatment. I would highly recommend her due to her professionalism, and expertise, as well as the high quality products she uses. Lowen Dental Spa is beautiful and in a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

I went in complaining about tooth ache and pain, and it's safe to say I was in great hands. Dr Neha was so considerate, kind, and patient as it wasn't the straightforward procedure we were hoping for. But at every step, she took the most considered approach, listened when I was in pain, and took care to make sure I was comfortable at every step. I could not recommend this lovely team more!

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Bernice was fabulous at giving me the information and reassurance inbetween appointments. I finally have my smile back after an accident broke my tooth in half, thank you smile makers!

I have had some horrible experiences in the past so today going in to smilemakers on Hamble lane i was very anxious but Saadiq and Morgan made me very comfortable and friendly explained what they were going to do and made me feel at ease. I’ve been with this dental practise for over 20 years and have always been completely satisfied with them and the wonderfully friendly staff. My recent treatment (a replacement cap) was excellent and dentist, hygienist and dental nurse’s excellent.

I would gladly recommend this dental practice to anyone. My experience having had a series of dental visits over a four week period was extremely pleasant, given the nature of the work carried out. I can't speak highly enough of Euan as a dentist, somehow he was able to make a two hour session go by seamlessly and with no stress caused at all. For this I thank you Euan, it couldn't have been easy. Everyone at Beauchamp behaves in an extremely professional manner, making the whole process flow so well and with no effort. Absolutely fabulous dental practice, friendly, helpful and caring reception staff and the dentist and dental nurse were so kind and explained everything after I went in with broken and infected teeth. I then had an extraction which was done with so much care, I was a bit worried on the Friday that it might be infected so I rang the practice, the receptionist gave advice and also rang me back following speaking with the dentist to confirm I was just being a bit paranoid! (My words, not theirs!) overall, definitely 5 stars! Thank you to all the staff there.

Great dentist and hygienist. Told me honestly about my teeth how to look after them what to keep doing. It didn't feel like a shop in shop out dentist more of a homely feel where they give great personal advice on what you should do next. The hygienist was very thorough left no tooth left unpolished great in showing me some products that she felt maybe benifical for me to use. Everything was very professional and quick. I met practice Principal James Kleiber , who gave me confidence as soon as I met him,he told me what I needed, along with a quotation, which I accepted. I was to have two Implants, after I had my teeth removed James made up a sleeve to fit over my front teeth which was amazing it looked as if, I did not need any treatment. It took a number of appointments to fit the implants in. so eventually I had my new teeth in, I could not tell them from my proper teeth. An excellent job with hardly any pain for me at all. I have no hesitation in recommending James Kleiber, is so caring as well.

Fantastic dental surgery. After registering as a new patient, having avoided the dentist for almost 10 years, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by Heatherstone Dental Practice. The initial sign up, with online forms that were simple yet thorough were easy to complete. Upon arrival, the reception team were welcoming and attentive. Then, the dentist herself was brilliant. Karen made me feel very at ease, no judgement for my lack of dental appointments over the years. She explained at each stage exactly what she was checking for and then simplified any dental jargon when required. I've personally never had a fear of dentists, but for anyone who does, they will be made to feel comfortable and safe. I was sceptical about an extraction being pain free - but it was. Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

I recently had a root canal procedure done at solutions dental and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and outcome. Dr. Kate and the team were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive from start to finish. Like many, I was nervous about undergoing a root canal, but Dr. Kate explained every step thoroughly, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. The procedure itself was much smoother than I anticipated; Dr. Kate’s skill and expertise truly put me at ease. Post-surgery, I received excellent guidance on aftercare, and the follow-up communication showed they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. My front teeth were on a bridge that had become loose. I went to my Dentist in Salisbury at the end of November and was told that the Dental Laboratories would be starting to close for Christmas and to make an appointment in January I was worried that I would lose the bridge over Christmas. I looked online and found Dental Solutions that could replace my teeth within 24 hours as Dentures ect are made on site by Lee. He was brilliant I had the impressions taken on Monday and had my new teeth fitted on Tuesday. I don't know of anywhere else that can provide this service apart from London. On Monday I saw Lucy for a consultation and examination. She explained everything to me and the cost then removed the bridge on Tuesday ready for my new denture. She was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Really pleased excellent fit no problems at all I would definitely recommend Dental Solutions.

Just had dental implants 5 days ago. I was so petrified of the dentist to the point I wouldn’t sit in the dentist chair for ages. When I stepped in solutions dental clinic it was like walking into a family. They were so supportive and listened to everything I said. My confidence had gone. I used to talk with my hand over my mouth. I could never smile, I didn’t think they would be able to get it back. I was even thinking about turkey teeth but heard so many bad reviews about it. I had loads of appointments with Lee and the team. Day of the surgery I was so nervous but Lee and Sami went above and beyond, I woke up feeling like a different women. I honestly can’t stop smiling and being a 34 year confidant girl again instead of feeling like an old women . I highly recommend solutions dental clinic. Such a lovely team. ❤️❤️
