I felt very satisfied after my recent appointment for a filling by Dr Patel. She took great care to ensure that I knew what was happening at each stage and did the work carefully to avoid giving me pain. I also liked being distracted by the large TV screen to watch. It was showing an overhead tour of Rome - I think.

Bassett Dental & Aesthetics provided us with an absolutely incredible experience! As a parent, I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, patience, and compassion Dr. Barbara and Nikki showed my son. They went above and beyond to help him work through his fear of needles, creating a comfortable and trusting environment that made all the difference. Thanks to their gentle approach, he even managed to receive local anesthesia—something we never thought possible! Their professionalism is outstanding, but what truly sets them apart is their ability to instill confidence and trust in their patients. I wish all dentist practices would have similar approaches, would make our kids healthier and happier. I have been coming to this practice for many years and I have always been a very nervous patient. I worry for days before my appointment but when I get there everyone is always so lovely and kind that I have never turned around and ran back out of the door!. The improvements to the building have been amazing and given the surgery a polished look and feel. Dr Jinal Patel has such a calm and reassuring nature and her dental assistants Laura and recently Jordon are always kind and gentle. I have been seeing Lucy the hygienist who is also lovely and gives good advice. The reception staff are smart, professional and always friendly and helpful. Attended yesterday for a small filling which was completed to BDP's usual high standards. Gina and her colleague (apologies I forget her name) were welcoming, friendly, reassuring, calm and efficient. I thoroughly recommend - good job!

Last of my six implants fitted today by Sean O’Hara and his fabulous team at the Hampshire Implant Centre. The care, attention to detail and quality of work is exceptional. No pain or inflammation/infection at all. Also great to have a practitioner who takes an interest in you as a person, you are not just another customer. Highly recommend Sean and his team for all aspects of dentistry.

I had my first implant in 2018 and was so impressed that I knew I had to return to the Hampshire Implant Centre for my second. Sean is the perfect dentist, explaining everything thoroughly and putting one at ease immediately. The surgery is a pleasant environment and parking very easy if you combine your visit with a shop in Waitrose.

This was my first experience of having dental implants and although I am not usually nervous of dental procedures, I was a little apprehensive. I need not have worried as Dr Sean O’Hara put me at ease straight away explaining the whole process and was very reassuring, as were the whole team at Hampshire Implant Centre. It was decided I would have two implants and a bridge as I had no molars left on my upper right side. On the day of surgery, the two implants were fitted before I knew it and I can honestly say I did not feel a thing. It was so much more comfortable than having a root canal done! The whole process took a few months due to having to wait for the healing process and there were appointments in between before the final crowns were fitted but each appointment was on time and the staff always very friendly and helpful. I now have some new teeth that match my own teeth extremely well. I am so glad I found Dr O’Hara via google search and hope anyone reading this review is reassured that the Hampshire Implant Centre is the place to go…. you will be in safe hands.

Great dentist and hygienist. Told me honestly about my teeth how to look after them what to keep doing. It didn't feel like a shop in shop out dentist more of a homely feel where they give great personal advice on what you should do next. The hygienist was very thorough left no tooth left unpolished great in showing me some products that she felt maybe benifical for me to use. Everything was very professional and quick. Overall a great experience

I am more than pleased with the service offered by the practice. I was referred to James from my dentist in Portsmouth when I expressed an interest in having implants. I had five all at once! James and the staff at Wordsworth House are first rate. Today I must also mention Chloe who I met for the first time when she ably demonstrated care and concern in engaging with an elderly patient in reception. She is both personable and professional and a credit to the practice. James has a great ‘dentist chair’ manner. He is caring and knowledgeable giving me immense confidence in the work he carried out. I met practice Principal James Kleiber , who gave me confidence as soon as I met him,he told me what I needed, along with a quotation, which I accepted. I was to have two Implants, after I had my teeth removed James made up a sleeve to fit over my front teeth which was amazing it looked as if, I did not need any treatment. It took a number of appointments to fit the implants in. so eventually I had my new teeth in, I could not tell them from my proper teeth. An excellent job with hardly any pain for me at all. I have no hesitation in recommending James Kleiber, is so caring as well.

I was very pleased with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist. It was a great experience, probably the best I've had at any dental practice. Both Naz and her nurse assistant were gentle and kind. They were also patient and understanding with my disability. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.

Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. Keep doing great job!

Ferry Dental has amazing dental services. They explain the process thoroughly, solve all the questions, very precise working, calm environment and experience as a patient. I’m 27 years old and my visit to Ferry Dental was my second ever visit to a dentist in my life. I was expecting it to be a very negative experience but I was totally wrong. I was seen by Dr Iuri Coev and Mrs Justine Ping and I can truly say they are amazing at what they do. I had a scale and polish appointment with Mrs Ping and she was extremely careful with me. The pricing is very affordable and I would say for what you get, I don’t think you can find better pricing. The whole environment is very positive, professional, welcoming and friendly from first walking into the dentistry to walking out after your treatment. You can also tell their hygiene standards are extremely high. I would highly recommend visiting Ferry Dental, they will be looking after my teeth from now on.

I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

I went in complaining about tooth ache and pain, and it's safe to say I was in great hands. Dr Neha was so considerate, kind, and patient as it wasn't the straightforward procedure we were hoping for. But at every step, she took the most considered approach, listened when I was in pain, and took care to make sure I was comfortable at every step. I could not recommend this lovely team more!

Just had dental implants 5 days ago. I was so petrified of the dentist to the point I wouldn’t sit in the dentist chair for ages. When I stepped in solutions dental clinic it was like walking into a family. They were so supportive and listened to everything I said. My confidence had gone. I used to talk with my hand over my mouth. I could never smile, I didn’t think they would be able to get it back. I was even thinking about turkey teeth but heard so many bad reviews about it. I had loads of appointments with Lee and the team. Day of the surgery I was so nervous but Lee and Sami went above and beyond, I woke up feeling like a different women. I honestly can’t stop smiling and being a 34 year confidant girl again instead of feeling like an old women . I highly recommend solutions dental clinic. Such a lovely team. ❤️❤️

Fantastic dental surgery. After registering as a new patient, having avoided the dentist for almost 10 years, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by Heatherstone Dental Practice. The initial sign up, with online forms that were simple yet thorough were easy to complete. Upon arrival, the reception team were welcoming and attentive. Then, the dentist herself was brilliant. Karen made me feel very at ease, no judgement for my lack of dental appointments over the years. She explained at each stage exactly what she was checking for and then simplified any dental jargon when required. It isn’t the norm to enjoy a dental visit, but Karen and the rest of the team made it so I did. I would thoroughly recommend Heatherstone to anyone.

The team at Oakley are fantastic. They have helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene. I am now much happier and more confident about my teeth and gums! I have recently moved out of the area but I still use Oakley despite the 1hr commute each way.

I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I Managed to get my kids into the NHS dentist as Private cost are very high for children and most family's wouldn't be able to afford it. I’ve been with this dental practise for over 20 years and have always been completely satisfied with them and the wonderfully friendly staff. My recent treatment (a replacement cap) was excellent and dentist, hygienist and dental nurse’s excellent.

Absolutely fabulous dental practice, friendly, helpful and caring reception staff and the dentist and dental nurse were so kind and explained everything after I went in with broken and infected teeth. I then had an extraction which was done with so much care, I was a bit worried on the Friday that it might be infected so I rang the practice, the receptionist gave advice and also rang me back following speaking with the dentist to confirm I was just being a bit paranoid! (My words, not theirs!) overall, definitely 5 stars! Thank you to all the staff there.
