I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

Sam came out and did our quote - he was lovely and very knowledgable. The quote was very competitive. Ben came out and did the work, he did a really great job. A full new combi system from scratch as we didn’t have a present system already. It’s a very tidy job, everything works perfectly and we finally have a nice warm house! Thank you very much.

Such a great service! I had a gas pipe moved to accommodate an oven. I submitted a form online for a callback which was swift. The quotation was quick and accurate. The price was reasonable at around £115. Two people carried out the work respectfully and expertly. The invoice was shared shortly after and payment was easy.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. As I’m vulnerable the Company very helpfully expedited the works. The added bonus is that they also do electrics etc and we are looking forward to joining the Home Shield cover as it will give us peace of mind.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. I would highly recommend this business. We struggled to even get others to quote/turn up, but we spoke to Paul and he was so helpful. Basically we had a split shower tray, that tray repairers had told us it was not repairable. Unfortunately for us the tray was tiled in! Paul came and looked, he also spotted that our grout lines had started to crack, and said that there is likely moisture behind as a result. We ended up going backwards and forwards (nightmare customers!!) with added and removing bits from the quote. Paul was very patient, and all of this was done with no quibble. Once we agreed a start date that was quick, Paul and Karl turned up. Paul effectively handed the job over to Karl, but made sure he knew what we had wanted etc. Karl was nice and clearly very competent. My wife only uses trades people that “she gets a good feeling about” and both Karl and Paul passed this test! The shower has been completed to the spec we had agreed.it was quick and is fantastic quality/workmanship. Place was left tidy after, and fantastic communication. You honestly couldn’t ask for more. They made good suggestions along the way,like adding the tray onto a plinth so it doesn’t crack again (or risk cracking), risks of removing and reinstalling the door etc. all billed as agreed with no surprises. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, and a bonus they are both family men.

Having had 2 local washing machine engineers visit and fail to find the source of a leak it was a relief to have Pegasus plumbing do a thorough investigation and find the leak. I should have contacted them first. Also I had a new vanity unit fitted and I’m very pleased with it.
