We had a 12 panel free standing solar array fitted in our garden and a Tesla battery and Gateway in the house August 2024. Ian and the team were fantastic throughout, digging a trench for the cable from the panels to the house, installing a gravel base and ensuring that the array was sited firmly. After initial difficulties making sure that the array was secure, they adopted a different approach which worked perfectly - excellent attention to detail. The install took longer than originally anticipated but the final price was exactly as quoted. The array and battery are working perfectly, generating as forecast with even over 50% of our electricity coming from the panels in February. We are looking forward to our first full summer of solar. Thanks to Dan, Ian and all the team for their hard work.

WOW, what a company! As far as exceptional customer service, Cinergi absolutely wipe the floor with other businesses and trades we have engaged with over the years. They manage to deliver big company service and performance, with the interaction and expertise of a family run unit - what more could you want when you're making changes to your home. We engaged Cinergi to fit an air source heat pump (10kw Valiant), a hot water tank, and radiators throughout, which included towel radiators as well - as there were none in the property when we purchased. There was no mains gas piped to the house, which was a key indicator for us making the move to ASHP, and we were thankfully eligible for the UK Government grant - which Cinergi were able to assist us with. From the very first phone call with Megan, to the site visit (before we had the keys) with Elliot (to work out the size of our heat pump and water tank as well as there placement at the property), then Ian to make sure the radiators were appropriate for the spaces (when we were in), the team were incredible with our pre-installation support. Not forgetting all of the hard work Steph and Kate did in this, being flexible and accommodating for our circumstances (delayed completion of our property). The star of the experience has to be called out though, Lewis (the main engineer on site) worked professionally and courteously with all of the other trades (electricians, roofers, etc.) day in and day out. He provided a clean safe environment every day, being conscious of those around him, helping trades out to be as efficient as they could be too. The level of craftsmanship in his work is an art form (see the photograph of the water tank). He had help on some days, Tommy and Adam, Lewis L and another person (name escapes me right now), but Lewis managed all of that, and helped to keep me sane through the renovation work - a true testament to professional tradesman who truly care for the work they do, and a massive asset to Cinergi...all of the team are. You'll note I can name everyone in the process; big company, family feel! It never felt too much, we never felt overwhelmed. If you need heating, hot water or any other work in their portfolio (Solar, Batteries, EV chargers, etc.), don't look anywhere else - you will not be disappointed with the products or services Cinergi offer. 100% we would recommend.

Our initial contact with Joe at the Cinergi office gave us confidence to research the solar panel and battery market and gather information on products. We were impressed by the fact that Cinergi does not push any particular brands and was very receptive to our mix-and-match approach. We gathered quotes from several local companies but it became clear that Cinergi's approachability and quick response to questions meant that they were the right company to carry out our project. When it came to the installation Jack was very communicative, professional and considerate in his way of working. We had a couple of minor glitches owing to one missing part and one overlooked element of the job. However, in each case communication was good and the response was fast. We are delighted with the final product and not only would recommend Cinergi but already have, to neighbours and family.

Dan and Ben, two young men from Cinergi, have been working at our home today. They have been wonderfully professional and efficient. They have installed our two new batteries and the inverter so that we can run our air source heat pump at a much cheaper and greener tariff. I am especially grateful to Dan who set me up with the app and explained all the IT aspects to me. The system is already working and our battery is being charged at the cheap rate. These two young men are a huge credit to your company.

Bruce was able to help me quickly source a spare part for my shower. I didn't have a clue where to start trying to find this but in less than 10 minutes he phoned be straight back. Total lifesaver

As a DIYer (the good type!), I went in to try and get some replacement parts for a nasty bodge job a previous owner did, after recently moving into a new house and the chap behind the counter was more than happy to discuss the issue and come up with the best solution. Their range isn’t the greatest I’ll admit but they’re by no means unhelpful and their slightly higher prices than Screwfix/Toolstation are justified for the knowledgable service.

Used them recently for a gas safety check. Communication was brilliant and very easy. Plumber came around very promptly and friendly as always!

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Such a great service! I had a gas pipe moved to accommodate an oven. I submitted a form online for a callback which was swift. The quotation was quick and accurate. The price was reasonable at around £115. Two people carried out the work respectfully and expertly. The invoice was shared shortly after and payment was easy.

I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.

The engineer arrived on time with a courtesy text advising of expected time. They were respectful of my property and were polite. Able to identify the issue and solve it in a timely manner. I have used their services before, They will continue to be my "go to" I cannot recommend them enough.

I’d highly recommend them. Gair Gas provided a competitive quote and I was impressed by their recommendations. On the day, the new boiler was fitted within a day and there were no complications! The work was carried out exactly to that described and to an excellent standard. A happy customer! 😊

I'm happy to recommend Lee, who has done a great job replacing my ancient vented cylinder with a new unvented one and installing a thermostatic mixer tap. He has been very helpful answering questions and advising on the best system for my needs. I'll be happy to use his services again.

Lee did a fantastic job removing the bath and all the tiles, which had been there for years and fitted a lovely walk-in shower with new panelling, grab rails, a fitted seat and a non slip tray in my fathers home. He was kept us updated with everything he was doing. Initially he was quick to respond to my call and visit to do a quote. Lee is very professional and takes pride in the job. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again for any other job.

Lee has done an excellent job in installing a Mira Thermostatic Bath Shower mixer. He researched the product carefully according to my needs. He disconnected an old unsuccessful unit, re-tiled as necessary, removed all rubbish and cleaned up well. He priced the job fairly and I can happily recommend him.

Proper emergency service! Luke and James responded to our need to repair a punctured central heating pipe in just over 2 hours today. They worked smoothly and efficiently together, resoving the problem in less than an hour. A true godsend, as we are due to have a new carpet fitted in the bedroom tomorrow morning! At a cost of £225.00, both my partner and I considered this a reasonable and realistic price for a call-out on a Sunday afternoon with no notice. Having had 2 local washing machine engineers visit and fail to find the source of a leak it was a relief to have Pegasus plumbing do a thorough investigation and find the leak. I should have contacted them first. Also I had a new vanity unit fitted and I’m very pleased with it.

I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.
