We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Kevin recently installed a washing machine and tumble dryer in our bathroom. The job entailed complete removal of the existing shower surround and stone shower tray to gain access to waste and water connections. The job was completed within a week with the shower unit being reinstalled as if it had never been moved and we are delighted with the result. We will definitely use Kevin again for future work and would recommend him to anyone needing work in the bathroom.

Jon has done a brilliant job of totally refurbishing our bathroom. Everything was taken care of so no need to arrange any other service providers. Work was carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard (I’m particularly fussy as I used to work with architects on large refurbishments). He is a lovely dependable chap who fitted in well with the family and got on with the job with a smile and a sense of humour. I shall definitely have him back to do my kitchen.

Kevin did a lovely job with our tricky bathroom. The tiles look amazing and have made such a difference. The grouting and sealing is really tidy and so much better than what we had before. We also have a functioning toilet now which is great! Kevin is really generous and helpful, would definitely recommend MapleLeaf.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. We had a terrible experience with another local plumbing company despite them being highly recommended on Check a Trade. They left our house in a mess and ultimately Worcester Bosch condemned the boiler as unsafe. The work was put right by Lamberts Installations. Daniel and Simon worked particularly hard. Simon stayed late on a Friday evening when Basingstoke was hit by snow to finish the job and ensure we had heating and hot water. Still haven’t heard anything from the previous plumber and don’t expect to. So relieved Lamberts Installations sorted it out with minimum disruption to us.

Needed all the radiators changed in my house and have received great service. Lewis did such a great job, going above and beyond to get them all fixed and helped in getting them up and running. It was not an easy job as he had to deal with very old plumbing that needed readjustment in every corner and can not give enough credit on the amount of time he took to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Really happy with the timely response to our request to look at our washing machine as he was out the next day. Whilst here he also identified a leak in a valve for our water tank that we had no idea about. He quickly popped out to get the parts needed to fix it and fitted them straight away. HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. I would unreservedly recommend HeatXpert if you need a professional job at a reasonable cost and would have no hesitation in using their services again.
