Used Mark to clear an outside drain blockage. Responsive, efficient, friendly and professional. Rates seem fair and Mark worked quickly to keep the cost to an hour. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Amazing service. When water was pouring through the ceiling and light fittings because of a blockage, Mark was calm, reassuring and came round quickly. He did a thorough exploration of the problem - making sure we knew what was happening and how it be resolved. It was a stressful situation but Mark was able to fix it with a expert knowledge and a smile and was very polite. I’ve already recommended BB Drainage 👍

Recently attended to replace 3 TRVs and look at a faulty toilet. The plumbers were all great and very nice. Arrived on time. Showed great flexibility working around 2 kids and a dog. Returned to fix the toilet after ordering a part. Invoiced as per agreed quote. The lady in the office is very friendly and helpful.

Our boiler packed up on Friday and TS went above and beyond to keep us updated and get things sorted. I find the negative reviews hard to believe from the experience we had. Highly recommended.
