Bill and Simon were a pleasure to work with. What seemed like a simple task to replace an existing washbasin and stand in the bathroom turned into a potential nightmare owing to nonstandard and unsuitable products and fittings supplied by the manufacturer. Bill had to use all of his experience and ingenuity to connect things successfully, and at a very reasonable price given that he had to make 2 visits on different days. Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. I contacted Mike due to a problem I had with excess heat being generated in my airing cupboard/ hot water cylinder area. Mike arrived at the agreed time and after me explaining the problem he quickly identified the fault as a u/s water valve. He then went away to get the part, returned and fitted it and all was well. Neil and Josh installed a new boiler/water tank in a different room to the existing system, new water main, replacing the low pressure shower and redoing the dogs dinner of a plumbing set up from the 20+ year old system. Oh, and removing and disposal of the old system. In a week, no "oh its going to cost you extra nonsense", minimal mess and a really friendly and professional service throughout. Thanks Neil! We had struggled to find an emergency call out to our boiler - heat expert turned up when they said, their engineers were knowledgeable and our boiler was fixed and working once the part was obtained. They communicate using texts to keep us informed of timing of visits and also payment using Apple Pay makes life so much easier.

HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. We had a wet room fitted by a local Plumbing firm (member of checkatrade). The gradient, installation of the flooring and choice of former was incorrect; resulting in water in the carpeted hallway. The original company would not discuss/provide a solution. Thermoheat stepped in, dug out the concrete and re-levelled with gradient towards drain and refitted flooring using heat welding. This was done efficiently and with minimal disturbance. Most importantly they treated my 80 year old mother with total respect, were friendly and courteous. Incidentally, Mum's wet room now works properly!

We have used Sam, Dan and gang to complete lots of plumbing works for us after being recommended by lots of locals on our towns facebook group. They did not disappoint. Having located Spartan Mechanical ltd via Checkatrade with a request to fix a heating problem with my Airflow Heating system, they were quick to respond and emailed me within 48 hrs with an appointment to attend my home should i accept their service. Since communicating with Spartan i was kept informed of my appointment and even updated that their engineer could attend my home earlier than the appointed time if i was available, which i was. I found the engineer (Mark Thomas) to be very polite and professional and he fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. in addition, the engineer provided excellent advice with regards to my heating system which i found to be very helpful and informative. including the costs to rectify my heating problem, which i found to be reasonable, i consider that my dealings with the engineer and the company to be excellent and would highly recommend their services.
