I recently contacted Ryan to undertake some electrical upgrades at my home. The job was unfortunately bigger than we both had anticipated but it was no problem for Ryan, he managed to fit us in to his schedule quickly and the work he completed was excellent. He left the house clean and tidy, he was really easy to communicate with throughout, polite and efficient. I will definitely recommend Ryan to anyone and use his services again.

Thoroughly recommend John and his team. We had a major issue caused by another plumber which left us without heating and Lamberts Installations sorted it promptly and with very little disruption. They were tidy, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be using them again and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. We had a terrible experience with another local plumbing company despite them being highly recommended on Check a Trade. They left our house in a mess and ultimately Worcester Bosch condemned the boiler as unsafe. The work was put right by Lamberts Installations. Daniel and Simon worked particularly hard. Simon stayed late on a Friday evening when Basingstoke was hit by snow to finish the job and ensure we had heating and hot water. Still haven’t heard anything from the previous plumber and don’t expect to. So relieved Lamberts Installations sorted it out with minimum disruption to us.

Bamboo!! Do I need to say more! Ugh, plagued my garden, had it removed 4 times by other gardeners… ALWAYS came back. Brad and the team removed it, not come back (18 months) , not one shoot!! I couldn’t be more grateful, the team went the extra mile and even asked for access to the neighbours garden to chase it all out. I highly recommend them

Brad and his team removed my entire front garden and replaced with a stone driveway and cleared a very overgrown rear garden for me. They were on time, polite and courteous and the job was finished to a high standard. Definitely recommend and use again.

Omar from ActFast Solutions fixed a complex problem with our boiler due to a manufacturer fault but we were just out of warranty. We can’t praise highly enough for Omar’s professionalism, accountability and patience. Moreover Omar is a trusted engineer and I would highly recommend him. Omar is a true professional in his field and is very methodical in his approach to the work. We had a pump change, radiator thermostats fitted and the whole system flushed to clean out the years of debris and sludge. Clear, precise and courteous.

Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

I am an absolutely delighted with service provided by Niall's Plumbing & Heating. They were not only be able to accommodate my urgent visit on Sunday to service my boiler but also provided a comprehensive overview & education to our heating and boiling system of recently bought house. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and care of the customer. They were able to identify the cause of the problem with our underfloor heating and suggested a path forward for resolution. Neil and Josh installed a new boiler/water tank in a different room to the existing system, new water main, replacing the low pressure shower and redoing the dogs dinner of a plumbing set up from the 20+ year old system. Oh, and removing and disposal of the old system. In a week, no "oh its going to cost you extra nonsense", minimal mess and a really friendly and professional service throughout. Thanks Neil! Would recommend without doubt!

Having spotted a leak from the boiler, Tony was able to come out the next day to take a look. Not only did he immediately guess what the problem was, but he explained and demonstrated it clearly and even had the parts required to fix it in his van so was able to do the work there and then.
