I have been coming to this practice for many years and I have always been a very nervous patient. I worry for days before my appointment but when I get there everyone is always so lovely and kind that I have never turned around and ran back out of the door!. The improvements to the building have been amazing and given the surgery a polished look and feel. Dr Jinal Patel has such a calm and reassuring nature and her dental assistants Laura and recently Jordon are always kind and gentle. I have been seeing Lucy the hygienist who is also lovely and gives good advice. The reception staff are smart, professional and always friendly and helpful. Attended yesterday for a small filling which was completed to BDP's usual high standards. Gina and her colleague (apologies I forget her name) were welcoming, friendly, reassuring, calm and efficient. I thoroughly recommend - good job!

I am fortunate to have been a happy client at this practice for many years, & wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Every member of staff, without exception, is friendly & welcoming, & I feel very well cared for in a clean, modern & pleasant environment. I do not know everyone's names, but I enjoyed meeting Gina the new hygienist on my last visit, & Dr Jinal Patel is always very gentle, calm, professional & lovely. Highly recommended!

I felt very satisfied after my recent appointment for a filling by Dr Patel. She took great care to ensure that I knew what was happening at each stage and did the work carefully to avoid giving me pain. I also liked being distracted by the large TV screen to watch. It was showing an overhead tour of Rome - I think.

Bassett Dental & Aesthetics provided us with an absolutely incredible experience! As a parent, I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, patience, and compassion Dr. Barbara and Nikki showed my son. They went above and beyond to help him work through his fear of needles, creating a comfortable and trusting environment that made all the difference. Thanks to their gentle approach, he even managed to receive local anesthesia—something we never thought possible! Their professionalism is outstanding, but what truly sets them apart is their ability to instill confidence and trust in their patients. I wish all dentist practices would have similar approaches, would make our kids healthier and happier. I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

I went in complaining about tooth ache and pain, and it's safe to say I was in great hands. Dr Neha was so considerate, kind, and patient as it wasn't the straightforward procedure we were hoping for. But at every step, she took the most considered approach, listened when I was in pain, and took care to make sure I was comfortable at every step. I could not recommend this lovely team more!

Liz has been doing various treatments for me for a long time, last month she did filler on my jawline and cheekbones, and I’m thrilled with the results, I look fresher and younger but still very natural. Liz has a thorough knowledge of every treatment she performs and I really respect that she won’t perform any treatment that you don’t need, or won’t be effective. Liz is lovely and is always available for any questions after the treatment. I would highly recommend her due to her professionalism, and expertise, as well as the high quality products she uses. Lowen Dental Spa is beautiful and in a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

I can’t rate this dental surgery high enough. They are exceptional in what they do. The staff are fantastic, always jolly and always ready to help with appointments etc. The dentists and hygienists use all the latest equipment and are extremely knowledgeable about their profession and the new technology that is available for them to use. They are friendly and welcoming and totally worth the stars!!!

I must say I’m really impressed with this team at Warsash Dental Practice. I arrived as a potential new patient and was warmly received at reception. Filled out a form and whilst doing so a dental surgeon entered and all smiles greeted everyone and wished them all a good day whilst he pick up a patient. Nice I thought. And what a lovely friendly atmosphere. Sarah ushered me in to see Alastair in no time and both were friendly and so knowledgeable about all we discussed. A great and thorough examination of my teeth and gums and mouth coupled with helpful pointers and recommendations. I’ve taken out a Denplan Plan as a result and again on returning to submit my application the reception team were helpful and thorough and I have my first checkup and clean all booked. So impressed with them all. Really happy I’m a patient here. 11/10.

I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here. The service and welcome I received were amazing on both visits. The nursing team Kirsty and Natasha were friendly, explained things clearly and were reassuring. Richard Ramsey was outstanding..both teeth extracted in no time, even with one being cut in half…explained everything clearly and put me at ease. What a great team. Thankyou all.

My dentist referred me to The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre for a tooth extraction. From my initial consultation to removing the tooth, everyone was lovely. The girls at the reception were warm and welcoming. Richard and his team were totally amazing. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Richard and his dental nurses were brilliant. They made sure I was relaxed and looked after me. They even made me laugh. :-) A BIG thank you to you all.

Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! I now have lovely teeth ... something I thought I would never be able to say and it's all thanks to Casey and her wonderful team. Can't praise/recommend Bridgeways dental enough. They made me feel at ease from the start for fillings & crowns and then took me through my Invisalign journey. They are just brilliant with nervous/terrified patients. The surgery & reception is very welcoming. Casey's professionalism, dedication, caring manner and attention to detail are outstanding. She is friendly, passionate about her work and explains everything in great detail. She has completely changed my view of dentist visits. I am so very, very happy with everything I've had done at Bridgeways Dental .... They not only fixed my teeth, they've fixed me. I will always be so grateful. I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises . I can't say enough, extremely happy with the care I received for my teeth . I highly more than highly recommend this Dentist. So impressed. Great job ...I gave 5 stars 🌟 deserve more :-)

Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. A well deserved five stars.

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Bridgeways Dental and I am so pleased with the results. From my very first consultation Casey and her entire team have been super friendly and welcoming. Everything was fully explained in detail to me and they always advised the best options to achieve my desired results. From very early on I felt like I could put my full trust in Casey and all her team as I felt listened too and felt like they knew exactly what my aims were and how to get there in the best way. I am so thankful to the whole team and am extremely happy with the results. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I had full upper implants. It was,a little more complicated than that as I already had several years ago, a few of which had now failed. It was quite a complicated surgery but the treatment, and kindness of all the staff was amazing. They put me at ease, explained everything fully & answered my questions in terms I understood. It's a lengthy process but worth every stage. They really understand & are experienced at implant dentistry & you feel in safe hands throughout the process. The end result is extremely good & I'm so happy I had it done. The whole team, from Ad & Rosie to all the nurses, receptionists etc are lovely & friendly. If anyone is considering implants I would highly recommend

Friendly and welcoming staff. The dentist Massoud is very patient and gentle. Had two crown fitted and was extremely nervous. Just been for my 6 months check up and all is well. I even made an appointment with the hygienist, which I never did before. But apparently she's amazing and very gentle.

Just joined this practice this week and oh my goodness what caring friendly people, made me feel right at home. I am hoping to stay here for some time. I chose this dental practice because the reviews were excellent and I am very happy to share my first impressions. Greated nicely on my arrival and the nurse Lidia looked after me initially for the x-rays. Lidia explained what was shown on the x-rays and made sure I understood. The dental surgeon, Ad then came to see me and examined my teeth and then offered 2 treatment options. There was no pressure to choose either option and I was able to make a decision that was right for me. Actually think I will look forward to my appointments, who would ever say that about visiting a dentist!

I am currently on my SureSmile journey with Mel to sort out my crooked teeth and it’s been a positive experience and I am starting to see results. I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I am still quite anxious but every single member of staff always puts me at ease and are so understanding and respectful of my anxiety which I am totally thankful for. My dentist Dimitrios is wonderful, a really kind and caring man. I want to say a massive thank you to each and every member of staff for their kindness and help. As a 26 year old guy, having not been to the dentist in 4 years, I can certainly say the service right from booking was exceptional. My first consultation today, along with X-rays and a clean, and thankfully nothing wrong. William is amazing and treats you with care, passion and is very gentle. I have my next appointment to book for 6 months time for a hygienist and I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you to all of you.

I live in Winchester but after seeing all the good reviews for this place, I decided to register and I could not be happier. I have been a patient here for a couple of years now and all the staff are amazing. If you normally hate going to the dentist, this is definitely the place for you! Everyone is so kind and caring and they always put you at so much ease. I actually quite enjoy going to the dentist now!

I hadn't been to a dentist for almost 10 years due to bad experiences and poor service. The guys at Dental Health -Private Dental Clinic are amazing. Not only are they all brilliant at their respective jobs, they are all lovely people who are polite and friendly. It really sets you at ease and it's very much appreciated. I needed a tooth extraction and wasn’t looking forward to it! I have to say the procedure was carried out by Johann with outstanding care and effectiveness. He ensured that my experience was very positive and virtually painless. His gentle technique, skill and professionalism were very much appreciated! Merritts Coffee Lounge is a friendly cafe in Ashurst. With its roaring fire and comfy seating, it’s a great place to have a coffee and warm up after a winter walk. The menu offers a range of homemade brunch items, as well as delicious cakes. Although it didn’t look exciting, the omelette I had for lunch was absolutely fantastic. My husband had the skillet crumpet with trout, and raved about it. The service was very friendly and welcoming, and it was a great place to start or end a range of lovely New Forest walks. Overall I had a great visit, and if in the area again I would 100% return.

It was a coincidence we dropped by and took a seat. I bookmarked it as my favourite cafe straight away! I just love the environment and how friendly the staff was. We had the best ever Egg Florentine and crunchy waffle with bacon. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone :)

Really special coffee at this super friendly coffee lounge. Also, the food is top quality - I'm particularly partial to the bacon waffles - a very naughty treat! It's 5 stars from me ***** GREAT WALK AS WELL! - to compensate for the cakes there is a beautiful walk just up the road... turn left when leaving the lounge and keep going straight- you end up entering the beauty of the new forest!

Food was delicious, i ordered coffee, a bap and a millionaires slice, all of that for under £10. The bap was freshly made in front of me and was full of filling, made to exactly how i like it. Nothing was too much trouble. The cakes were made locally too 😊

Popped in for a coffee and a bacon roll on my way back to Lymington from Southampton. Easy free parking and the biggest bacon bap ever. So much so I had to take some home with me. Lovely small cafe with a great atmosphere and fab service. I will return.

Popped in here for a cuppa and had lovely warm welcome from Claire! Perfectly clean and tidy little cafe offering toasted sandwiches, baps etc with freshly prepared fillings. We plan to go back as soon as we can. The cafe opens from 8am for those needing an early breakfast! Highly recommend.

Fantastic food. Ordered the breakfast bap and it was packed with sausage, bacon and eggs. Really generous portions and great customer service. Didn't realise that they allow dogs as I would have brought mine. Totally recommend this x

Best bacon bap I've had for 24 years. Truth! And the most adorable owner and friendliest atmosphere. Super sweet to my dog🥹even a doggy treat jar was served with my hot, perfectly brewed cuppa. 100% faultless and will definitely make an excuse to return. Must mention the excellent old fashioned prices too. My hot, perfect tea and large, fresh baked bap with a generous amount of tasty bacon crisped to perfection was only £7, Heinz ketchup... Everything spotlessly clean. It was more than good food, and good service, and fine company, it was... truly lovely! and it made my simple walk in Ashurst into a memory that'll make me smile each time I think about it.
