What a great place. My husband and I could smell burning rubber on our car due to our tyres just being replaced, but we popped in to get this checked in case it was internal. We were assisted immediately, our car was taken for a test drive and thoroughly checked out, giving us the reassurance we needed. Thank you team.

Rob and the team are five star. They’re honest and practical about the advice you give you on your vehicle and I never feel as if I am being taken for a ride. Great service from a local garage that will give you an honest assessment of the work that needs doing and perhaps on some occasions a specialist Garage is the better option and they’re honest about that. We Always go there firstand get the stuff done on our cars.

My sister had used Rob's garage for some time before she died, and when I had a problem with coded keys for her car, Rob went out of his way to make enquiries for me and then put me in contact with a specialist who he has worked with in the past (someone who turned out to be first-class!). All this was done even though there was no financial benefit to the garage. Truly outstanding customer service - if there were more people like Rob in the world it would be a better place. Being a local around the area, have used Jackson for small wear and tear of the car but never used their services for any major work until my Jaguar XE started showing multiple warnings post sitting in our garage for over a month. I took it to Jacksons and I felt that the Quote was quite high and I would end up having a bad experience taking it to them and regret my decision but I was completely WRONG. At Jacksons they made sure that each and every problem with my car is diagnosed and rectified correctly with no stones unturned. Special appreciation for Mark and Chris who efficiently identified what the problem was and fixed it explaining each and every checks they did and how the problem was resolved. They were also quite flexible to let me drop the car to them to work on it as per my convenience and that too multiple times whenever I requested for it. Based on this experience, now I know Jacksons is the place I should head to without giving any 2nd thought for any of my car issues (I hope I won't get one :D) I would highly recommend Jacksons going forward for anyone who is looking to get their car/s fixed for any sort of simple to complex problems.

The person I spoke to was very professional and kind, he said he would get my car sorted as soon as possible for me, even though they were very busy already. I’d like to share my experiences with D Banks motors as exceptional. I have worked in the garage equipment service for many years and have come across all kinds and I’d say Ollie and his team are great. Booking in was easy and pleasant from the lady on the front desk who provided accurate quotes and booked in. My car needed service and MOT where I was called at work with a few small issues. Ollie explained clearly what they were and offered solutions. But instead of costing the normal it was slightly discounted due to the other work being carried out. Ollie to collect me from work and drive me back to the garage where he went through all work that had been done and clearly gave me evidence it had been done. The work in my opinion was carried out to a high standard, with good customer practice in mind at an affordable price. I’d be recommending them to others and will be going back myself.

Recommended by a friend that they are very trustful and reliable. They are efficient and quickly fix multiple things just over a day with a very reasonable price (they charged me £200 less compared with the garage from AA quoted). I strongly recommend them.

They're also right next to a tyre centre that they kindly liase with when needed to save customers running about. Also well placed close to two supermarkets, charity shops, a florist, DIY shop, library, cafe's and other amenities so plenty to do if you're waiting. Brilliant service all round. After buying a car and finding airbag issues with it I went through several places to get it fixed, each to fail. Then found the automotive expert who not only fixed my car but had also identified the bodge jobs done to “fix” it. I was charged a fair price to have the issue fixed and unlike before the airbag light had not returned! Thank you!

Incredible service. I didn’t need to wait long for my son’s car to get booked in. Was initially told I’d need a whole new instrument cluster which would cost over £1,000 but Dan fixed it for a third of the cost. Very impressed. Even though unfortunately they were unable to resolve my issue (not their fault), they were really helpful and went above and beyond to try and help me. They didn't even charge me for what they tried! My partner uses them and has had good experiences. We are new to the area so I hadn't had the need until now, but I know where I will go in future.

Great place to get your car serviced and MOT. A friend recommended them to me and as his quite fussy but also Money cautious I thought I would give them a go. They are so quick and keen to help. They found a slight issue with the Headlamp adjustment screw and they were able to fix and resolve it there and then. I usually hate waiting to get things done but when having an MOT I am now a fan as they can properly show you any issues at the time. Recommended.
