Absolutely fantastic!! Paul and Kieron are so friendly and patient, especially as I am hopeless at trying to explain what the problem is with my car. They soon put me at ease and were able to diagnose and repair my car. I was at a total loss when my long time garage mechanic retired, I had been going to him for nearly 30 years and I had no idea where to turn but luckily for me, my car decided to play up outside pond street garage so I went in there in quite a panic but Paul calmed me down and got me back on the road. Unfortunately for the 2 gents, they are now stuck with me 😊. I cannot recommend Pond Street Garage enough, excellent mechanics and very fairly priced.

We as a family use Lindleys in Kirkby and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided to us all. They never turn you away and if you can leave your vehicle there, they will get to it asap! Fantastic, friendly service from start to finish. Dropped car in for its MOT and was asked if I needed it back for a specific time. On this occasion I did. This was accommodated without question. Appointment was at 9.30am and I collected the car at around 10:15am. Would certainly recommend.

I get so nervous about going to garages with car problems as I don't have a clue what I'm on about. But I can honestly say I felt so comfortable coming here. You get welcomed by some very lovely ladies on reception and some friendly dogs. They keep you updated on what's happening, they won't carry out any work until they have priced it up and checked you are happy to go ahead. And they even gave me a courtesy car to use at no charge. Great service and friendly staff. Garage rang me at every stage when diagnosing an intermittent fault to ask how I wanted to proceed, and an accurate estimation of costs for each stage. After more than 10 years, we have FINALLY found a car mechanic who does not want to scam us, who cares not only about the money, who does not tell us problems that do not exist, or who does not replace what needs to be replaced!!! Justin and his wife are also fantastic people and very helpful!!! They immediately helped us in any way they could, we didn't have to wait long for our car to be ready and very fair, good price!!! Fantastic service, rapid repair just as needed couldn't do enough. Also sourced a part cheaper than I could find one at. Just speak to Justin or Fi and they'll do their up most best to fulfil your requests, Local garage to the community and have people and their cars in mind over making money for bogus repairs, will always do their best to do jobs and source parts at the cheapest possible rate getting u back on the road with less hit to ur pocket.

Love my garage! I would not want to go anywhere else in the area. These guys do not over charge, they take time to help me understand what work has been done and why. They are always welcoming - I have not met one of the workers who does not make time to acknowledge you. They have even given me advice to follow instead of charging me when it is a job I can do myself. This has made me trust them more. I will always go to them. Thank you guys.

Had a faulty transfer box for my 2017 Audi Rs3 - both Sam and Andy gave great customer service from my initial message on Facebook messenger through to handing the car back over fault free. Absolutely brilliant service - I will be taking my rs3 back here for future work

Great experience from start to finish with T&G I will definitely be returning and recommending them worth the time travelling down to them 100% after using garage after garage and been fobbed off. Andy and his wife where very informative about the process and very helpful throughout the day. I took my Audi S3 in for a possibe transfer box failure which was caught just in time and Andy was able to rebuild the box, Andy attention to detail was on point for me and all done in one day and back on the road for 5pm. I Will definitely be returning in the future

Fantastic experience at T&G. Having only purchased an rs3 about a month ago I thought i’d go get it checked out from T&G as they have a lot of knowledgeable experience on these cars and great reviews and recommendations from online groups on social media. They were very professional throughout and sam and andy? (sorry if I got the name wrong) were very polite and helpful. Andy showed me any issues in detail and explained everything they car would potentially need doing to it. I ended up getting a rear differential, transfer box and engine oil service and also the front brake pins sorted and it was all at a very reasonable price considering it’s an RS car! They also do payment plans for anybody unsure if they can afford everything at once and give a courtesy car to drive around if you need it. I will definitely be back to get my haldex serviced and any other bits and bobs, definitely worth the hour and a half drive. I cannot recommend them enough.

Travelled down from Scotland to get the dreaded Transfer box issue sorted by these guys on my Rs3 saloon and boy did they deliver. Extremely professional, passionate and had an attention detail!!!! Was shown and talked through everything about the job and ended up getting haldex and rear diff serviced whilst there. Well worth trip down south!!!! Was given free courtesy car which was great 👍 Would highly recommend 👌👍Andy and Sam were spot on 👍 👌

I've been taking our cars to Springfield motors for a few years now. I need some work doing on my car this year for MOT got a pre work estimate £650. Work and MOT done and bill was £525 they said we got some extra discount on parts so passed it on to the customer. Absolutely brilliant I can't recommend them enough.

Took my car here after taking it to a more local garage and being told 'nothing was wrong' despite it being a hazard. The guys got me in, sorted my car for a great price, where helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly. As a woman I often feel like I'm mugged off when taking my car to the garage but these guys where brilliant - will be making this my garage of choice.

These guys are honest and helpful. Even though it was not possible for them to fix the ft tracking on my 1999 London Hackney Taxi Cab (due to lack of specialist taxi tracking gear) they still took the time to show me the problem with the taxi on the ramp and found me someone local who had the right equipment to do the job. They also found a local automatic gearbox specialist to change the ATF and filter for me. All for no charge made. Top marks from me, I will definately use them for my everyday car and my wifes car.
