Took my car here after taking it to a more local garage and being told 'nothing was wrong' despite it being a hazard. The guys got me in, sorted my car for a great price, where helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly. As a woman I often feel like I'm mugged off when taking my car to the garage but these guys where brilliant - will be making this my garage of choice.

These guys are honest and helpful. Even though it was not possible for them to fix the ft tracking on my 1999 London Hackney Taxi Cab (due to lack of specialist taxi tracking gear) they still took the time to show me the problem with the taxi on the ramp and found me someone local who had the right equipment to do the job. They also found a local automatic gearbox specialist to change the ATF and filter for me. All for no charge made. Top marks from me, I will definately use them for my everyday car and my wifes car. Big thanks to these guys , fixed my mercedes today and looked into a problem i have had with my car, they advised me from the start it would be a big job and expensive so gave me the choice of what i wanted to do. I was very happy with the work they done it was at a good price and i decided to put the big job on a back burner. Been using southwell lane garage for 3 years now and they have been first class from the start 👍
