Greeted in a friendly manner as soon as we entered. Menu nicely laid out and all what you would expect from a cafe serving this type of food. The fixtures and fittings are industrial and modern looking and the facilities were clean and tidy. The food was really good quality, almost nothing to moan about apart from the beans! Why do people insist on serving baked beans in tiny thimble types pots! I mentioned it to the staff, hopefully they take it on board. These guys were super friendly though, and the food is truly amazing. Pricing wise was actually reasonable for the size of the plate, ignoring baked beans pot of course. Honestly, so worth a visit, still absolutely 5 stars for this place, amazing food, great service, fair pricing.

Came in today for lunch for my daughter’s birthday. The staff went out of their way to come over after our food with cake, singing happy birthday and playing music for her 🥰 I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to make that special touch. The food was lovely and the staff just as lovely. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you again.

Second visit to this cafe so far. Lovely food, not too greasy for a fry up. Nice atmosphere with cute decor. Friendly staff who go the extra mile even when it’s busy. Extra bonus points from me for putting the beans in a pot as standard, yummy warm beans. This simple but considerate way of presenting the meal ensures that the incredibly crisp hash browns and the perfectly browned toast remains in it’s perfect state. No soggy bean contamination will be found at this fine establishment

Problem with previous dental practice in Petersfield, leaving part of instrument inside my molar. Nikos Louskos, St Cuthbert's Dental Practice Winchester, is the man to see. First class. Explained everything, kind gentle and thoughtful. Can't fault him or his team.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received at this dental practice, particularly from the outstanding dentist, Elsa. When my son had a dental emergency, chipping half of his tooth off, the staff at the surgery were nothing short of amazing. We were promptly offered an emergency appointment on the same day, which immediately alleviated our concerns. Elsa's expertise and skill were truly remarkable. She not only efficiently repaired the damaged tooth but did so with such precision that it was impossible to tell it had ever been chipped. The restoration was perfect. Beyond her technical proficiency, Elsa's kindness and consideration towards my son were noteworthy. She handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, making the experience as comfortable as possible for my child. Because of long standing tooth problems I use St Cuthbert's extensively for both dentistry and dental hygiene. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have had over quite a number of years. This has included extractions, fillings, the fitting of crowns and the manufacture of a dental plate. All the work has been done efficiently and well. I rate the practice as 5 star.

I have used St Cuthbert for many years and have always found all the team (both technical and reception staff) to be welcoming and friendly and quick to put you at ease. Extremely professional both in their technical work and their communication, flexible in arranging urgent appointments, always ready to help, I can't praise them highly enough. Donna does a great job looking after my dental hygiene and I met Camilla today; friendly and professional, I have no doubt I am in good hands. Highly recommended.

A great dentist! My family have been going here for years as we find the team so friendly and the service is always great. They were really good recently when my daughter (who was really nervous) needed a little filling. Andreana and the nurse were both so lovely to her and kept her at ease. She was covered in stickers when she left so she was very happy!! Highly recommend!

I was so nervous to go to the dentist (had been putting it off for ages!) but both Nick and Claire were so great at putting me at ease and talking me through everything as they went. I had my first filling and it was SO easy! Getting my teeth whitened now and Nick walked me through the instructions really carefully, so I can do it at home gradually and safely over the next few weeks. Highly recommend. Don’t put it off like me!

I had a positive experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and it really felt like they went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Hannah (hygienist) introduced me to a new technology they now offer at the practice called Airflow. This innovative system completely changed the typical cleaning experience. I’ve always dreaded cleanings because of the pain, but Airflow was completely different. It was quick, gentle, and effective — no discomfort at all! I really appreciated how attentive Hannah was throughout the process. It’s clear that this practice is focused on providing the best care for their patients, so I would highly recommend!

I cannot praise Nick enough for my most recent treatment. I had a replacement filling and was blown away by the practicality pain free procedure I didn’t even feel the needle for when he numbed my gum. The dental nurses were also amazing - Claire and Sirjana. Thank you for making it so easy I would highly recommend you to anyone. Fantastic

I have been visiting Ben and his team for a very long time. Today i received my treatment from a new member of the team - Paris. The care and attention i received was amazing. The team at Whites are so consistently professional. Everything is explained, time is allocated so that the treatment is not rushed. I always feel relaxed and fully confident in their care and today was no exception . i cannot fault the service i received .

Could’ve of asked for more! White Winchester gave me so much confidence - I love my new smile! Ben was so helpful from start to finish and extremely thorough. My first consultation was fantastic and I got a full understanding how they would straighten my teeth. Ben uses the best technique to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I was able to see what my teeth would look like before starting a single bit of treatment. Ben made sure they were perfect! The practice itself is beautiful and so relaxing. Not clinical at all, which I usually really struggle with after previous bad experiences in the hospital. All the staff are so friendly, smiley and made me feel super relaxed. I couldn’t recommend enough and I will never trust anyone else with my teeth! See picture attached (6 months apart)

I have had such an amazing experience with Ben and all the team at White whilst getting my braces. From my first consultation to the removal and all the follow up appointments. The process has been so easy , professional and comfortable. I had no major pain or any issues with the braces. Once a bracket came off and Ben reassured me quickly. I am so very pleased with the results from only a year of treatment. The price included 4 weekly check up appointments at the stunning practice set in beautiful countryside. It really made it feel like a luxury treatment. I can’t thank Ben and his amazing team enough! I highly recommend White for any orthodontic treatment. I love my new smile! I came to White Winchester as my bridge fitted many years ago had broken one of the supporting teeth had broken which was non repairable, I had a consultation with Ben who advised me the only option was to replace the bridge with 3 teeth implants bridge. Ben took a lot of time over my appointments with a lot of care in explaining all of treatment and procedures he was undertaken. From the very first appointment until when everything was completed not once was, I left not knowing what was happening from teeth removal to post's being fitted and finally new teeth being fitted, over a number of appointment Ben and the amazing team at the practise made me feel welcome and comfortable and explained everything. I highly recommend Ben and the fantastic team at White Winchester. Thank you again, K Burroughs

Ben is simply the best! I’d had Invisalign with another dentist (not ortho) before finding Ben. Invisalign did not suffice and was not accurate enough to correct my smile. After losing hope, Ben was able to provide me with a full, person centred treatment plan. My teeth (now 4.5 years later) are still amazing after having white brackets and composite bonding. As a result, my son has had his braces with Ben (he’s so good with children!) and my colleagues too. Whites is no ordinary practice, they all go above and beyond. From seeing my mum in emergency needs (due to her undergoing immunotherapy) and throwing children’s dental party days to help get them comfortable with seeing dentists. We are so lucky to have a practice like this in our doorstep. Forever grateful! 🙏🏼

As a female living alone I was really glad to find Hannah- she is friendly, clear and honest. Just found using a Google search and found her web site to be easy, smart and professional. That was about 5 years ago and I have never used another plumber since. Hannah is professional, capable, reliable and always takes care of my yearly boiler and gas safety checks. She has sorted our noisy central heating system out and is always clear and honest in communications, well organised and professional- all at a very good price. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Hannah visited our property to carry out a gas boiler service and radiator re-balance. We found her to be very efficient when communicating with us prior to her visit. On the day, she was friendly and professional, explaining exactly what she had done in a clear and informative manner. She was very careful and considerate while carrying out the work, leaving everything neat and tidy when she left. We will definitely use her in the future and would be very happy to recommend her.

We have just used Hannah to rectify some plumbing work incorrectly installed by another builder. Hannah was efficient , clean and tidy and solved the issue swiftly (very reasonably ) that the other builders failed to do so after 6 weeks. We could not reccomend her enough and will undoubtedly use her services again should we need them. 5 stars all round

Helpful reception bookings, able to give choice of dates and times. No one likes the procedure of a hygienist visit but the hygienist at My Dentist Alresford was so sensitive to this and made it as comfortable as possible and gave great advice on aftercare of teeth.

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Family lunch to check out the menu before my nieces wedding ceremony there next year. Small menu of all good home made food, sourced locally where possible, which was delicious and perfectly okcooked. I sampled the vegetarian option of homemade local watercress and potato soup followed by Gnocchi, crispy kale and truffle oil, which there was so much of I couldn't finish it. Friendly and attentive staff. Digs welcome. Well worth a visit and looking forward to the wedding buffet.

The Three Horseshoes is a charming country pub located in the village of Bighton, just outside of Alresford. We had heard good things about it so a table of four of us visited for Sunday lunch in April. The pub itself is very quaint, and had a lovely atmosphere. The service was very friendly and attentive too. The food we had at The Three Horseshoes was good, however, I do feel that £21.00 for a Roast Chicken Breast was slightly on the edge of expensive. My partner ordered Fish and Chips, and was quite disappointed that it arrived with French Fries. Now I’m sure you could argue it’s fried potato, but I do feel that this was quite a mis-step and did slightly sour his experience. Overall, it was a nice pub, and we enjoyed our experience, but a few niggles did knock it down slightly in my star rating.

Had a lovely meal at the three horseshoes! Cosy interior, simple but delicious menu and the staff were excellent! We had the burger, truffle fries and fish and chips and would 100% reccomend! Great portion sizes too. Will return :)

We've lived in Bramdean for 5 years and never knew about the three horseshoes in Bighton until this evening when we we're looking for pubs near by. From the minute you pull into the car park you feel like it's a special place and when you walk into this beautiful building you realise it is a bit special. Great decor and cosy and welcoming staff. The menu was diverse and everything sounded appetising. Me and my partner and son had starters and main and it was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Gluten free options available as well as vegetarian. Fresh local produce too. Dog friendly and plenty of seating inside and out with beautiful views all around. You won't be disappointed it was busy but very relaxed and we really enjoyed our meal and will be adding it to our top 10 pubs.

Breakfast options are very impressive! Great selection of American and English breakfast and done to a very good standard. Atmosphere was good for a breakfast / brunch spot. Interior is well designed and even has sound dampening on the ceiling so it doesn’t get too loud with the crowd noise / coffee machines. Lots of room even with prams dotted around. Popular cyclist and dog walker spot. Dogs are welcome outside. Parking at the station is great; just remember to pay for parking!! Overall this is a fantastic place for a breakfast / brunch / lunch. Coffee was nice and the food was great!

Josie's lived up to the hype. Went for Sunday morning breakfast and we weren't disappointed. The menu variety is vast and varied. The food is delicious and freshly cooked. The portion sizes are good and you won't leave hungry. The venue is a good size with around 14-15 tables inside. The service delivered by the staff was excellent. Staff were very friendly and made us and our family feel very welcome. We were seated quickly but it could be a little bit of a wait at busy periods. There is also plenty of outside seating as well. The experience was really good and we will be back again.
