I recently visited them, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The clinic itself is brand new, and everything inside is modern, clean, and well-organized, which made my visit even more pleasant. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrei and Mario on two separate occasions with my Boston Terriers, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Both Andrei and Mario were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that both my dogs and I felt comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and are very passionate about animal care. It’s rare to find a place where both service and atmosphere are so inviting. I can’t wait to return in the future and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality veterinary care in Southampton!

Really happy with the care and treatment all my dogs have received from Chilworth veterinary surgery. Andrei has been incredibly thorough managing an issue my elderly dog has had without the need for anything invasive. He also made him feel as relaxed as possible during visits and nothing has been too much trouble. Knowing that such great care is available 24/7 should we need it, gives me peace of mind. There are very few veterinary practices that now provide this in-house. I applaud them for doing things differently and have every confidence in them!

Hi this place is a heaven for animals, the staff are the most friendliest I’ve ever met considering it’s my first time going to vets, the front team are the most hospitable and welcoming, big thank you to Dan and Daisy, the team at chilworth including Andre, Mario and the others that aren’t named their work does not go unnoticed and if anyone has any pets in need of a vet rest assured chilworth Veterinary surgery is the number 1 place I’d recommend always. Our koko a Bombay kitten who broke her paw had no chances left of saving it, however chilworth veterinary surgery has done the impossible and saved kokos right paw and is now back to her playful, chaotic self. Big thank you’s and will never forget this amazing experience

We’re so incredibly pleased to have come across this Vet clinic. We had an upsetting emergency with our poorly Lab and have been asked to come in immediately, we were registered by a lovely receptionist Crystal who was very compassionate and friendly. She came out of her way to make our dog feel comfortable. Wojciech, the Vet Surgeon, has been very supportive and informative, he’s explained everything carefully to us and made sure to take a good assessment of our dog. He’s made an excellent diagnosis and treatment plan, and our dog has recovered, to our huge surprise. This was only possible thanks to Wojciech’s thorough assessment and excellent care. Thank you so so much for the team’s support. I truly recommend Bluebell Vets to any pet owner who seeks top notch care and treatment of their pet ❤️

We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.

I had been with my previous independent vet for over 20 years but having recently moved house it was necessary to find a practice that was closer. I do not find the big chains very personal so I was delighted to find Blubell who are also independent. The vet was thorough and knowledgeable and I was pleased to also be able to discuss the current health protocols of my particular dog breed. I am sure my dogs will be in safe hands with Bluebell.

Wonderfully caring and compassionate team. Izzy has been twice now, once for an initial consultation with Vojciech and once for surgery with Natalie. I was was a little apprehensive as previous visits to another local vet haven’t been too positive, but I need not have worried. They were so kind and gentle with Izzy. They explained everything fully in great detail and I felt very reassured leaving her in their hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Bluebell.

Registered and got to be seen today and it’s been such a breeze and lovely visit after horrible experience we had at vets for pets Totton. Dr Alice took time to make my Chappy feel comfortable and although he was not scared she managed to examine his both legs and took time to explain me the problem and what we can do next. Absolutely can’t recommend enough!! We definitely found found our vet! 🤍🤍🤍

Midforest vets have been absolutely superb supporting us lat 7 years. The last 6 months have been really difficult, and they did everything possible to help my Sammy. Unfortunately, we have to put Sammy to sleep on 17.10.24. They provided the best care for us and Sammy. Thank you very much.

I have been at this vets practice for nine years it's always clean and everybody is always kind, pleasant and polite. Consultants, reception staff and everyone who works there.I have never had any issues here and highly recommend it. I have always been able to park as well. Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

Thank you so much to Platinum Plumbing for helping us out on more than one occasion now. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. They worked hard to instal as quick as possible to get our home heated again and left our house tidy and mess free when they were finished. Communication is great, and invoicing is clear. My family have used them for years so they are well trusted and we won’t use any other company now.

We decided to travel down to Southampton to experience this up and coming chef. Daniel Rogan, whose father has three Michelin stars, clearly has some serious skills in the kitchen and a great pedigree. We arrived at the farm location. It was interesting driving the not made for off road car in the dark across the mud/gravel entrance to the farm. I was expecting to hit a pot hole but everything was smooth sailing. We parked up and found the entrance. A very unassuming wooden door. Upon entering we were greeted with a lovely smile from front of house. We were shown to our table which gave us an audience view of the open plan kitchen, like all the other tables. Overall the food was exquisite. And at £110pp can't be beaten for value, especially when comparing to London prices. Although this was not Michelin starred, if Daniel keeps going like this it surely must be in his future. The restaurant itself did feel like a village hall, but then you're on a farm. Not sure what other reviewers are expecting. Normally I go through each of the dishes but you can see the menu and all you need to know is that each dish complemented the preceding dish well. The Old Winchester Cheddar was our favourite, and the dessert was well worth waiting for. Service was good enough. Some servers way friendlier than others (shout out to the lovely blonde lady with glasses - sorry I can't remember your name!). We overall had a great experience. It was worth the 90 minute drive from London. I'm going to keep an eye on the seasonal menu changes and come down again to see how it's progressed.

I have just had an unvented cylinder system installed. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the house was kept clean throughout the time they were here. Amazing dentist I do not worry about going to the dentist because they make you so relaxed. My dentist Andrew managed to fit me in for a 2 hour appointment on his morning off because I was flying to Australia so I was pain free on holiday. That's how good they are.

Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

Needed a plumber fairly urgently as couldn't use either basin or bath due to a very blocked waste pipe. Paul arrived the next day and did a wonderful job of unblocking also replaced a very worn u-bend. A nice polite man will use him again if ever needed.

This was the first time I had used Alfords but as my previous plumber had retired I booked a boiler service with them on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic service from being able to book online through to engineer arriving as per the appointment and with invoicing and payment online, what could be easier! Very friendly, polite and well informed guy (Phil) who was extremely helpful. No mess and treated my home with respect, even taking his shoes off without being asked! Prior to the work carried out by your staff, 4 other companies had told me that it was an impossible job. Your staff were clearly passionate about their role & extremely knowledgeable. The job was completed with minimal mess & the workmanship was of an extremely high standard & was very neatly executed. The plumber was an absolute credit to your team and I can't thank you enough
