Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Forever grateful to Theo and Southern Counties. Picture of Charlie as he should be, relaxed, and recovering well!

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

On referral to here we were greated and dealt with ASAP. Our cat had eye injury with something in his eye. The staff were amazing, considerate and gave us time alone to discuss with each other the way forwards with his eye. James operated on Jaz and saved his eye,extremely clever person and had explained the operation so well to us, plus the after care. He has now been seen for after checking and is leading the life of a cat again much to his joy and ours. Thank you all at Southern Counties Veterinary.

Adelaide Vets always look after our pets amazingly. All the staff are caring and professional. Scott went above and beyond looking after our dog when he needed major surgery. He provided a really personal service and Artie recovered well without complications.

Adelaide Vets were recommended to me in 2018 by a friend who has used them for years for all her pets. I am so glad that I took her advice. Everyone from the Reception team to the Vets themselves, is absolutely lovely. They are all so friendly and professional and genuinely care about my little dog, Flo. I especially want to mention Cassidy, who is a relatively new Vet to the practice. What a lovely person she is and especially good at administering injections! It usually takes me, the Vet and at least one Vet Nurse to hold Flo still as she is such a wriggler but Cassidy managed it in seconds! 5 star rating for a fabulous service! Well done Adelaide 😊

I highly recommend Adelaide. My family has been customers of Adelaide for well over 30 years and we have seen vets, and other staff, come and go. What remains the same is the level of care and professionalism we receive for our pets. Every member of staff is incredibly kind and caring. I cannot recommend Adelaide Veterinary Centre enough. They have looked after my dogs Eddie and Sammie since they were puppies. They are always at the end of the phone if you have concerns about your fur baby. I have visited Adelaide many times over the last 4 years and every visit has been a positive one, always ready to give very good advice.

Really happy with the care and treatment all my dogs have received from Chilworth veterinary surgery. Andrei has been incredibly thorough managing an issue my elderly dog has had without the need for anything invasive. He also made him feel as relaxed as possible during visits and nothing has been too much trouble. Knowing that such great care is available 24/7 should we need it, gives me peace of mind. There are very few veterinary practices that now provide this in-house. I applaud them for doing things differently and have every confidence in them!

I recently visited them, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The clinic itself is brand new, and everything inside is modern, clean, and well-organized, which made my visit even more pleasant. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrei and Mario on two separate occasions with my Boston Terriers, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Both Andrei and Mario were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that both my dogs and I felt comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and are very passionate about animal care. It’s rare to find a place where both service and atmosphere are so inviting. I can’t wait to return in the future and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality veterinary care in Southampton!

My little pug felt very poorly in the middle of the night. We were incredibly worried and called chilworth vets. Within 15/20 mins we met Mario where he checked over my dog right away and made her feel calm and safe. They kept her over night, when we picked her up she was calm and seemed herself again! Since she is now being medicated and the staff are straight on the phone with additional support anytime we call. Brilliant, friendly staff and the clinic is spotless and the kennels are in excellent condition! Best vets in southampton!

Wonderfully caring and compassionate team. Izzy has been twice now, once for an initial consultation with Vojciech and once for surgery with Natalie. I was was a little apprehensive as previous visits to another local vet haven’t been too positive, but I need not have worried. They were so kind and gentle with Izzy. They explained everything fully in great detail and I felt very reassured leaving her in their hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Bluebell.

We’re so incredibly pleased to have come across this Vet clinic. We had an upsetting emergency with our poorly Lab and have been asked to come in immediately, we were registered by a lovely receptionist Crystal who was very compassionate and friendly. She came out of her way to make our dog feel comfortable. Wojciech, the Vet Surgeon, has been very supportive and informative, he’s explained everything carefully to us and made sure to take a good assessment of our dog. He’s made an excellent diagnosis and treatment plan, and our dog has recovered, to our huge surprise. This was only possible thanks to Wojciech’s thorough assessment and excellent care. We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.

I had been with my previous independent vet for over 20 years but having recently moved house it was necessary to find a practice that was closer. I do not find the big chains very personal so I was delighted to find Blubell who are also independent. The vet was thorough and knowledgeable and I was pleased to also be able to discuss the current health protocols of my particular dog breed. I am sure my dogs will be in safe hands with Bluebell.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

Where do I start with this amazing practise. On the first day of our holiday one of our dogs injured his foot, we phoned around the different vets and from first call with Fernhill, we felt instantly like we were in the best hands. They did everything in their power to help us and our dog to get better and were very very fair on price also. We can not thank them enough for their dedication and care. We have been going to Fernhill Vets for a few years now and we can say without a doubt it is the most caring vet practice we have visited with our dog Harrie(t) who sadly we had to say goodbye. The vet Roanne and staff have always been understanding, empathetic and reassuring. On Harrie’s sunset day she and us were look after with care and dignity in what must be the hardest decision for any pet owner and vet. We will miss Harrie dearly but we shall hold onto all those good times and unconditional love she gave us for her 14 years. Although it feels at the moment so awful - it was not the wrong decision and we thank Fernhill Vets for helping us come to the right decision for Harrie. After 14 years a whole new pattern to life. Early days, so loved and missed Harrie. Thank you.

Midforest vets have been absolutely superb supporting us lat 7 years. The last 6 months have been really difficult, and they did everything possible to help my Sammy. Unfortunately, we have to put Sammy to sleep on 17.10.24. They provided the best care for us and Sammy. Thank you very much.

Registered and got to be seen today and it’s been such a breeze and lovely visit after horrible experience we had at vets for pets Totton. Dr Alice took time to make my Chappy feel comfortable and although he was not scared she managed to examine his both legs and took time to explain me the problem and what we can do next. Absolutely can’t recommend enough!! We definitely found found our vet! 🤍🤍🤍

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. Very nice Vets. My 2 GSDs had fleas and they were examined and then prescribed a new flea treatment and worner. Both are now flea free, although we have a month to go getting rid of the fleas in the home.

Blackberry seen within hours of calling and treated. All the team were great especially the head vet Judith. Animals always first. Blackberry now resting. Yet another visit for one of our rescue Labradors being given a thorough, caring and professional health check/treatment. The animals as always come first and get the very best of care. we travel over 25 mile to go to see the head vets as they are worth being given the best of care.
