I had an excellent experience with Phil. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to fully understand what’s going on with your pet. I was really impressed by his approach—he looks at the situation from multiple angles rather than jumping to conclusions. Phil was also very respectful and understanding of my role as a pet owner, ensuring I had choices rather than feeling pressured into a single course of action. Highly recommend!

It's always just such a positive experience coming here with my mischief of rats. Agata is absolutely fabulous, so knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things, keeps up to date with the latest research and even more importantly, also takes into account the emotional needs of my girls; it's this holistic view that makes all the difference for us and we couldn't be happier with the whole team's care and competency. Couldn't recommend Small World and Agata more highly.

I was recently recommended to Small World Vets, I run a small falconry business called Hampshire Hawk Walks and have 10 birds of prey, who's health and welfare are my absolute priority daily. I hadn't been able to find a vet with bird experience and knowledge, Agata and the team are absolutely excellent and I am comforted having their knowledge and expertise for my team, Communication is excellent and they give you the personal and caring approach that is sadly lacking from many practices now. A breath of fresh air. I have been recommending their services to all my bird owning friends.

After decades of using this vets under Michael Sealy I was devastated when he retired. I didn't like the replacement so went elsewhere. Happened to go the other day, amazing, back to how it was, warm, friendly, helpful, understanding and best of all not money hungry. Will be transferring my animals there now

Contacted Crofts after another poor experience for me and my dog at Amery Vets. They registered my dog there and then, saw him the next day. The experience was exceptional in every way, from start to finish. Should have moved to Crofts earlier !! He did not even have to wear his muzzle, he was so much more relaxed. Met the whole team and he was treated like the customer/ patient. Dont hesitate to make the move.

If going to the hospital was as easy as going to the vets I would be a very happy person. I was equally delighted by the service at both my appointments this week for both dogs.

Calm and pleasant doctor was able to carry out the examination on my old cat who does not like to be touched. To my surprise my cat did not hiss or scratch it was all good and we received an excellent care! Price was also within budged. 5 ⭐️

You are always made to feel welcome . David was very good checking our two Cock Spaniels for their yearly check and vaccinations. He was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful as well.

recently our beautiful golden retriever Rusty was referred here after suddenly falling ill, unfortunately he didn't recover and was put too sleep with my wife and i by his side, obviously we are completely hart broken at the loss of our boy, but what brought us a lot of comfort was the high level of care he received here, our vet Georgia was amazing and explained to us what was happening to Rusty and why, which helped us come to the extremely hard decision to say goodbye, Hopefully we will never need your services again, but if we do, i know we can trust you. thankyou for everything you did. Our kitten was referred here following seizures. I can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. The receptionist was fantastic; calmly and patiently sorting out a document issue we had. The clinical specialist was amazing. The information she provided was clear and well communicated, which made us feel more like active partners in the examination and treatment. Cheap vet is an oxymoron, but they were very fair on the pricing. Instead of using our kitten to just 'print money' they actually found or explored options to reduce costs. I'm about as eager to find myself in a vet as I am a police cell or a cemetery ... but this was an A++ experience.

Wonderful facility. Dr Sam had reviewed all of our mini schnauzer’s scans, blood tests and notes before our appointment..thorough prep which was wonderful. Diagnosis and report was clear along with treatment plan. Highly recommended.
