We have used Midforest for nearly 10 years now. I recently took my new puppy for his first consultation and we couldn’t have wished it to go any better. I have full confidence in the team and everyone goes above and beyond to make every experience a positive one. A special thank you to Eva and Heidi for their support at a very sad time in our lives and making it more bearable.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I always receive, especially the love, attention to detail, dedication from Andy whether it’s Prince, Sox, or Bolt. I can’t forget the wonderful nurse Rebekah, who is always so attentive, reassuring, and kind. She relays everything again clearly, putting my mind at ease with her warmth and compassion. Andy is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly caring. They all take their time to explain everything in detail, not forgetting Rebecca in reception so welcoming and polite, an amazing team. Really happy with the care and treatment all my dogs have received from Chilworth veterinary surgery. Andrei has been incredibly thorough managing an issue my elderly dog has had without the need for anything invasive. He also made him feel as relaxed as possible during visits and nothing has been too much trouble. Knowing that such great care is available 24/7 should we need it, gives me peace of mind. There are very few veterinary practices that now provide this in-house. I applaud them for doing things differently and have every confidence in them!

I recently visited them, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The clinic itself is brand new, and everything inside is modern, clean, and well-organized, which made my visit even more pleasant. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrei and Mario on two separate occasions with my Boston Terriers, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Both Andrei and Mario were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that both my dogs and I felt comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and are very passionate about animal care. It’s rare to find a place where both service and atmosphere are so inviting. I can’t wait to return in the future and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality veterinary care in Southampton!

Hi this place is a heaven for animals, the staff are the most friendliest I’ve ever met considering it’s my first time going to vets, the front team are the most hospitable and welcoming, big thank you to Dan and Daisy, the team at chilworth including Andre, Mario and the others that aren’t named their work does not go unnoticed and if anyone has any pets in need of a vet rest assured chilworth Veterinary surgery is the number 1 place I’d recommend always. Our koko a Bombay kitten who broke her paw had no chances left of saving it, however chilworth veterinary surgery has done the impossible and saved kokos right paw and is now back to her playful, chaotic self. We have been going to Fernhill Vets for a few years now and we can say without a doubt it is the most caring vet practice we have visited with our dog Harrie(t) who sadly we had to say goodbye. The vet Roanne and staff have always been understanding, empathetic and reassuring. On Harrie’s sunset day she and us were look after with care and dignity in what must be the hardest decision for any pet owner and vet. We will miss Harrie dearly but we shall hold onto all those good times and unconditional love she gave us for her 14 years. Although it feels at the moment so awful - it was not the wrong decision and we thank Fernhill Vets for helping us come to the right decision for Harrie. After 14 years a whole new pattern to life. Early days, so loved and missed Harrie. Thank you.

I have a Labrador who’s very anxious at the vets and the team make the experience as nice as possible for him. The new vet I saw today a lady called Cassidy was really lovely and went out of her way to see what she could do to help.

Adelaide Vets always look after our pets amazingly. All the staff are caring and professional. Scott went above and beyond looking after our dog when he needed major surgery. He provided a really personal service and Artie recovered well without complications.

I highly recommend Adelaide. My family has been customers of Adelaide for well over 30 years and we have seen vets, and other staff, come and go. What remains the same is the level of care and professionalism we receive for our pets. Every member of staff is incredibly kind and caring. We have had to go through many tough times, like all owners, and Adelaide has been there to do right by our pets and to support us as owners, through the tough times. Thank you to all at Adelaide.

I cannot recommend Adelaide Veterinary Centre enough. They have looked after my dogs Eddie and Sammie since they were puppies. They are always at the end of the phone if you have concerns about your fur baby. I have visited Adelaide many times over the last 4 years and every visit has been a positive one, always ready to give very good advice.

On referral to here we were greated and dealt with ASAP. Our cat had eye injury with something in his eye. The staff were amazing, considerate and gave us time alone to discuss with each other the way forwards with his eye. James operated on Jaz and saved his eye,extremely clever person and had explained the operation so well to us, plus the after care. He has now been seen for after checking and is leading the life of a cat again much to his joy and ours. Thank you all at Southern Counties Veterinary.

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

Every one made you feel welcome and are so loving and caring to our little Willow. I have never seen her be so happy going to a vets she could not wait to get in there and get spoilt like she did. Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

Patrick is kind, caring and compassionate to our dogs needs. Appointments don’t feel rushed and he is always available for any questions. Receptionists are always lovely and welcoming too

Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

Such a lovely friendly vets. My dog doesn't normally like the vet but he is fine here. All the vets are very kind to the animals. We've been in and out almost every other day over the last 2 weeks and they've always been lovely and have got to know my dog really well, which shows how much they care about the well being of the pets. Can't recommend them enough.👍😁

New to the area and was looking for a vet. I chose Hampshire Vet because they are not part of a group, they have their own 24 hour care which is most important as they will know your pet. My 15 year old dog was diagnosed with a mass on his spleen and had to have the spleen removed. I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent care prior, during and after the operation. Hopefully I will have him for a few more years. I thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Such a brilliant vets. I’ve moved here from another reputable vets in Basingstoke, and the service is like night and day! Absolutely everyone makes such a fuss, my new puppy loves going to the vets. They care, ask and give brilliant advice. Love them, highly recommend. I’m also on their monthly package which is great value for money!

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. I highly recommend this surgery.

I've been with this vet practice for a few years now and since day 1 both the vet team and reception staff have been very warm, understanding, kind and attentive to my pets needs. The vets have always been lovely and happy to answer any questions and I even got a follow up call about my pet to see how he is doing the following day. Every vet I've seen here is passionate about animals and has treated my pets like they were their own.
