I’ve been going to grove vets for nearly 30years with several dogs and they’ve always been very good with my doggletts ,good advice and good on the purse strings and always got your pets interests at heart ❤️

We lost our little princess lulu nickname today at 3pm she was our world. We want to thank fiona and the staff so much.

I've been with Gregg and his team for a while now, I have never found a vet that care as much as they do and give such a personalised service. When our old boy passed away last year they truly looked after us during a time of immense grief. I couldn't recommend them more!

Brilliant vets. Independent, caring and don't try to sell you unnecessary stuff.

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Forever grateful to Theo and Southern Counties. Picture of Charlie as he should be, relaxed, and recovering well!

Every one made you feel welcome and are so loving and caring to our little Willow. I have never seen her be so happy going to a vets she could not wait to get in there and get spoilt like she did. Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

The team at bluebell are great. The vet is super knowledgeable, skilled and patient with both my anxious dog and with all my questions. One of the best vets I have encountered. He diagnosed cancer in my dog's toe. The surgery the vet performed was successful and she is back to enjoying her walks cancer free.

I had been with my previous independent vet for over 20 years but having recently moved house it was necessary to find a practice that was closer. I do not find the big chains very personal so I was delighted to find Blubell who are also independent. The vet was thorough and knowledgeable and I was pleased to also be able to discuss the current health protocols of my particular dog breed. I am sure my dogs will be in safe hands with Bluebell.

Wonderfully caring and compassionate team. Izzy has been twice now, once for an initial consultation with Vojciech and once for surgery with Natalie. I was was a little apprehensive as previous visits to another local vet haven’t been too positive, but I need not have worried. They were so kind and gentle with Izzy. They explained everything fully in great detail and I felt very reassured leaving her in their hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Bluebell.

We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.

It was the first time we had taken our cat Flo to Warsash Vets. The vet was very informative, gentle and caring. We could see that she just wanted Flo to have the very best of care. The nurse on reception was so kind and completely proactive & friendly with all the animals who were coming in. Having attended many vets throughout the years with various pets, this practice is definitely amongst the very best! An easy 5 stars!

A drastic improvement on the experience I had with a “chain” vet previously. Everyone I have dealt with at Warsash and Whiteley village vets has been so friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Just the best ,Cara and her team are so caring, I wouldn't find anyone else who I could trust like them.

I always worry when I take a pet to the Vets. First because my pet is ill, the second is because a lot of vets try and charge you for things they don't need. This is never a problem at the vets. The service is amazing, friendly, kind and understanding. They don't overcharge and will always make sure the animals wellbeing goes before profit. If you are looking for a vets to care for your animal as much as you do, then I highly recommend Whiteley Village Vet Centre.

Having tried two other local vets we wish we had signed our cats up here sooner. We took our very poorly cat here, they listened, explained everything clearly to us and offered advice. We felt supported and every member of staff we spoke to was incredibly kind, caring and so helpful. Our cat is now at peace but we are incredibly grateful for the kindness and sensitivity shown by all at Whiteley Vets.

We've been with Whiteley Village vets since our dog was a puppy. He's now 8, he's had a few problems as he's getting older, some serious and worrying but everytime he's poorly and either had to been seen by a vet or had to be kept in we are always reassured he's in good hands. If he stays in we get thorough updates as to how he's getting on or anything that's changed throughout the day. The team at Whiteley Village vet's (receptionists,vets etc) are very caring. Yogi is our whole world and we are so thankful he's home and shown a big improvement since a couple of days ago. Thank you Whiteley vets.

Whiteley vets have been amazing, very happy with their service and care towards my cat. Extremely reasonable costs and also worked with us to try and keep treatment within our budget, without compromising on the quality. Can't thank them enough.

We have taken our 3 beautiful cockapoos here since they were puppies and they have been fantastic with them. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.

Really friendly staff and couldn’t do enough to help. Anna has been particularly wonderful when treating my cat. She has taken the time to listen and work out the best plan to treat my cat that works for everyone. She has been brilliant. I would highly recommend.

Amazing as usual! Diesel had some dental Work and we had several calls to confirm each process and just to give us an update diesel was ok, which was much appreciated! Spared time to go through the cost and invoice which was very much appreciated. Been registered with them for over 9 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Thank you for looking after diesel and taking good care of him as usual.

Absolutely could not fault Waterlooville staff and the way they looked after my Westie Holly. She had a lump removed and they were very professional and caring towards Holly giving me aftercare advice . Holly was very happy and had been really looked after thank you !

The vets , nurses, staff are always caring, pleasant and helpful. Have been going to Havant for over 4 years and always been informed of what is going on with my dog. They also have all the specialist kit that many local vets do not have. They are not cheap especially when you can no longer insure your dog but the care of the animals is second to none. Sadly i had to use their services last week with a sad outcome but i felt everyone tried their best for me and my little dog.

Every staff member was lovely... even the workmen who were building the new reception area seating pods! Caring and compassionate, which is exactly what we all want as pet owners! Emails/ queries replied to quickly, again with a lovely friendly vibe. 10/10

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Highly recommend Oakbarn Vets for their dedication and professionalism!

I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

This veterinary surgery is the best I have ever been to. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and did everything they could to make my dear Gizmo better. They also were very supportive, thightful and empathetic to myself, along with treating him with utmost care and respect. This is how i wish all vets were.

Fantastic service the vet I saw Jordan had a really good bed side manor. Everything was fully covered and explained he’s an asset to your company. He dealt with my dog Pixie twice and I’m extremely grateful
