I’ve always been happy with the cat clinic, but especially appreciative of the care my cat Gaston has received over the past couple of weeks. Hanna has been so kind to both Gaston & myself. All staff genuinely love cats, which really shows.

I would only ever take my babies to see Cameron at the cat clinic. From regular check ups to me probably being overly worried when they seem unwell-cameron is always so lovely and never makes us feel we are wasting his time. He has a very Conservative approach and never prescribes anything or sends for testing unless necessary. Unfortunately alot of vets are only interested in money. I never feel this is the case here. The ladies on reception are also incredible with their care, when one of my angels seemed very unwell last year Helen even called Cameron at home for some advice and sent us to the emergency vets, vets now in Portsmouth who were also very good. We've had numerous calls back and forth in the past. I get the impression everyone there loves their kitty customers and it's more than just a job to them. Cameron has a wealth of knowledge and he best never leave!! My two have had their injections, some medicines administered, and teeth cleaning. One had some minor surgery. They have been under anaesthetic and was taken care of by the lovely nurses, who I'm sure do alot behind the scenes! The costs at the cat clinic I would say are very fair. We do have insurance but have never needed to claim. If you have a cat rest assured they will be taken care of here! Sian&James

Just wanted to say 'Thank you' to the staff at Companion Care. Sadly we had to say goodbye our border collie Jojo. From needing to bring the appointment forward by a day as Jojo was declining rapidly to providing a blanket for her at the time and a paw print with a cutting of fur. We also recieved a hand written card signed by staff. We collected Jojo ashes today and the practice manager made a point of sitting with us and offering her condolences as well as putting a fresh rose with Jojo's casket. Very simple but thoughtful touches which showed compassion for us at a difficult time . My only gripe is payment being wanted in the midst of us having to say goodbye to Jojo. This was something that could have been handled more sensitively and in a timely way. Thank you to all staff again,

We had a very good experience without recent visits at Companion Care. At the reception Emily was very helpful even while booking the appointment. Vet Vera T was very considerate n caring towards my pet and spent enough time to update us with my dog’s need. Well experienced Vet. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommended.

Had been taking my cat here for the last fifteen years. Always been very pleased with the service vets have anlways been upfront with me about costs etc. and staff are lovely and friendly. Would recommend

Harbour vets are a very good practice. The staff are caring. They really looked after us , they saw our cat the same day we called. The prices are very competitive. The vet was brilliant and the lady on reception was delightful. Can't say enough about them.

I love the pwrsnial bargains. Ugly now but wonderful next summer. Thank you I've saved hundreds on some great specimens

Where do I start….. My bunny very suddenly become sick and being new to the area, I hadn’t had the chance to get them registered anywhere. I gave them a call as soon as I noticed to ask for some advice and was told to bring her in straight away whilst they were able to register me over the phone. Got there about an hour later and was seen straight away. The vet(didn’t catch his name) noticed straight away that something wasn’t right and swiftly took her for oxygen and assessment. Unfortunately, the team were unable to provide a diagnosis as it seemed whatever was wrong was pretty complex but I was provided with multiple options on how I wished to go on. Sadly, my conkers was getting poorer by the minute on the table and we all agreed in her best interests, it was time for her to go to bunny heaven. My review may seem like a bit of a story but I just wanted to explain on how such a distressing situation for us, the team treated us and my bunny with such care and compassion compared to other vets i’ve experienced in the past. We weren’t treated like money paying customers but more of a member of their family which was a huge relief to us as this was our first pet we have had to go through this with and I couldn’t be more grateful for their support. If you are doing your research or looking for a new vet then you need to come here! ❤️

I had my beautiful jack put to sleep there all the staff are so caring towards me and my dog I was in bits and they kept reassuring me that they will take care of him and he is safe they went above and beyond. THANK YOU.

We just want to say thank you to everyone at this practice for everything you’ve done for Rich over the years. You’ve always been there for him, from his younger days right through to the end. Your care, patience, and kindness meant a lot to us. Even if deep down we knew the answer, we’ll always be grateful to Justyn for guiding us to make the right decision when the time came. We took our cat in for her first vaccines, health check and microchip. The vet, David, was very kind and gentle with Estella. Estella stayed calm as a result and the appointment went well, very officiant. The nurse who helped hopd Estella was fantastic also.

Vets Now had our dog overnight for two nights due to diabetic ketoacidosis and they gave a completely compassionate and professional service. The vet, Mark M, was world class and left us completely reassured our pet was in the best hands she could be. We cannot thank Mark and the staff at Vets Now enough for the care they provided and the warmth of service at all times.

Our jack Russell Rodney was out on a walk when something spooked him and he bolted. Scared he ran across a road and was hit on his back left quarter by a car a lovely lady witnessed it. Scooped him up and took him to vets now. Who checked him over and thankfully all was OK. He has his microchip. So they called (we were in Turkey) and our friends went and collected him. All safe and sound. Lovely caring people. The vet called a little later on to tell us what had happened. And all this was at no charge. But it's an eye opener to how important it is to have your pets microchiped. !! Highly recommend these wonderful people

Absolutely amazing. Receptionists at northend and southsea are kind caring polite professional and just blomin lovely. Our dog had an emergency 2 night and day stay. On a drip,hand fed every 2hrs. 24hr aroundcthe click full on care. We were called and updated regularly. The level of care for pets and owner is priceless and comforting to say the least. Huge thanks from us all especially Flavia,Beth and Matt. We couldn't want for a better TEAM for our little girl xxx

We welcomed our new fur baby Bambi to our home in December, never had a puppy before so a little scary. First couple of weeks was a dream, but in unfortunate events a shiny red thing popped out of her eye, so being a panic mother I rushed her straight down to harbour vets (whom was highly recommended by my mother in law who she has used for all her dogs)The receptionist listened to the over the top panic mother and booked us straight in. The lovely vet confirmed this was cherry eye and prescribed us with eye drops ( what a nightmare trying to use these ) and healed within 5 days. Few weeks later she scratched her ear so much… back again. Prescribed more medication for inflammation of the ear. Few weeks later…. BACK AGAIN… with infected tail pocket and ear infection. I cannot express enough how helpful and kind all staff have been. The receptionist “Jack” very polite, professional, helpful and funny (even with my silly questions over the phone) The vet…. WOW…..such a lovely, caring, understanding human being. She was so gently, professional, answered all my questions and very helpful advice was given. Even though I feel deflated with all Bambi’s vet visits recently , And feel it is a never ending circle… honestly knowing the love and care they give to our beautiful fur baby i feel so reassured she is always going to be in the best care. I found a dead fox on the road outside my house. I took it to Harbour vets in North End on Saturday afternoon 07 09 2024, not knowing what to do with it. A very helpful lady took the fox and said they could 'look after' it. Very grateful as i had no idea what to do.
