We discussed what would be suitable as an extra door lock. He mentioned a few locks and the one we agreed on was to be solid lock fitted where I wanted. Darren worked out the price (and gave me the option of purchasing the lock myself), I was happy for him to fit and supply at a date and time convenient to us both. Darren attended at my address today at the agreed time. He explained the workings of the new lock (with 3 keys) and answered my questions honestly. He cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly recommend Darren as a Professional who does his job thoroughly and with pride, he is polite and engaging in conversation. He wrote out a receipt for the work done and told me if there were any issues to call him. I am very pleased with the work done. Thanks. Darren has been extremely helpful attending to an issue with my front door which needed some adjustment after it had dropped on one side. He also replaced the window gaskets / seals on my bi-fold doors. Darren was prompt, very reliable, and professional. I would totally use him again for all my door, locks and window issues. So it’s not just doors and windows that keeps Darren busy. He has just fitted a replacement “patio door” lock to our boat based in the Solent area. This lock had caused all sorts of trouble for the various marine engineers and assorted “skilled” friends. Nothing in the marine world is straightforward and we looked for Darren’s assistance after seeing many positive recommendations from “Voices for Portchester”. After 20 minutes and a few “ah ha” moments the lock was fitted and working. Cue a sigh of relief and a huge smile from me. Credit where credit is due, I got a call before he arrived bang on time and the job was completed promptly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and effective locksmith.

Front door lock went suddenly...thought if Amberley Security immediately. Rang them and the gentleman was very polite and understanding..my lock was repaired within a few hours of ringing...the engineer was very polite and payment was very easy. I was also sent confirmation of the job, time it was to be carried out and a copy invoice. What a wonderful company to have on your doorstep. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Contacted Eddie to replace a lock. He responded by email very quickly and was able to come out at quite short notice. He replaced the lock within minutes, and also helped fix an issue with another door in the house and gave me advice. Very helpful, friendly and efficient service! I was really happy with the work done by Eddie. He was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. This was to fix something that has been an issue for a while and he fixed it really well; checked and adjusted it to ensure it was properly dealt with. Highly recommended.

Eddie came out to our home at short notice to fix a door lock with a snapped key. He assessed the lock was done, replaced said lock and also fixed a broken window lock as a bonus, all at a reasonable price.
