Key would not turn in my daughter-in-law's VW Golf this morning, and it all pointed to a failure within the ignition system. These guys turned up within 90 minutes, giving me a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. Repair was complete within an hour - the unit that houses the ignition barrel needed replacing. Now as good as new. Ignore the one negative review on here - it is full of misunderstanding, ignorance, and self-importance, on what was a tragic day for one family. A 5 star review is fully deserved, I'd have no hesitation in using Advanced Locksmiths again, and would recommend them with full confidence.

Absolutely amazing service! Whilst other locksmiths convinced me that my car lock out will be annoying to deal with (car battery dead and keyhole not working) and will require breaking windows, Advanced Locksmith just agreed to help quite quickly and came to sort it out for me in no time! Got it unlocked and fitted a new key for me, even gave my car a quick jump start to get it moving again. 10/10 will definitely recommend their service to anyone with car key issues!

Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them. Eddie came to repair some door handles and locks that were sticking and hard to use at our new house. We couldn’t be more impressed with his service! Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!

Went into the shop on Monday st 3pm to ask for the locks to be changed at my new property. Job booked in for Tuesday morning less than 24 hours wait. Called to let us know the arrival time. Outstanding workmanship, didn't just change the locks but adjusted all the door setting to stock it getting jammed and squeaking. Would definitely recommend!

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would recommend his services.

Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price.
